Love this place! Came back for the second time to ski and it was just as wonderful. Check in is easy, you are walking distance to the furnicular into town, and the apartment is everything you need. Hope to come again in the future.

Super lage, etwas ruhiger aber man ist schnell am Fluss und es gibt genug Bushaltestellen und zu Fuß kommt man auch gut in die Stadt. Einfacher Check in und entspannter Aufenthalt. War super für unseren Städtrip. Weiterzuempfehlen:)

Eine tolle Unterkunft, von der aus man alles in Innsbruck mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichen kann. Die Kommunikation mit Theresa war super schnell und unkompliziert und die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Vom Zimmer und vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Ich komme gerne wieder :)

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in Innsbruck and had an amazing experience. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, offering all the amenities one could wish for. The view from the bedroom and terrace was breathtaking, with stunning snowy mountains in sight. The host was very friendly and the place was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was also a highlight, being fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Innsbruck.

Well appointed studio that was perfect for our short stay in the Stubaital valley. Everything we needed was on hand and the check-in was easy and hassle free. Very comfortable beds and enough cookware to make a simple meal or breakfast if needed. Room was just as described and was all we needed for our three nights.

Das Apartment war super sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben etwas später eingecheckt, aber ohne Probleme. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht, und wir wurden über alles informiert. Das Highlight, der Balkon mit der grandiosen Aussicht. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

l'alloggio è logisticamente, perfetto, basta attraversare la strada e si è subito nel centro storico. Appartamento che dispone di un parcheggio privato che non credo ci sia nulla di più comodo quando uno è in vacanza, se si possiede una macchina di altezza superiore a quelle indicate da Alan, lui si rende subito disponibile ad aiutare a trovare altre soluzioni, ho disturbato Alan al telefono tante volte e nelle ore più disparate, è stato sempre disponibile, educato e molto di aiuto, mi ha indicato dove andare a cena, e ho mangiato benissimo. Per il servizio offerto meriterebbe una recensione a 10 stelle, se dovessi ritornare a Innsbruck sicuramente tornerò da Alan.

The room is clean and comfortable. The host, Johannes, is very kind! The location is also great, close to the Old Town and a supermarket.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement d'Eleonora. Eleonora est très accueillante, elle nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour l'arrivée et le départ. L'appartement est très spacieux, extrêmement propre et très bien équipé. Il est également très bien situé, proche d'Innsbruck (à 2 minutes d'un arrêt de bus) et proche des pistes de ski et des balades (également accessibles en bus).

Poprvé jsme s rodinou přijeli lyžovat do zahraničí a nemohli jsme si vybrat lépe. Umístění apartmánu bylo ke všemu blízko - do Innsbrucku, lyžování, jako byl Axamer Lizum či Mutterer Alm. Skvělé je, že ubytování má své vlastní parkování. Moc krásný, čistý a útulný byt. Byli jsme velice spokojeni a vrátili bychom se i případně na letní dovolenou. V této oblasti je vyžití jak na zimu, tak léto. Velice jsme si to užili, a to i díky skvělému ubytování do kterého jsme se každý den rádi vraceli.

Die Unterkunft von Clemens hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie war sehr komfortabel und praktisch eingerichtet. Küche, Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer waren bestens ausgestattet, zudem war alles sehr sauber. Die Kinder hatten ihren Spass mit den vielen Spielsachen und Comics, die in der Wohnung sind. Für Regentage stand uns auch Netflix auf dem grossen TV zur Verfügung. Mit den öV gelangt man in Kürze nach Innsbruck, die Bushaltestelle ist praktisch vor der Wohnung. Auch andere schöne Ausflugsorte (Patscherkofel, Nordkette u.a) sind mit dem Bus direkt und in Kürze erreichbar. Clemens ist ein super Gastgeber - flexibel, symapthisch und zuvorkommend! Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Empfehlenswert! wir haben einen tollen Winterurlaub gehabt.

We had a lovely stay in Götzens. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. Located in peaceful area, there is a farm very close, but then, the bus takes you to Innsbruck center in 20minutes. Michael replied quickly and was really helpful. Thank you for renting the apartment!

Alles super, die Wohnung ist durch die seperate Küche mit kleinem Sofa größer als sie auf den Fotos wirkt. Claudia war sehr zuvorkommend und eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie ging auf unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse bestmöglich ein. Die Lage war für Skiferien sehr günstig. Der Blick ins Tal von den Fenstern aus war wunderschön. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

we verbleven met 3 personen in het appartement. De slaapbank met topper is een prima slaapplek voor de 3e en evt 4e persoon. alles is aanwezig in het appartement en het is er zeer schoon. voor het skieen in Seefeld een perfect verblijf. ook fijne uitvalsbasis voor wandelen in het karwendelgebied. Jan reageert snel en is vriendelijk. prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

This apartment is straight out of a dream. Its like living in an art studio. The whole Appartment is flooded with beautiful handpicked treasures. The host is friendly and prompt in her response. The appartment is perched in a great location and is 6-7 mins walk to the messe central station. There is also a bus stop right outside the apparatment. Overall loved the stay , great host and great place .
