Wonderful all around! This home is in a great location that is a close drive to the Charleston area but escapes the traffic and crowds with spaces for relaxing, enjoying a morning coffee on the deck, or eating a meal together. Quiet and comfortable, thoughtfully prepared for renters - dogs & humans alike! A gem. Highly recommend Peek at the Creek!

This was a great stay. Photos are accurate to what the place actually was. Only problem I had the entire time was that the pool wasn’t ready for us when we first got there but Stuart quickly got someone to fix it and it was fine to use by the next afternoon. The interior of the house was beautiful and the outside was even better. The screened in porch and the outside bar with a TV was a very nice amenity. The pool and hot tub were very nice too, and also use of the kayaks. Very nice fire place set up and lots of seating. Overall, this was a perfect place for my trip.

Loved the house on the water. Waking up and walking out and watching the sunrise was awesome. The sunset was just as nice but a little obstructed by trees. The house was fantastic. 3 beds and two full bath made it very easy for us to stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook anything at home! Pet friendly and my dogs loved the covered porch looking over the water! Ac and heat worked great and was very comfortable. I would go back.

My family joins our Marine in Atlantic Beach every other year the week of Thanksgiving. It’s a week of cooking, games, puzzles, football, laughing, singing, corn hole, and meeting new Marines that need a table to sit at on Thanksgiving. This year was our best year yet. Isaac’s house was perfect for our week. The long table was a constant gathering spot for everyone. The sectional in front of the TV was extremely comfortable. Everyone slept good and requested to return to this house. Great place! Thank you for an awesome visit.

I highly recommend this property. The location is spectacular, with amazing sound views and the sunsets over the sound are extraordinary. The house was spotless and extremely comfortable. The amenities—kayaks, golf cart, beach chairs, etc. were simply fabulous. We loved our stay and felt very welcomed by the host!

This place is an absolute gem! Tucked away in a quiet, private spot, it’s the perfect escape while still offering plenty to do. The house itself is gorgeous—beautifully decorated, super comfortable, and packed with every high-end amenity you could want. The outdoor setup is unbeatable. The marsh views, especially at sunrise, are breathtaking, and you can even hear the ocean from the screened porch. Getting on the water is a breeze with the well-designed access and sturdy dock down to the creek—perfect for launching the kayaks and canoes. If you're up for some activity, there’s even a basketball hoop in the driveway! Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing about this place. It’s peaceful, fun, and absolutely stunning. If you’re looking for the perfect Pawleys Island getaway, this is it. Can’t wait to come back!

Second time staying here, and we still love the lovely house, the location, the views of the canal and OIB. Plenty of space for our 6 member family, close to beach (3 minute walk), private canal pier. Highly recommend, just make sure to pack toiletries and linens!

Our stay at Carolyn’s Lighthouse was exceptional from start to finish! The accommodations were top-notch, blending comfort and style seamlessly. The highlight was definitely the hot tub and outdoor movie theater—both were perfect for relaxing evenings after a day of exploration. We especially appreciated the host's, Richard’s, friendliness and attentiveness, making us feel right at home. The quick trip to the nearby beach was a hit with everyone, offering a refreshing and fun escape. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend!

This stay exceeded our expectations! We needed somewhere close-by the hospital downtown, but also wasn’t in the city. This was heaven on earth - horses, bass fishing, our pups enjoyed the fenced yard and the peace that surrounded this place was amazing. Denise and Tanya couldn’t have been more pleasant and accommodating hosts. We’re definitely planning to come back!

Before we arrived Sue let us know that we would be able to check in a little early, which was a nice gesture. The home itself was immaculate and exactly as described and the view of the sound was beautiful. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to utilize the kayaks or paddleboards but we definitely want to come back and stay an extra day or 2 when it's warmer. There was a coffee bar stocked with lots of goodies too and even some additional equipment in the outdoor storage like life jackets and toys for the beach. We had to come back because we left something and got to meet Sue and she was very friendly, as expected, and welcoming. We loved this place and enjoyed her as our host!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Jessica's place. The home was cozy and felt familiar. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable and exactly what my 2 siblings and mom needed. We enjoyed having a space for each activity - eating, board games and enjoying the weather outside on the deck. This is a great home to share with family or friends while in Beaufort.

Second time that I have been here and it was just as amazing as the first time. It is literally a play ground with all the water activities right at your fingertips and the sunrises and sunsets are picturesque!!!

We spent a week at Pebbys Place. It was so relaxing. We walked at the State Park and saw an amazing mural there. We took advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards, also the barbecue. The house is comfortable and has wonderful views of the lake. We fished, biked, paddled and enjoyed the amazing bird life from the dock and the canal.

We booked this place for our family because my son had a baseball tournament at the shipyard park. It was maybe 15 minutes away. We didn't get to spend much time in the cabin bc we were so busy, but we would love to be able to travel back one day and stay here. It was so private and peaceful. The cabin was clean, spacious and perfect for our family. Such a cute place and it was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Thank you!!!! 😊

Kathryn was very responsive and kind. She has beautiful surroundings and everything available for guests to enjoy the scenery! (Kayaks, materials to start a bonfire).

Sweet spot on the river! I'm a big kayaker and it was painful to be at such a great spot on The Edisto and not have time to paddle! We were staying at Dustin's while attending an all weekend family wedding. We will definitely try and return to explore the river someday.

The house was as beautiful as the listing, the bidet and jacuzzi in the master was nice. The host (Kelly) was the best, very accommodating. Now my family wants to come here once a year.

Exactly what we expected. We had a great time. Great place to go shrimping and fishing in the area.
