This was a true home away from home! From the moment we arrived until our departure, my family and I felt at home. The only difference between our own home and this one was the address. The location was even better, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood where the residents welcomed and treated us as neighbors. The interior of the home was impeccable, with everything in its place. I would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a home away from home.

Our stay at the Hines' house was perfect. It was a beautiful, historic house and we were awed by how lucky we were to stay there. Lee's dad came round and talked one of us through all the history of the house which we were grateful for. It is well stocked, comfortable and really well placed for getting to shops, restaurants etc. A lovely walk to the riverfront. We had a great time, thank you

This is a great place to stay and reasonably priced. Kathleen always responded quickly to any question I had. Lots of towels, blankets and linens were available. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. I highly recommend this host and listing.

Vicky was extremely kind and generous to us. We had a situation on our drive down to her house where we blew out tires on 95 (two separate incidents) and Vicky was kind enough to check in with us to ensure that we arrived safely. She accommodated us by allowing us to check out late when a last-minute meeting popped onto my calendar. She is a great host. We are very appreciative of her.

I have stayed in a number of Airbnbs in the US and Canada. This was the best one I've ever stayed in. It was immaculate, well appointed, great location, great parking, comfortable beds, and tastefully decorated. Since my son lives in Wilmington, I am very sure I will stay there again if it is available. Thanks Jacquelinne.

We had a very good stay at Lukas's house. Everything was provided that you do not often find in AirBnB. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, down to spices, coffee, and various other items that you would not expect. Lukas was very responsive, especially during a problem with the wifi. We would stay at Lukas's again.

felt right at home experience . Rueben’s place was clean , spacious and very comfortable . Rueben was more then willing to accommodate my fur baby as well . Communication was great ! Area was beautiful and peaceful . Not far from local stores or food . Will be back for sure !

this is hands down the best place to come to when I am off from work and spending time with the kids, perfect scenery, relaxing and a wonderful experience. the kids love it as well and enjoy all the animals too. Mr. Larry is hands down the best host somebody could ask for!! thank you again, we really enjoyed it once again.

Absolutely perfect location! We loved being able to wake up and have the beautiful view of the ocean. We also loved being so close to Barefoot Landing.

Unique place in a great location! Lots of character and fun decor. Sam is friendly and easy, responsive, enjoyed talking to him about music connections. Fantastic vacation in a perfect spot!

To say my family and I really enjoyed our stay would be an understatement. Gino was very easy to communicate with if we had any questions leading up to our stay before, during, and after. The kitchen had everything we needed, plates, cooking pots and pans, utensils, etc. My kids still can't stop talking about the bunk beds! The fellow vacationers staying in the building that we met at the pool or on the beach were so friendly. We really felt right at home and didn't want to leave! The location is very convenient. Being off the main road with the beach right outside your window is definitely a plus but having the main road so close was very helpful and convenient with kids, groceries, and just having to get last minute items throughout our stay. We hope to stay at Gino's place next year BUT for a longer stay if it is available!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Gino for having us! :)

The location was great! Located in a quiet neighborhood and right across from beach access. We could still see and hear the waves crashing on the beach from the balcony. The place looked exactly like the pictures and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. Our family loved being able to play on our on private pickleball court as well. Owners were extremely responsive to any questions we had. Only the most minor of items that the cleaners missed (leftover from previous occupants), but nothing that came close to affecting our stay or how great the place was with all the amenities.

I would absolutely stay here again. The location was ideal as it is close by a lot of things. The host was informative and we had no problems during our stay. Highly recommended!!

Very nice and spacious house. The outside pool and hot tub area is like an oasis of its own. They had pool toys and a great sitting area on the huge outside patio. The washer and dryer are huge. Very pleased with our stay here.

While in the area for the Azalea Festival in Wilmington, we rented this beautiful home! It was close to Wilmington activities, but is a perfect location in Carolina Beach, walking distance from many restaurants, shops and activities. We loved the spaciousness, upscale furniture and gorgeous kitchen. But the best feature, by far, was being feet from the beach! It was so peaceful that we sat outside and in the living room for hours just enjoying coffee, the sound of the surf and the sun coming up. When we arrived, we did find that the beds were not made. But the cleaner arrived quickly after a quick call and had the bedding completed by the time we came back from dinner. I would recommend that the owners considering a variety of mattress firmness. All the bed seemed very firm to me and I had a difficult time sleeping. But all told, we hope to come back again with other family members so they can experience this gem at the Carolina Beaches!

HIGHLY recommend Salubrious View Too!!! We were lucky enough to stay at Drew’s home the week after Labor Day. The home itself is clean and has everything we needed and then some (including an elevator, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, games/puzzles, and a bedroom/bathroom that was accessible with a wheelchair), but the view is SPECTACULAR!! On top of being a wonderful home with stellar view, the home is hosted by a local property manager who was incredibly kind and helpful. She met us at the home to explain a bit about the property and was accessible via message, but wasn’t overbearing. The property owner called midweek to check in and obviously personally cares about his home and his guests. I hope to return in the future and would highly recommend this property to friends/family.

I decided last minute that I needed a getaway with some relaxation and an stress-free time. John’s place popped up to the top of the results list. I had never booked anything where you shared space but I decided to give it a try because of the good reviews and the fact that my husband’s name was John. I just felt like it was ok and safe. I’m glad I decided to try it. Both John’s and Diana were super sweet and so helpful.The house is beautiful.The rooms have top of the line bedding and beautiful decor. The kitchen was stocked with some food and John cooked several times for people. I’ve never had that at a place before so that was so helpful on saving some money with eating out. Plus they had garden tomatoes so I enjoyed like 10 tomato sandwiches.The animal tour was so cool. It was amazing to me to see how many animals , especially birds. It was really impressive; feeding the lemurs lollipops & holding the baby wallaby, Casper, was really cool.i highly recommend!! I will be back. Thanks

Beautiful location and packed with amenities. Walkable to the beach and just a quick car ride to dozens of restaurants and shops. Super clean space. Would definitely return.
