Our stay at Mariana’s place was amazing! There was ample room for the 6 of us to not feel crowded and the home had a classic Viennese feel to it. Mariana was also very helpful and very accommodating with check in as some of our guest had arrived at unexpected times due to flight issues. Overall, highly recommend staying here!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist in echt noch besser als auf den Fotos . Viele tolle Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer, großer Wohnraum, toller Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit. Wir haben den 18. Geburtstag meines Sohnes gefeiert und er war super Happy. Und der Gastgeber Michi ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und Antwortet super schnell. Vor dem Check in haben wir eine ausführliche Nachricht bekommen in der alle Wichtigen Punkte zur Unterkunft, Umgebung, Verkehrsmittel, Restaurants, Parkmöglichkeiten und Notfallnummern 😊 bekommen. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit danke dafür. Wird auf jeden Fall weiterempfohlen od. selbst wieder besucht.

Pretty often we promise to stay at the same place if we visit the same city again but actually it hardly happens. It did happen this time! Schara's place was do welcoming that we chose it again when our daughter decided to visit Vienna with her friend. It's more than a place to stay. It feels home...

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Klaus. Die Ausstattung und die Lage entsprechen der Beschreibung. Die Kommunikation mit Klaus war problemlos. Alles einwandfrei. Das Haus liegt im 14. Bezirk von Wien in einer ruhigen Gegend mit sehr guten Verkehrsverbindungen. Ganz in der Nähe sind der Wiener Wald (100 Meter vom Haus, wichtig fürs Gassigehen, es gibt auch eine wunderbare Auslaufwiese speziell für Hunde) und eine Bushaltestelle, ebenfalls 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt, so dass man in nur 30 Minuten in Wien (U4 Karlsplatz) sein kann. Sehr zu empfehlen für Gäste, die tagsüber Wien besuchen und abends die Ruhe genießen wollen.

Sehr schöners Ferienhaus! Eignet sich gut für Familien. Einen herzlichen Dank für die Kiste mit Lego,unser Sohn hat sich sehr darüber gefreut!

Perfekt voll ausgestattetes Apartment, sehr ruhig. In gut 10 min zu Fuß von der Station Kagran entfernt in einem Wohnviertel gelegen. Großes Bett, kleines Büro im Zugang mit Schreibtisch. Unkomplizierter Aufenthalt mit sehr guter Privatsphäre. Nadine ist ein Airbnb-Profi! Bei Gelegenheit buche ich die Unterkunft gerne wieder.

とても広く、ベッドルームの多さは圧巻でした。少し歩くとスーパーやパン屋さんもあり、食事を作るのにとても便利です。冬でしたが、いつも家が暖かくホッと出来ました。

This was the 2nd time I stayed at this Airbnb and it was beautiful. Great view of Vienna and super clean! Just like the pictures. Hosts were also very responsive. Definitely would stay again next time I visit Vienna

Mogę spokojnie polecić pobyt w domu u Birgit i Heinz. Bardzo mili ludzie, oferujący dom w spokojnej okolicy, świetnie wyposażony i przytulny, w atrakcyjnej cenie. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem a zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Jest prywatny parking a stacja metra jest jakieś 8 minut spacerem. W domu, wbrew opisowi, jest ciepła woda :D zdecydowanie mógłbym tam wrócić przy następnej wizycie w Wiedniu!

Totul a fost la superlativ! Ne-am simțit ca acasă. Bucătăria dotată cu toate cele necesare. Susanna e o femeie excepțională, ne-a făcut plăcere să putem servi un pahar de suc și să jucăm o tablă împreună. Cu siguranță revenim. Recomand cu toată inima și mulțumim gazdei pentru ședere!

Es war ein tolles Wochenende, alles genau, wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos. Mega Aussicht, tolle Lage. Unten im Gebäude gleich ein Billa und im Gebäude daneben ein mega leckerer Italiener. Parken kann man gegenüber im Parkhaus - Preise typisch Großstadt. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen , auch die Kommunikation war immer sehr schnell und hilfreich.

We stayed at Stephanie and Valentin’s family home for 16 days, and had a wonderful time! We loved hearing the birds all day, being surrounded by the woods of the Michaelerwald, watching the thunderstorms from the beautiful covered upstairs deck, all while being only a 30-minute transit ride (on the old bim!) from the center. Some of our favorite outings were to the Pötzi Park, Prater for a ride on the little train there combined with a Ferris wheel ride, the Schönbrunn Zoo, the Seilbahn on the Kahlenberg, and of course frequenting all the heuriger in Neustift am Walde, and the hütte in the Wienerwald, almost all of which have playgrounds that kept the kids very entertained. Steirerstöckel is also just a short walk away. Get yourself a trail map of the the Wienerwald (or use OpenStreetMap) and you’ll be set for hiking for days! Our kids (2 and 6) were in heaven with the sandbox, pool, zip line, and vast array of games at the house. Thank you dear family for such a fantastic stay!

Mooi, compact en compleet appartementje. Verwacht niet dat je met vijf personen aan tafel kunt. Maar voor ons gezin van vijf en twee honden was het perfect. Half uurtje lopen van het centrum. Als je niet van lopen houdt, is het openbaar vervoer in de buurt. Fijne week gehad hier! En Armin is attent, snel en behulpzaam. Absoluut een aanrader.

Eksik olduğunu söyleyebileceğim tek bir küçük detay yok. Bir airbnb evi nasıl olmalıysa tam da öyle. Ve hatta dahası var. Öncelikle evin bulunduğu yer hem çok nezih hem çok merkezi. Ayrıca çok güvenli bir apartman dairesi. Sadece kızımla geldim ve aklıma güvende miyiz diye düşünmek gelmedi bile. bütün toplu taşıma araçları ayağınızın altında. İki durak ötede kocaman bir alışveriş merkezi var. Zaten uçaktan indikten sonra bildiğiniz tren bu alışveriş merkezinin içine çıkıyor. Dolayısıyla uçaktan indikten çok kısa bir süre sonra evdesiniz. Ev çok sessiz yatak çok rahat. harika uyuduk. Hava çok soğuktu ama ev çok güzel ısınıyordu, evimizde gibiydik. Kullanma fırsatım olmadı ama kahve makinası bir harika. ayrıca mutfak çok donanımlı ve yepyeni. Tekrar geldiğimde kesinlikle tekrar bu evde kalırım. Ev sahibine tekrar titizliği ve cömertliği için teşekkür ediyorum.

A very good stay. The house is well furnished and spacious, with all amenities. Günter was very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

Great place, great host. The apartment is as nice at it looks from the photos. Very comfy, cozy and fully equipped. Bettina is a very caring host (she even gave us a home made cake!) and communication was smooth all along. Highly recommended.

Lukas and Karin were excellent hosts, very helpful, friendly, polite, and always approachable. I had a feeling I was staying at my home. The apartment had everything required for the stay, and Lukas also gave very nice recommendations for visiting Vienna. Accommodation is very quiet and is situated in the nice neighbourhood. It has a great connection to the highway and to Vienna.

We loved our time at Anna’s apartment! It had a clean, minimalist esthetic, but it also had absolutely everything we needed for a weeklong stay. On the map, it may look a little far from the city center, but with a metro stop only 1/4 mile away, it could not have been easier. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and has the necessities (grocery store, coffee shops, bakery) nearby. Additionally, Anna was very gracious when our flight was delayed and we arrived extremely late. We enjoyed our stay at Anna’s so much that we are already trying to figure out when we can return.

Un’esperienza bellissima! Host sempre disponibile. Appartamento impeccabile, servito e a un passo dai trasporti. Il parcheggio coperto e privato una vera opportunità per stare tranquilli. Anche il nostro cane è stato alla grande! Ci tornerei subito e senza indugi.
