Look no more! This is your place to stay in Inverness! Nice little place, fantastic for a day or two visiting the north. Douglas is a great host, being on top of things and communication with him was really easy. He also had some great recommendations for places to eat/drink and I'd recommend Utopia cafe. For the taller guests, maybe think about a different place because if you're above 185, the bed might be just a bit short. Overall, 10/10 experience and will come back.

It is a lovely little apartment and has all the basic things one may need. Alison was responsive and helpful.

Stayed here as I was working at the hospital. Great location, handy for shops and food delivery. Flat was spotless with more than enough towels, toiletries and loo roll! Great supply of cooking equipment, herbs, spices and kitchen essentials.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft rundum wohlgefühlt – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt! Die Wohnung versprüht einen charmanten, gemütlichen Charakter. Besonders das Wohnzimmer lädt zum Entspannen ein – perfekt, um nach einem langen Tag zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Umgebung war schön ruhig. Die Innenstadt ist bequem zu Fuß in etwa 20 bis 30 Minuten erreichbar, was für uns ideal war. So konnten wir die Stadt in Ruhe erkunden, ohne auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen zu sein. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Stefan war absolut unkompliziert – wir haben uns jederzeit gut betreut gefühlt. Alles in allem ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt, den wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen würden!

Perfect stay with friends and their dogs. Close to restaurants and a great Chinese takeaway. We had afternoon tea at the Dowans Hotel celebrating birthdays , the location was perfect for that. The house itself was fabulous, very clean and had everything we needed. Comfiest of beds too! Would definitely recommend.

Great location, very clean and suited us perfect for a weekend in Inverness. Parking very handy right outside the door especially with two young children. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful clean comfortable apartment in a great location and with private parking; everything was just perfect and Inverness the nicest little city for a few days holiday. Lovely walks, great restaurants and bars, Botanical Gardens well worth a visit.

I was so grateful that Filipe was able to host us last minute. The apartment was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.

John’s flat was ideal for our requirements - nice and clean with everything we needed for our stay. The area is quiet and fairly close to a large supermarket which was useful. The car parking area was adjacent to the property - made it nice and easy for luggage moving. Our overall experience was good and would certainly consider the use of John’s property in the future should we be in the area .

Lovely, spacious apartment in a great location. The whole place was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. Very nicely furnished. Bathrooms are great with powerful showers. Lovely outside space to sit out when the sun shines. We’ve stayed in lots of properties in Ballater and this is our favourite.

This was our favorite stay of our trip to London and Scotland. The apartment is on the top two floors with a wrap-around deck on three sides, offering views of Loch Ness and the surrounding hillside. The kitchen has a large Aga stove, which is perfect in the winter for heating and drying out clothing from rainy adventures. The whole Abbey looks like a Harry Potter movie set, which tied into our other stops on the trip. We used the game rooms at night, and it was a quick walk down a path to town. A real person checks you in and gets you all settled, which is great because we were a little concerned about how to find our unit. This stay was everything we love about an AirBNB over a hotel.

Lovely accommodation in a central location for what we were doing. Highland Wildlife park and Landmark both within easy striking distance of the flat. Lots of nice cafes and shop just over the road. Standard of decor great, beds really comfy, even the sofa bed was a good sturdy quality. Communication with the host was great, lots of info at the correct point in time and very friendly/helpful too. We would definitely use the flat again. 😊

We had an incredible stay in Jenny and David’s apartment. The photos definitely don’t do it justice! We were met by David who was able to give us local recommendations. The apartment was very comfortable - the beds were gorgeous and the shower nice and powerful! It’s an absolute gem - in a lovely quiet town which has everything you need (a really well stocked Co-Op!) while being in the middle of the highlands - it was a great a spot to explore local attractions - Landmark Forest Park, Highlands Folk Museum, Highlands Wildlife Park but to name a few. If only we could’ve stayed longer :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat was extremely comfortable, in a great location and had everything we needed. Ray and Catriona responded immediately to our questions. We hope to be back - well worth a visit, a perfect place to stay. Home from home! Martin, Ingrid & Linda x

For our family of five, there was plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay and the surrounding area. Easy to get to and great parking! Beautiful location and yes, we all felt as though we were in Hogwarts, especially since our apartment was in the old school. Highly recommend.

Place was lovely and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. Loved it was right on the river ness.

We had a wonderful time. The house and grounds were beautiful! The view was AMAZING! Helen and Mike were very quick to respond and very helpful. We were greeted with fresh garden flowers, milk, butter, coffee, tea and biscuits. Lots of little extras to make you feel at home! Would absolutely recommend this place!

We've had a great stay at Yvonne's place. It was a very welcoming and comfortable space for the 2 of us. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with basic necessities. Shopping for groceries and other commodities was made easy with a local Tesco nearby. Many thanks to Yvonne for her recommendations. My daughter and I had a wonderful few days.

We had a great stay in the Crows Nest. the apartment was very clean, well equipped and a good space. Great location for walking into Avimore and a short drive to nearby lochs and mountains. Would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone!
