The house is really nice. Spacious, modern, high-spec amenities and very comfortable. The main living area is huge and really good to cook, eat and relax. We only had four of us staying but more would be easy. The beach is really nice and you definitely don't need a car. Just a couple of minutes walk from the house (if that!). Beaches are great sand and very friendly and the back yard of the house is great with swing chairs, fire pit, hot tub etc. Seth is very responsive and helpful and we would recommend a stay to anyone.

My family of four (to include 2 children) absolutely loved our stay! We had everything we needed, it was a beautiful home and lovely yard and back deck for us to enjoy. We walked everywhere, had several great breakfasts at Ragga Bean and food and drinks at Dog rose brewery- both only 2-3 blocks away. I would stay here again for sure!

Everything was as advertised. The host responded quickly. Our family enjoyed the space. We did not have small children; however, they were set up for small ones too. I know this may sound silly, but they had perfectly placed night lights. The very low lighting in the common areas kept me from banging around and waking up the family at night. It made the surroundings feel familiar.

My hubby and I needed to reconnect and fall back in love and this place did not disappoint! It was everything we needed and more! We will be back every month or every other month going forward! Don't hesitate on booking this gem bc you will regret it!

We had the best time staying at Alissa’s place!! It was exactly what we needed, so clean, comfortable and felt just like home! It had everything we needed from kitchen utensils and laundry detergent to beach chairs and towels. Alissa was so responsive and kind and gave great recommendations. Highly recommend & will definitely be coming back!! Perfect location in a quiet and cozy area and also walkable to some great shops and restaurants!

Our stay was too short, but we were happy to be in this area near family and friends, in a cute comfortable house with easy instructions and great communication before, during and after. Beds were exceptional and the private back yard (with its fire pit, putting green and seating) was inviting. We plan to stay again if it is available when visiting Jax!

It was a great place for our group to gather in a home with a great location. It had enough seating for all of us to enjoy each other, especially the wonderful pond view!

I will definitely be booking again in the future. This home is beautiful🤩 and cozy. Wonderful hospitality and very thankful for the gift that awaited me!

Ryan’s place on the river was absolutely beautiful! The views were peaceful and relaxing, and the space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect getaway spot. We’d definitely love to come back!

We had a great stay! The location is perfect—just a short drive to the beach, as recommended by the host. It’s only 15 minutes to the historic center of St. Augustine and just a 3-minute walk to Dixie Supermarket, which was super convenient. We especially loved the outdoor shower option—very handy after the beach. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay, even though I didn't do all that much. The neighborhood is very peaceful, plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance and the house was amazing. I will definitely be back if Carley will have me!

This was my second time booking with Ashley. I love her places and I try to book every time I’m in Jacksonville. I will always try to stay with her !

I love the 1920s architecture, the houses beautifully maintained. And updated and still has many of the characteristics of an older home. The neighborhood was wonderful for walking, we enjoyed a few evenings at local establishments beer gardens and restaurants. Walked across the bridge into downtown several times as well. All around excellent value for the price. Appreciate the cleanliness of the kitchen bathroom and bedroom.

This space was a perfect hidden gem! The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was wonderful, the bathroom was clean and the location was great (if you’re okay with walking 10-15 min to the historic district). The kitty and dog on property was the cherry on top! Would stay 100x again.

Eddie is a great host. His property is quiet, peaceful, and is exactly as it is described. I stayed on the property for 8 months, and will definitely look him up when I'm back in Jacksonville!

The property wS beautiful inside and out. The hosts were super friendly and helpful with everything we needed and even came out to greet us when we checked in late at night. Place was super clean and well kept and we had no issues whatsoever.

So quiet, peaceful and cozy! We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation has everything you need, is beautifully furnished and very cozy. You are surrounded by nature and it was very nice to sit on the veranda and listen to the sounds of nature. The smell of sulphur that was mentioned by some other guests in the comments was definitely noticeable. But even though I have a sensitive nose, it was still bearable. Missy and Scott are also very helpful hosts. Even later in the evening they answered our questions and helped us out. I can only recommend the accommodation.
