My bridal party and my husband and I had a fantastic stay at Sally’s Aunt’s home. We had so much space and it was so nice to be able to stay with our bridal party up until the day after our wedding! The location was beautiful and the space huge and very accommodating! Definitely would recommend for large groups who need the space! Thanks for a great addition to our wedding weekend!

If you’re looking for a primitive, quiet, cottage on the lake… this is the one! Perfectly appointed with simplicity and grace. Nothing left without thought to details such as games, books, linens, towels and even appropriately appointed kitchen ware and appliances. The lake beach just outside in the yard and the amazing dock draw you to lazy days, fishing, watching sunsets and making memories with loved ones. We came for Farmers Day and tractor pull and it did not disappoint. We were greeted by ducks and other birds and viewed the alligators and turtles from a distance on other side of road. Dales restaurant was a pleasant surprise with grocery store not too far. It was a perfect long weekend getaway for the two of us. Thankful for owner allowing early chk in and early chk out and quick with responses via Airbnb message and text. Highly recommended!

This place is an absolute gem! Tucked away in a quiet, private spot, it’s the perfect escape while still offering plenty to do. The house itself is gorgeous—beautifully decorated, super comfortable, and packed with every high-end amenity you could want. The outdoor setup is unbeatable. The marsh views, especially at sunrise, are breathtaking, and you can even hear the ocean from the screened porch. Getting on the water is a breeze with the well-designed access and sturdy dock down to the creek—perfect for launching the kayaks and canoes. If you're up for some activity, there’s even a basketball hoop in the driveway! Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing about this place. It’s peaceful, fun, and absolutely stunning. If you’re looking for the perfect Pawleys Island getaway, this is it. Can’t wait to come back!

We are so happy that we stayed at the Rivers! Everyone young and old had a great time. The estate is so private and beautiful we could not believe it. The home is amazing and well stocked. We enjoyed the sun rises and sunsets so much. We had kayaks delivered and explored the area and it was something dreams are made of in a fairytale. The elevator allowed us to comfortably enjoy this home with older members of our family with ease. The nature and bird wildlife is just incredible. from the Anhingas swimming in the Cape Fear River and the Kingfisher flying back and forth over the pond to the plentiful Bluebirds we constantly entertained. We can’t wait to visit again and transport to serenity. Thank you for a vacation that will always be remembered ❤️

We loved the place and all the private community! We had easy access to the beach and outdoor/indoor pool. The lake in front of the house is just the top of the cherry! We spend lot of time fishing.

Catelyn was very responsive and professional. She is a great host and it is a really nice place to stay with very quiet surroundings.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and free of clutter - which was especially appreciated since we traveled with a toddler. The area was quiet and all the residents were very nice and social. The space worked perfect for our group. The location was great, whether you wanted to go to North Myrtle or the Grand Strand. There were so many great restaurants near by. The only two pieces of info that I think are worth noting that we didn't know prior to arriving - 1. It's on the second floor (this may be posted someone and I just overlooked it). 2. The AC was set that it would not go lower than 70. The place got pretty stuffy at times because it was cool outside, so the unit did not cut on frequently. We had an issue with the WiFi our first morning there and Jessica was quick to get on a video call with me and troubleshoot with me. The little arcade game was a huge hit with everyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer! Sarah was a great host with communication and their place was very relaxing - especially the patio with lake view! My husband and I enjoyed taking in all of the cute shops Pawley Island has to offer and enjoyed wonderful meals at Quigley’s, Local, Whiskey Moon & Cafe, and Rustic Table. The restaurant and bar directly beside Summerhouse is currently undergoing some repairs and remodeling, so those weren’t open while we were there. They looked like great spots to enjoy on a future visit, though!

Our time at this rental was amazing. Great location, clean and as described. The residents are super friendly and also helpful. You will definitely feel right at home.

We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed every minute. The Airbnb is so beautiful and offers lots of opportunities from doing your work outs to playing ping pong and enjoying a beautiful outside seating area. Very close to the beach. Ervisa is a very very nice host, was happy that I got to meet her in person.

I enjoyed my stay here. The condo was in great shape. very cozy with a private balcony. Nice size kitchen with updated appliances. Good size living room, and bedroom. I would definitely stay here again.

This is my third time staying here and it was amazing as always! I love being able to rent a golf cart and it being a short walk and drive from the boardwalk!

Michelle’s place was perfect ! The view was beautiful and perfect to have morning coffee! It had plenty of space and had everything you could need.

This is a very fun place to stay with all the interesting things around the cottage. The furniture is comfortable, the place well furnished, and there were lots of goodies provided including breakfast for our 1 night stay. Ginger was welcoming, helpful and friendly. The short walk to the beautiful lake made this a great lakeside stay, even on a cold winter's day.

Great spot in a great location. Giant kitchen and plenty of room inside and on the front porch. Kitchen was big enough to host Thanksgiving! Everything was just as advertised and very enjoyable.

This stay exceeded our expectations! We needed somewhere close-by the hospital downtown, but also wasn’t in the city. This was heaven on earth - horses, bass fishing, our pups enjoyed the fenced yard and the peace that surrounded this place was amazing. Denise and Tanya couldn’t have been more pleasant and accommodating hosts. We’re definitely planning to come back!

Before we arrived Sue let us know that we would be able to check in a little early, which was a nice gesture. The home itself was immaculate and exactly as described and the view of the sound was beautiful. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to utilize the kayaks or paddleboards but we definitely want to come back and stay an extra day or 2 when it's warmer. There was a coffee bar stocked with lots of goodies too and even some additional equipment in the outdoor storage like life jackets and toys for the beach. We had to come back because we left something and got to meet Sue and she was very friendly, as expected, and welcoming. We loved this place and enjoyed her as our host!

Lisa was great and responsive. The house was very nice and had everything you could need. It was great being able to bring our dogs with us.

The place was as advertised. Great location for going to the beach and getting food. Pay to park everywhere in town so it was great to be able to walk.

We loved it, it was a very beautiful home outside and inside. Me and my wife were able to forget about reality for a little bit so that’s always great. She was very responsive and helpful. Great place to stay! Would love to stay again someday.

Lisa's place is absolutely beautiful and relaxing with so many options for inside and out (much more than were able to utilize) Had absolutely no issues finding the place, checking in, or during our stay. Any questions were instantly answered. Loved all the large windows with amazing views and good airflow. Our kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, paddleboat, and kayaks; reading a book in the hammock or deck; and playing pool or the 60 game arcade.. Only wish we had more time than a couple of days! She had it stocked with so many extras if we forgot to pack it. The beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep! Thank you for such a wonderful place for our family to spend quality time with our oldest son who lives close by.

Easy process and served purpose for the stay. If we come to the same nearby event next year we will see if the same place is available.
