Such a beautiful place to stay in a GORGEOUS area!!! The cabin was phenomenal and the hosts were so responsive. I had a wonderful time and highly recommend to anyone looking for a spacious and peaceful getaway :)

had a great stay here, the place was very clean, had a great cozy feel, especially since our stay was during the winter. the fire place was amazing to have. enjoyed the clean hot tub. the host was great, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here for another stay and would definitely recommend it!

We missed this place as soon as we left. The property was gorgeous. The house was so cozy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The weather was great when we stayed. We couldn't have asked for more in a property. It snowed a ton, so my son was able to spend a ton of time sledding down the driveway. We made special memories here. I'm sure going to miss this place. We also couldn't have asked for more in a host. Breanna and Kylie were so helpful. They provided a book that had everything we'd ever need. There are QR codes that they put all over the cabin to help explain features of the cabin. They were very responsive whenever we asked for help. They bent over backwards to make sure our stay was great. They have an A+ property, but they're also A+ hosts. I'd 100% stay here again.

Therese and Jim were awesome hosts and their property was amazing. Everything was as expected and our time there was awesome. Highly recommend this for any large group.

Thank you so much Jamie for such a comfortable stay. It was the perfect option for us to spend time with our family down the road while still having space for ourselves. The house was really comfortable and well stocked with kitchen and pantry items to make our stay easy. The hot tub was fantastic, even in -13C weather. Also the use of the washer and dryer was convenient during our week long stay. Jamie was very responsive to any queries that we had and we’d thoroughly recommend staying here. Watching the snow fall through the trees was magical.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Driftwood Haus, Unit 5. It's cosy, especially with the gas fireplace on. Just the right size for two people. Everything there that you need, and not cluttered. You can see the lake from the back windows, and it's just a few steps to see a wonderful sunset. Wifi and TV worked flawlessly, and it was easy to communicate with Jef / the helpline. The sauna and hot tub on the grounds made our winter vacation even more agreeable. We appreciated the Southampton beach, which is accessible from many side streets, instead of having this "one" parking lot where everyone crowds around. It's about an hour's drive to Lion's Head, and 1.5 hours to the Bruce Peninsula National Park (the Grotto), so just right for an unhurried day trip. In Southampton there are various restaurants and take-outs, an awesome bakery (The Offshore Bakery), and many little stores (boutiques, bookstore, etc). And Port Elgin is very close with even more + Walmart, Canadian Tire, etc.

This was our first time staying in a cottage that had other units (motel style), so we weren’t sure what to expect. All of the guests abided by the rules and were respectful of each others space, including quiet time after 11pm. Jeff did a great job of proactively providing instructions and local recommendations. We ended up having a great time in Southampton, including having easy walking access to the beach/lighthouse, coffee shops & restaurants conveniently located a 5 min walk away, and a few Provincial Parks within a 20 min drive. The hot tub was lovely in the evenings & the system to book the hot tub was simple. Would highly recommend staying at one of Jeff’s cottages.

I would definitely recommend Red Bay Lodge to anybody going towards Tobermory or Sauble Beach. Mat was indeed a great host, he helped us out and made us feel at home. the lodge in itself is a really great property if you're looking for some peaceful time away from the city noise. They have a great restaurant and huge common grounds to just sit, relax, enjoy the bonfire while stargazing in the night. bonus point- it's a great place to watch aurora (when there's a probability) Mat makes sure to inform the guests about the same. We couldn't witness it for ourselves, but next time there's a chance to see aurora, I would definitely recommend you get in touch with Mat and book a stay at Red Bay Lodge.

The house was clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. The host was friendly and helpful. Great location and very comfortable stay. Would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed a weekend getaway, hard to beat sitting by the campfire watching the stars. The place was exactly as described and is a little rustic getaway. We loved the location and how private it was with cute little cabin.

This was a return stay for us, and again exceeded our expectations. Diane was very accommodating with our dates and check in times. The cottage was clean and cozy, and had everything for us to enjoy our stay! We enjoyed a perfect few days in winter wonderland!

We stayed at the cottage in winter. The house was warm, with thermostats in every room. All appliances were working, and a washer and dryer were a nice bonus. The place was perfect for four people. In the summer, one could also enjoy the garden and the proximity to the beach. Ian was very quick to respond and help.

We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, cozy, and set in such a beautiful, peaceful location. The fireplace was a perfect touch, making our evenings warm and relaxing. Communication with the host was effortless—they were always quick to respond and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend.

If I could give 6/5 stars I would. Our stay at Andrea’s spot was incredible, it was the best equipped Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The location is gorgeous, private and truly peaceful. They genuinely go above and beyond to provide the best experience. Would book again without hesitation. Thanks!!

Thank you for a lovely stay at your rustic cabin. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and seeing all the stars at night. Thank you for dropping off some really delicious tomatoes in the morning.

Henry is among the best host you could ever have! The cabin was absolutely fantastic! It was THE best Airbnb experience we have had yet and we WILL be going back again! You can't go wrong with Henry and his cabin! If I could give a higher rating than 5star I most definitely would! The cookies were amazing as well and we felt completely at home and welcome!

Was a beautiful place very clean perfect space for me and my friends loved the outside area had fires every night and ate outside was very peaceful everyone around was so nice and a nice short walk to the beach had a nice outdoor shower that my fiancé loved I would recommend staying here and I definitely would stay here again if I ever came back to sauble

Dareen est parfait Hôte. La cabine est charmante. Ce fut un séjour très agréable. Nous avons acheté du mouton et du bœuf des animaux qu'ils élèvent : Délicieux!! Darren nous a fiat visité sa ferme, cela fut très instructifs et les enfants ont vraiment appréciés. La communication a été agréable et fluide à tout moment. --- Dareen is the perfect Host. The cabin is charming. It was a very pleasant stay. We bought lamb and beef from the farm: Delicious!! Darren gave us a tour of his farm, it was very informative and the children really enjoyed it. Communication was pleasant and smooth at all times.

Great Bruce Peninsula cottage experience... and that was before we bonded with the adjoining Airbnb neighbours.

What a treat this place is! If you are looking to unplug and unwind, Shelly's cabin is absolutely perfect! She has made the most out of this little place and we absolutely loved it. Everything was so comfy cozy and Shelly herself was so warm and welcoming. Truly a hidden gem!

Luz was an amazing host. She was extremely responsive and friendly. Her and her husband greeted us at checkin and even helped us bring our belongings to the cabin. They own a beautiful property with beautiful animals. The cabin is a short walk from her house, making it private, and offered beautiful views. The cabin was so sweet and cozy — it looks exactly like the photos. The host offers firewood, water, colouring books, cards, puzzles and more, as well as cooking utensils! There was everything we needed making our weekend getaway a great one. The views were beautiful this time of year as well. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us!

I was looking for a quiet get away in nature near water. This gave me just that! I loved hearing the waves constantly, I loved that the cottage was extremely private and the boathouse was lovely to be nearer to the water. All the boathouse needs to be perfect is a bathroom. A very small thing on because I could see spending the whole afternoon in the Boathouse and morning and nights up at the cottage. The bunkie looks great, we didn’t end up using it,in the end, because there isn’t a toilet in there. A great space though!

Had a wonderful stay in Southampton at Daryl's cottage! The location is right close to town and a short walk to the beach, there was no shortage of things to do. The cottage is in a very sophisticated neighborhood on the outside, however as soon as you walk into the stay there is an instant cottage feeling. Daryl is an excellent host with very detailed instructions and great communication. Everything is exactly as the listing describes, would definitely return!
