We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others looking for clean, safe and simple accommodation. Everything felt clean and comfortable when we arrived. We loved the fireplace, our daughter loved the table tennis table out the back, and our dog loved the backyard which was safe and secure. Going for a short, local walk at dusk was great for kangaroo, wombat and rabbit spotting also!

The property is nice cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and loved the coffee machine. Bathroom was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall stay was pleasant. I recommend this property if you have your own car to travel.

We loved our stay so much, such a cute cosy house, kitchen was really well stocked and it felt like a home away from home, we lit the fire which was lovely and loved the arty warm vibe, I would highly recommend!!

Rebecca’s house was a great place to stay. Very clean and well appointed. Beautiful private gardens with the option of 2 decks on which to relax and dine depending on the weather. Rebecca was a great host. Very prompt, clear and helpful with her communication. Lots of wonderful suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Her place is very comfortable. We had a lovely time.

What a GEM of a place amongst the most beautiful trees. Every morning, I couldn't wait to go outside to sit amongst the trees and meditate to the wonderful bird sounds. The NATURAL LIGHT in this home is something else to behold. It was bathed in it! We, our teens and darling little dog felt very welcome in this home that was decorated with respect to the mid-century era it's been built in with a few modern and eclectic twists to make it not look and feel dated. We enjoyed inviting friends over to entertain in the garden with the bbq and lovely wooden garden setting. As it's only about a 5-min walk to the beach, my keen fisherman husband and son thought they were in heaven as they could peruse the nearby pier at the Blairgowrie Yacht Squandron every morning and evening. We felt very welcome and are looking forward upon our return!

This house was very comfortable and well equipped. The location was peaceful. The two outside deck spaces provided good spots to relax and the yard was secure for our little dog to roam free.

Great place - walkable to main street where all cafes and restaurants are. The place was suitable for all four of us and our two huskies. Beds were comfortable. Would have liked for outdoor setting had been cleaner but it didn’t take us long to clean it ourselves. Thank you Mauro for your prompt responses.

Sam's place was the perfect place for a short stay. It was close to the supermarkets and the restaurants and also close to the beach. It was also in a very convenient location for us, as we were part of a bridal party for a Wedding that was only located 10 mins away. The house was a perfect size for the 4 of us and our dog. We loved the beach house vibe and the big backyard and porch we were able to enjoy while having a BBQ and let the dog run around. I would definitely recommend Sam's place if you're wanting a peaceful and relaxing holiday away. Sam was very easy to talk to and also responded quickly! :)

Awesome home to stay in. Exactly as described, even better and more spacious than the photos show. We loved our stay as it felt like a home away from home. The pool was lovely, allowing us to be spoilt for choice if we wanted to have a down day and chill at home. Perfect location, close to all the necessary shops and of course the beaches, restaurants and spas. Would definitely love to stay here again for sure. Absolutely worth the price!!! My family and I had a great time; Norm was friendly and helpful. The cottage is really nice, clean and comfy and the pool is an excellent extra. Sandy Point is nearby in case you need to buy anything last minute. You can also have acces to great food at nearby towns. I definitively would like to come back.

Property was great, nice and private with sounds of the ocean and wildlife. The bungalow with kitchenette near the pool was a great addition for our group . Great entertaining kitchen that is well stocked with lots of pots , pans ,serving platters ect. Lots of space inside and out of the house for everyone to relax . We had a great time there.

Wow! This home is so beautiful. It's been beautifully renovated. The kitchen had everything you need, no need to bring anything from home. My children loved the pool/spa and tennis court, they had so much fun. Nice walks to the local beach (get some stunning sunset photos there!) Ben was so helpful throughout the stay, always communicating, offering help if required, not that it was, everything was well instructed in the home guide. He also offered us late check out. I can't wait to stay at this house again, we will definitely be back!

Saltwater Villa exceeded our expectations in so many areas. It has lots of living spaces, good sized bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The house is a classic example of art deco architecture and is furnished sympathetically with lovely inclusions. We were a group of 7 and everyone loved the house. Tamara is very responsive. I am hoping we will return one day.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

We spent our Christmas there and it was absolutely perfect! Home away from home! With loads of space and had everything you would have in your own home! Unfortunately we didn’t get the weather to use the pool much but it was certainly a fantastic addition to our stay! Would love to stay there again!

Gorgeous place at the best location. 5 min walk to the heart of Cowes and 10 second walk to your own beach access. Couldn't get better. Really is the best Phillip Island has to offer!

After a car mishap on arrival, Helen and her husband were so extremely generous and helpful, I couldn’t have wished for better hosts to calm my travel frazzled mind. The room is perfect, again generously supplied with everything you need, even fresh milk and a coffee machine. The view to their garden was wonderful from the comfortable bed and spotless room. Doesn’t get better than this! Again thanks so much for your fantastic hospitality!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was a standout – it had all the utensils and things we needed, plus a fantastic coffee machine. We also really enjoyed spending time in the garden and on the decks, soaking up the sun. It was a relaxing and easy place to stay, and we'd definitely recommend it!

This property was just wonderful homely feeling, cozy outdoor area and super prompt with replying to the small issue we had! Honestly couldn’t have asked for better communication from them! We will defiantly be back!

My little family had a lovely stay at Rye Beach Shack between Christmas and New Years. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and Woolies (about 10 mins) from the property, as it was so packed down at the waterfront parking was really hard to come by. Amber was very responsive about questions. A great place to stay and relax after Christmas :)

we had an amazing weekend here with our little doggies. the place is comfortable and peaceful and so close to some amazing coastal walks. highly recommend it.

We loved staying here. So close you could hear the waves at night. The short walks in the mornings to the beach was just wonderful. The house is very clean and a great place to stay and chill. We lived everything about the house, especially to kitchen. It had everything you could want to cook. If cooking is not what you want, there is a great selection of dining within a 5-10 min drive in any direction. We will definitely book again when we are next on the island.
