The apartment is stunning, with everything you could want for a cosy, stylish stay in freezing January. The location was great for the University and Arthur's seat, not to mention Hollyrood distillery! Ben was great on communication; highly recommended.

Daniel is a friendly host. He has welcomed us at the tram stop and has a accompanied us at the apartment. The place is cozy, clean and it's 15-20 minutes walking from the main streets, pubs. Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay there! We recommend to stay here for your vacation in Edinburgh :)

We had a great stay! Apartment as advertised with all amenities needed. Great location, bus station close but also easy to get into town with Uber. Jay was easy to communicate with and always available. Recommend to walk up to Arthur’s Seat from the apartment, great views of Edinburgh!

Such a stunning place, an absolute gem! The apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything was really clean and and we all the amenities ine could think of. Never had so many alternatives for making coffee in one place 😄 Piers left a host of recommendations on what to do and where to eat for us as well. If you ever are in the area, this is the place to stay.

This apartment is well placed within walking distance to many attractions. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen was well appointed. Giovanna and Angelo were very responsive. We would happily stay at the apartment again.

Fantastic apartment right in the heart of Edinburgh - in easy reach of all the city has to offer. Spacious & beautifully furnished - I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit - we had a party of 6 and still found it had plenty of room to accommodate. I would certainly come back when we visit again.

The perfect hub for a trip to Edinburgh, tucked away in a peaceful and private location but a just few minutes walk from local shops, restaurants and transport links. Di is a very friendly and helpful host, with great local info and tips on how to make the most of the city. The photos don't do the house justice to be honest, it's very high spec and beautifully decorated throughout. Easy place to find and the parking is a huge bonus. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at the wee trail house. Great porch area for the dogs, excellent bike storage facility and Hayley was kind enough to provide a high chair and cot for our baby. wonderful location just outside Peebles and walking distance to the trail centre.

The perfect spot for us to explore the borders , very comfortable.

Was on exchange in London and decided to visit Edinburgh, was extremely lucky to stay at Usman’s accommodation. He was extremely welcoming and waited for our arrival on the first day and took the liberty of showing us around the house. The place was super cosy, clean and warm. A proper lovely place to stay that’s not far from the main tourist spots either. Cannot thank Usman enough for being so lovely and ensuring we have everything we need for the stay. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever back for a visit to Edinburgh. Would give 6 stars if I could!

We had a great time staying at Jamie's place on a family trip to Edinburgh, it was very easy to get into the city centre either via bus or walking. The flat was clean, and had lots of features which helped us have a smooth stay, the oven, microwave and Quooker tap were all really easy to use and had all the features you could possibly need! I would recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere to host them when they visit the city.

Marie was extremely helpful and responsive from check in to checkout, made sure we could find the house without any trouble and that it had everythingwe needed (and more!) to feel right at home. It was perfectly equipped and we even had breakfast foods available which made our first night much smoother. The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean. It is only meters away from the train station and bus stops which quickly took us right into the city center. Would 100% recommend staying at Marie's and would love to be back myself if I am back in Edimburgh.

Shahid’s flat was in a great location on the Royal Mile. Perfect for the things we wanted to do. The flat was really comfortable and welcoming and had everything we needed. Shahid was very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

A comfortable apartment in a quiet, modern neighbourhood. The Palace of Holyroodhouse is a 20-minute walk away; a Sainsbury’s supermarket is close by; Easter Road, the home ground of Hibernian FC, is across the car park (but buy tickets ahead if you want to go to a match). An excellent bathroom and a very comfortable bed; first-rate Wi-Fi; a serviceable kitchen (but we couldn’t find a teapot or a coffee-maker); the “dedicated work space” is, in fact, the -- large -- dining table. The balcony overlooks charming Lochend Park. Plenty of parking. The area is well served by Ubers. Anya was very helpful when we checked in. Unfortunately, the lift was not very reliable (it stalled several times), which was inconvenient, given our rather cumbersome luggage.

Amazing location - very close to everything you’d want to visit in Edinburgh. Super clean and loved that there was an iron. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Edinburgh.

Nos ha encantado alojarnos en el apartamento de Jana. La ubicación es perfecta, está en el centro histórico de Edimburgo, al lado del Museo, la Royal Mille, el Castillo, el Palacio Real y en nuestro caso, también pudimos disfrutar del mercado Navideño. Alrededor hay restaurantes y supermercados. Pero al mismo tiempo, se encuentra en una calle, apartada de todo el ruido y bullicio de la Ciudad. El descanso y la tranquilidad en la zona es genial. Dentro del apartamento, Jana cuida al máximo todos los detalles, café, azúcar, te. Todo tipo de menaje en la cocina, no echamos en falta nada. Muchas gracias Jana, nuestra experiencia en Edimburgo ha sido un regalo.

El departamento super amplio, acojedor, moderno. La ubicación inmejorable, a metros de la Royal Mile y a 200 mts aprox del castillo. Desde ahi, se recorre casi todo Edimburgo a pie. Volveremos sin dudarlo. La atención de Fiona de 10. tambien hay ascensor que eso es muy importante. La calefacción de 10, y ademas tienen un moton de medidas de seguridad, desde matafuegos hasta traba para bajo mesada. La verdad que la experiencia fue extraordinaria. Saludos

Excellent communication prior to the stay followed by an easy check in etc. The property is as described and in a fantastic location with much to see, do, eat and drink all right outside the front door. Would 100% return and also recommend

Had a lovely stay at Pauline's. Super spacious, excellent location. Lovely quirky circular living room. She even made sure there was a Christmas tree for our stay. Only draw back of the stay was the early check-out
