We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

The place was just like the photos, very clean, easy to access and beautiful. I would definitely stay in this place again and the host, Todd was very friendly and responded very quickly. Thank you for the amazing stay!

This is a great house. Spotless, easy to check in, close to beach, very well organized. I’ve rented many, many houses and this was one of the best experiences. Overall a 10 out of 10, Lori does a great job.

This was the perfect place to go with our two pups. Lisa truly made it relaxing for the dogs and obvious they were welcome. We really loved how close it was to the beach, restaurants and dessert!

I always love staying at this Airbnb. The place is centrally located to a coffee shop, restaurants and grocery store. Easily accessible to the beach to be able to walk our dogs and fully stocked with beach gear. I always recommend staying on Vilano Beach when visiting the St. Augustine area. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Great location with easy beach access and private! There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and getting to the beach is easy with public access just on the other side of A1A. 2nd street is a dead end Street, so there was no a lot of traffic and the backyard space is really private. Wendy was a gracious host and very helpful when I had a change of plans, then ended up being able to stay for the full initial stay.

Beautiful place. Amazing location. Walking distance to the most gorgeous beach. Nice and close to the town of Saint Augustine. Well equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend and we will be back!

This was the perfect home to vacation with son, daughter-in-law and our 2 grandkids. They had bedrooms and bath downstairs, my husband and I had the upstairs. The heated pool and beautiful beach were more than enough to keep us entertained all week. It was walkable for many restaurants and ice cream! The house truly had everything. And Sadie was the most responsive and helpful host we have ever met. ❤️

Views from the master bedroom are stunning! Especially the sunrise. Sleeper sofa in master was great for young kids.

This was the perfect location for our family getaway. There was plenty of space for eight adults. The house has a lot of character. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the peaceful surroundings. Watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning was a treat! Dani was very responsive to our questions. We hope to return for another trip in the future.

We loved staying at this home! The size was perfect for our family of 7. We all slept comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our own meals when we wanted to stay in. The location was amazing. It was a quick walk to the beach and it was a quick drive into town to explore St Augustine. We loved everything about this home.

Our family was in town for a Wedding, we had additional family join us and we needed more space. The host was absolutely amazing, responded promptly and was able to make last minute accommodations due to our other rental unable to accommodate for our additional family members. One of our favorite Airbnbs of all time! The front porch is a great spot for coffee, afternoon chats, and just enjoying the breeze. we loved opening the blinds for all the natural light. it's walkable to coffee shops & restaurants (try Brunch Haus!!) plus the beach is literally across the street. it was the perfect size for our family, pet-friendly, and has comfortable beds. When we had questions, responses came quickly. Our kids said they never want to stay anywhere else when we visit family in Jacksonville!

We are so grateful for Randy! This was an amazing location. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was already there waiting for us. I would 100% recommend staying here. My kids had the best time and loved all of the beach toys that were neatly waiting for them. I can’t even tell you my favorite part. Everything was perfect.
