Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

The place is same as what is visible in the picture. The location and neighbourhood was very good with walkablle paths, shops. We 3 families stayed with 7 kids and it was big house nicely organised with all basic amenities present. Elisa was very responsive and quick and we would love to comeback to stay longer here.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Theresa! Die Ferienwohnung war einfach, aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um bequem zu kochen. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und gepflegt. Das Parken direkt vor der Tür war super praktisch. Besonders genossen haben wir die herrliche Aussicht und die ruhige Atmosphäre – perfekt zum Entspannen. Theresa ist eine sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit :)

Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tom’s place. The location is fantastic for exploring Oberammergau and there are a lot of activities nearby to keep busy. Lots of good Bavarian restaurants that are easily walkable, and many local shops and wood carving shops. The house was very clean and the sauna and fireplace were nice to come back to after a long snow day in the mountains. If you’re attending the NATO school, the shuttle bus stop is only about 200 meters away, (right across from Hotel Wolf) so it’s very easy to get back and forth. The pictures don’t do the house justice, as it was even nicer and bigger than we expected. Tom was very flexible and allowed us to add an extra day onto our stay, as we had been enjoying it so much. The only thing to be aware of is that there’s no freezer in the house. Luckily it was cold enough outside to keep the ice cream that we bought frozen! 😁 Highly recommend staying at Tom’s place!

Wir haben zu fünft, sehr schöne Tage in dem Haus verlebt. Das Haus hat einen wunderbaren Charme und es fehlt an nichts für ein entspanntes Zusammensein und eine Erholung vom Alltag. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist hervorragend geeignet für ein Frühstück im Freien, die weitere zum durchatmen, in der schon spürbaren frischen Bergluft. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und Ausstrahlung, so dass man sich aber eigentlich gar nicht entfernen müsste. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder, es ist für unser nächstes Familientreffen der ideale Ort

Wir haben hier eine schöne Woche verbracht. Es war sauber, die Einrichtung sehr schön, wir hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Kathrin war schnell erreichbar.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Euch. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This was such a great place for respite and slowing down. Felt very comfortable and at home. Beautiful location on top of a hill with great views and amenities. Loved the routine of going to the sauna and whirlpool after a day of hiking. Would definitely come back again!

Il soggiorno presso la casa di Josef è stato fantastico, l'appartamento che avevamo era all'ultimo piano con balcone e con le montagne Alpenspitze e Zugspitze in vista. La casa è molto vicina al bellissimo viale Ludwig di Partenkirchen. La casa è ornata con delle bellissime particolarità e abbiamo avuto una calorosa accoglienza, sia all'arrivo che alla partenza dove ci è stato dato un piccolo regalino che terremo come ricordo. Posto consigliatissimo!

Wir haben uns von Sekunde eins sehr wohl gefühlt. Uns wurde beim Check-in direkt alles erklärt und uns wurden Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Die Wohnung war perfekt, die Lage war sehr gut und die Ausstattung war mehr als ausreichend. Der Außenwhirpool und die Sauna waren auch sehr wohltuend und der Ausblick auf die Berge vom Pool aus war atemberaubend. Die Kommunikation lief auch problemlos ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La signora Lea è molto gentile e disponibile. La comunicazione è avvenuta tramite messaggi hai quali ha risposto sempre velocemente e precisamente. La casa è ben curata, pulita, accogliente e dotata di molti confort. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere gli impianti di risalita per sciare. Ottima sistemazione!

Stayed here for a few nights over new year’s and we loved it. The hosts (owners) are really lovely people and we found everything in the apartment to be great and well equipped. Just be prepared to drive as groceries are not so nearby. But to be expected with a location like this.

Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und gemütlich ausgestattet. Es hat alles was man für einen schönen und gemütlichen Urlaub benötigt. Der Balkon bietet einen super Blick auf die Berge und hat von morgens bis abends Sonne. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Es war alles sauber und schön hergerichtet. Der Check in war flexibel und alles gut beschrieben :) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Zum See gelangt man in nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben meinen Vater bei der Reha im Medical Park besucht und auch dorthin konnte man einen schönen Fußweg am See nutzen (ca. 25 Minuten). Das einzige, was einem bewusst sein muss ist, dass das Schlafsofa vom Wohnraum nur durch eine kleine Trennwand abgetrennt ist, jedoch keine Türen vorhanden sind. Das sieht man bereits auf dem Grundriss und war für uns kein Problem :) wir kommen gerne wieder!

We booked this place very last minute, late at night, and it couldn’t have worked out better. Check-in was seamless, and the space was spotless—perfect for my family. But the real highlight came in the morning when we woke up to absolutely stunning views. This host and home definitely deserve all five stars!

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet um kleine Gerichte zu kochen. Die Matratzen sind bequem (nicht zu hart aber auch nicht zu weich oder durchgelegen). Außerdem liegt die Wohnung nah am See, am Monte Mare und in der Nähe vom Supermarkt. Trotzdem in einer ruhigen Lage mitten im Wohngebiet. Vom Stil würde ich die Wohnung eher als verspielt beschreiben. Das sieht man auch auf den Fotos. Rainer ist nett und hilfsbereit.

What a beautiful place to stay! It’s slightly out of town but a beautiful walk down to Innsbruck. There’s also a very easy bus down to town that runs regularly.

Great location with Mountain View, 20 mins drive from main Innsbruck city. The apartment was clean, had all electronics and amenities, worth the price.

Great place to stay and spectacular location! You can walk to so many spots in Garmisch. The bed was so comfy after a long day exploring. The TV was large and had many apps we could use. It’s on a Main Street, but honestly couldn’t hear the outdoor noise when the windows were shut. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

Wir waren mit unseren Babys in den Ferien und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. die Wohnung ist hervorragend geeignet mit einem bis zwei Kindern, es hat genügend Platz und mit dem Kinderwagen kommt mal überall gut durch. Die Lage ist perfekt am Stadtrand, sodass man auch schnell mal noch zurück kann wenn etwas zu Hause geblieben ist. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und ist top ausgestattet.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Lodge im Blockhaus. Die ganze Wohnung sowie der tolle Terrassen- und Balkonbereich waren sehr, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und unsere Kinder haben sich über die extra bereitgestellten Spielsachen gefreut. Empfangen wurden wir mit einem selbstgebackenen Käsekuchen und einem lieben Brief der Gastgeber. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und wirklich alles ist blitzsauber und einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
