Amazing crown jewel in north Myrtle. Beautiful lay out, everything brand new, pool amazing, hot tub great, super awesome to be able to have a golf cart to drive to the beach just 5 blocks away. Owner very responsive. My only one knock is the water heater struggled to fill up the upstairs gorgeous jacuzzi tub without going cold, but I would easily give this a 999 out of 1000, must try for a family, and extremely pet friendly as well!

It was definitely in a sketchy area but when we arrived to the particular neighborhood it was a cool spot with lots of personality.

The home is adorable and exactly as described and easy to find using GPS. The home was very comfortable and perfect for our small group. We spent most of our time in Camden so we did not really have a chance to explore this town or others surrounding it; but we hope to next time. The small fenced area for the dogs was an absolute bonus! We liked the house so much that we’ve rented it again next year for the same event. Thank you for hosting us!

Everything about our stay was great. It was centrally located to all the attractions we planned to see. Super quiet neighborhood and very spacious for a family of 4 plus a pet! Highly recommend!

Our second stay at this sweet little poolside cottage and we cannot recommend it highly enough as a travel respite off I-95. Reeves and Rebecca are lovely hosts and the cottage is exactly as pictured and described, in a quiet peaceful setting.

Claudia was very friendly and responsive. Our place was clean, nice decor, comfortable seating and bedding, easy and walkable distance to beach and local restaurants and shops, to name just a few. We enjoyed our mini “resort” like vacay!

We absolutely loved the location! We could walk to restaurants or get a quick Uber to the heart of King Street. The unit is very clean and had everything we needed. If you are a light sleeper, you can hear the guests above you pretty easily, but there were sound machines in all the bedrooms that helped cancel out the noise. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and safe neighborhood. Security was real nice to talk to and helpful with questions. Home was quiet and clean. Plenty of extra blankets if needed. Fence was definitely necessary for our little fur babies. Plenty of hot water for showers. The beach access was my favorite! Pleasant for sure! Returning will definitely be an option as Bobby or Angelina were always a text or phone call away. Thank you again.

We came into town to see family and it was the perfect home away from home to hang out and enjoy the sun and family!

Great location, and a great time. Backyard with pool is perfect with plenty of room for activities and entertaining. You can walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes.

This was a wonderful place to stay! We had a large group of 12 people and everyone had plenty of room and there were many things in the house to keep the group entertained (many TV’s, pool table, swimming pool, and the awesome fire pit with swing chairs around it). Alex was an awesome host and responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. We all enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

This home is was a great option for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving. Had plenty of room and utensil’s. The living space was great and worked well for our family. Having the fenced in backyard was great for our dog. The high chair and crib plus the pack and play was perfect for our grandchildren. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and all our guests commented about how comfortable the beds were which is important. Great location with plenty of things around. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area with a large family.

This property is truly a hidden gem! Perfectly situated near the beach but strategically positioned to offer protection from the wind—you get all the benefits of a beachfront location without sand blowing everywhere during your stay. The location couldn't be better for beach lovers. Just a short walk to the sand, but set back just enough to create a peaceful retreat after a day of sun and surf. Jill was an exceptional host throughout our entire stay. Her attentiveness made us feel well taken care of—she regularly checked in to ensure we were enjoying the property and promptly offered assistance whenever needed. The property itself was lovely and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway, and we hope to return soon!

We had an excellent stay, clean and very spacious yard. Close to everything.

We loved Willie’s place! It was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved playing in the back yard. We loved the inside with the living room and kitchen open and plenty of room. The host was responsive and the house is in a great location! Would book again!

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, could walk to lots of bars and restaurants and the beach was very close. Our dogs appreciated the separate fenced in area. The cottage felt very private tucked away in the back, it helped that we were the only ones staying on the property at the time. The place could use some updates but we’re not picky so it worked great for us! Would definitely stay again.

This is our third visit to this location, and this time we are here for an extended stay due to the damage caused by Hurricane Helene that prevents us from returning home. Ryan and his team consistently exceed expectations during each stay. I highly recommend any of their properties if you're planning to visit Folly Beach. They truly are the best.

The house was exactly what we were looking for – a relaxing, lowkey getaway for our family by the beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sand, and the home itself was well-equipped for a peaceful weekend. It had everything we needed to unwind, from the cozy couch to the backyard for evening hangouts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet beach retreat!

This home is wonderful along with amazing hosts. The place was clean and this is something I truly appreciated. I have done several stays in Airbnbs and I tend to bring cleaning supplies since the cleanliness has not always been stellar but with Kimberly's home, it was completely different. Everything was so clean. I didn't feel the need to go around and scrub toilets or sinks. Such a wonderful experience. The location of James Island is so cute. So close to downtown while also maintaining privacy and quietness. I will be back!!! Thank you Kimberly for the memories made in your home and town!
