Ideally located place that is perfect for a couple. Very near the City Market and lots of restaurants, bars, sightseeing. Ashton was very responsive when we potentially needed to cancel after the cancellation date, which we appreciated.

The only downfalls was the cellphone service wasn’t good at all and it wasen’t on the island but close enough drive over the bridge we couldn’t complain too much .. the neighborhood was quiet!

We loved Christina's place. I kept saying "this is truly so perfect," our whole stay. We road tripped and had a wedding at the Magnolia Plantation 8 min down the road so we just needed something small and quick for a couple of nights. It was easy to get into Charleston for some touristy days, but also so quiet and perfect to come back and sleep. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower head was so nice and strong (things that are annoying when you want a hot shower with trickling water!) The only feedback would be to update the picture that goes along with the code to get into the space. The picture was of the lock that is a door (probably the garage), so we tried the code on that lock about 10 times, before trying it on the lock with the digital keypad and realized that was the door (they are side by side). Christina was messaging us right back so promptly when we couldn't figure it out though! Overall, it was a great location and place. Thank you for hosting us!

Beautiful apartment. Well stocked and perfect location. Extremely clean, and responsive hosts. Would stay again and will be back. You’ll love this place.

Fantastic place for our weekend beach trip. Very walkable to the beach and local restaurants RIGHT BELOW. We didn’t need much for this short stay, so the loft style was perfect. Kyle was great with instructions and information! We will look at this space again on our next beach trip.

Everything was great - the location in downtown Conway is perfect, right within walking distance of so many great restaurants. Only minor critique is the use of HappyGuest in order to check in - its an arduous process requiring you to take pics of your license and a selfie, etc. Now, I will say that Kyle waived it for us but this should be waived for guests who have had a perfect rating in their time on this site. Overall, Kyle's place is awesome and absolutely worth staying in when near CCU or heading to the beach!

The loft was beautifully designed and very clean! Check in was easy. The owner was communicative as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and still feel secluded for a serene visit. The Brewery below was nice and very friendly staff which made us feel welcomed. The room was spotless and comfortable. We loved the loft exposed brick vibes! Just one block from the beach and there were many restaurant options in close proximity. Would highly recommend to anyone for such a rare experience to stay above a brewery plus the warm laid back atmosphere.

The entire experience, from the Airbnb website to checking in and out, was outstanding. We were allowed to check in earlier, which was great after a 3 1/2-hour drive. The rental was outstanding & described perfectly. Lacy Bridges couldn't be any nicer. She responded immediately to our text and gave us explicit directions on how to get to the rental along with perfectly clear instructions on how to enter the rental. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone who wants to be incredibly positioned in the heart of Charleston's attractions and restaurants. We parked the car and did not need it until we left. The rental was extremely quiet and oh-so comfortable. Can't wait to stay there when we visit Charleston again.
