Intracoastal Waterway : chambres d'hôtel

This was a great location and stay! Myself, significant other and 5 kids ages 16 and under all stayed comfortably in the residence. It was spacious enough for everyone to spread out and have their own private space if needed. The accommodations were excellent and appropriate for what we needed. They provided a complementary upgrade to an ocean view suite, which was a great feature to our stay. Rob and Julia contacted through the app to ensure check-in and everything was going well. We will definitely be staying with these hosts again! Thanks again!

It was very nice and clean. This room was great for the two of us! Grocery shopping close by, beach access, great restaurants within walking distance. Only downside was we weren’t facing the ocean

Our stay was great! The space was wonderful, loved being able to cook a meal as well as do laundry. The ocean view from the balcony is top tier we even seen some dolphins swimming. The amenities at the location were enjoyable and there was plenty to do in the surrounding area! Would book again if we headed back to the area for vacation in the future. Thank you for providing a wonderful space for our family to stay the week!

This place is exactly as pictured in a great location. It was very clean, well kept, and modern. We had a bit of trouble checking in due to the system messing up our guest name information but the hosts responded quickly, were able to resolve this issue, and made sure we were able to check in successfully. The hosts were very nice and their place was better than expected!

This place was such a wonderful vacation experience. Check out time was flexible and the suite was amazing. We recommend this place to everyone we know!!

Stay was nice, the outside had us a little deterred, but once we entered it was nice & as described. Just wish the big window in front curtains closed all the way.. didn’t know they were connected rooms either could hear the other rooms TV. Nice for a day trip or a quick trip not a long stay.

Gween was super easy to work with and the place was really nice. Bathroom was a little small, but the shower and water pressure was great.

In a great area of downtown Wilmington

Spent a week at Tom's place with my family. We had a number of kids with us who had a blast at the pool and beach everyday. There was lots to do within a short drive of the place which kept us busy during our stay. I would definitely return.

We had a great day at Seabirds! It was pet-friendly which was a huge plus for us and located right across from the public beach access and pier. Overall, a great stay.

This was an awesome place to stay. Enjoyed the easy access to beach and lazy river. We’ll def be back

Sadly we didnt get to stay here. Some minor cleaning issues. But my issue was more of a resort issue. Not an owner issue. Thankful Johnny was great understanding and so great to work with. May come back if circumstances are better. Thanks Johnny for caring about your guests. You are a teue representative of what a great host is who cares about the guest and not just the money. No stress, calm and peaceful. Friendly dog and cat. Easy to come and go. All locations we needed to find were within a 10 minute range. Enjoyed getting to know Pia, she shared helpful information for outsiders visiting the area. We plan to stay again soon!

Guest were very informative and explained details clearly. Place was clean with a beautiful view of the beach. Perfect for a single family. Walking distance from many bars and restaurants. Only complaint I have is there was no bathtub stopper for the jet tub. I struggled with giving my 4 yr old a shower and I was looking forward to relaxing while on vacation in the jet tub. Other than that a 10/10, I would book this place again!
