Sarah was a great host! She was very responsive and the house was immaculate upon arrival. The house was very well located to make the most of the amazing surroundings. If anything was needed it was easy to get in touch with Sarah if we had any questions.

Andrea and Steven’s home in Culloden is a fantastic base for anyone exploring Inverness and the surrounding areas of Scotland. The location is both safe and incredibly convenient, with a Tesco Extra just a stone’s throw away. Additionally, the property is ideally situated for easy access to major tourist attractions such as Culloden Battlefield, Loch Ness, and the stunning Highlands. The home itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and accessibility to Scotland’s most iconic sites, this is it. Highly recommended!

We came up to Inverness for a long weekend and this place was brilliant for us! The location is great, very quiet and felt very safe. We arrived late at night, but check in was very easy and the house was nice and warm and cozy. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and some little local goodies which were much appreciated. Nicola has a lot of useful information in the welcome book and we tried some of the recommendations which turned out great! City center is only a short drive away, so going out in the evening wasn't a problem. 100% would recomend and would stay again! :)

The house was fantastic and so homely. We enjoyed the log burner, and even managed to sit outside on the lovely decking area. The secure outside area was great for our dog who quickly settled in. The house is in a great location and in easy walking distance to everything you need. The house is furnished to a high standard and was immaculate. We would definitely return the next time we visit Aviemore.

An amazing stay, the photos don't do it justice - it's much bigger in real life and the views of the mountains are incredible. We found lots of adventures nearby and will be back!

The stay was very comfortable with excellent facilities. We enjoyed the privacy and warmth of the place , we enjoyed every moment . Apart from the stay one thing we found confused was to spot the green waste bin.The trash bin was quite far from the accommodation. We think keeping the bin near to the house rather than at the end of the road will be helpful. We appreciate your efforts for arranging such a wonderful place . Thank you

Absolutely fantastic stay for my group of girls... so much room, so comfortable, everything you can think of is provided - just super! This is our second stay here and we will definitely be back again. I highly recommend this wonderful house and location.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Loved the decorations and the way the apartment was furnished - truly felt like a home away from home... Great area - close to grocery store, shopping, and restaurants. We had a car but street parking wasn't an issue. Jill was extremely responsive and communicative. Definitely would love to stay there again!

We had a wonderful time. The house and grounds were beautiful! The view was AMAZING! Helen and Mike were very quick to respond and very helpful. We were greeted with fresh garden flowers, milk, butter, coffee, tea and biscuits. Lots of little extras to make you feel at home! Would absolutely recommend this place!

Really lovely modern flat a short walk from the beach. The flat was very clean and well heated. Close to the pubs for something to eat and a 10 min drive to Tesco and Lidl. Had a lovely holiday here with my family, great flat!

Loved our stay. The apartment is super well appointed with everything you need & more. Lots of nice extras eg chocolate biscuits, fruit, breakfast items & we wanted for nothing. Super clean. A lot of thought has gone into this Airbnb and it shows. Easy free parking and a 10 minute walk to bars & restaurants. I'm an Airbnb host myself and more than happy to recommend to others.

The apartment is stylish. It’s in a great location close to the city. It felt really warm and inviting and has all the amenities you need for a great stay.

Great midway location between Clava Cairn, Loch Ness, Inverness and Fairy Glen. Cozy, homey and sweet two bedroom. Very clean and appliances easy to use. Free private parking. Great place to stay and would recommend.

We had a great stay in the Crows Nest. the apartment was very clean, well equipped and a good space. Great location for walking into Avimore and a short drive to nearby lochs and mountains. Would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone!

We had a great stay at Inverness at Rodjana & Ann’s place! The flat looks exactly as the pictures and was clean and well-stocked. I initially had some trouble finding the key box but Rodjana & Ann were super responsive and helped me out immediately. When I discovered a broken handle on the washer and lightbulb in one of the lamps, they sent a staff to look into the problem and fixed it the next day. The beds are super comfortable and we had a fun time cooking at the kitchen. The location was also great - we could easily walk to downtown and access train station, shops and restaurants.

This is a warm, cosy, comfortable hideaway in a quiet street, not far from the attractions of Aviemore and the surrounding area. A very comfortable bed and clean, spacious kitchen were a pleasure to return to after long days out exploring. Fraser was very responsive and provides all the information needed for a relaxing, comfortable stay. A nice view of the mountains from the window and perfectly dark skies to see the Northern Lights from the carpark at the back of the building were nice bonuses. We'd love to visit Aviemore again and would definitely stay here if available- the perfect weekend break, not far from but so very different to home.

This apartment was outstanding and Hazel has given much attention to detail and nothing has been forgotten. We had everything we needed and more. The place was spotless and had beautiful furnishings and we all got that cosy, relaxed vibe the minute we arrived. Lovely views over the river, and you can catch a glimpse of the sea over the rooftops. A few little extras were provided for my son's 30th birthday which made it even more special. We all had a great time here and can definitely recommend, it will not disappoint. Thankyou.

I frequently stay in Air B&Bs whilst travelling for work and I have to say Colin’s Place in Forres is one of the very best I have stayed in. It is spacious yet compact, comfortable, warm, well equipped and very homely. It was also very quiet overnight and situated in a pleasant estate on the edge of town but yet not far from shops and restaurants etc. There is a Coop supermarket within a short walk. Easy and safe car parking within 5 meters of the front door was also very convenient. Colin is a great communicator and came across as very helpful and friendly. All in all a first class stay and I will have no hesitation in booking this again. Many thanks.

Stephen was a great host and although I didn’t need to contact him at any point he kept in touch and if I had any issues I know he would’ve helped. House was as expected and was perfect for me, lots of equipment in kitchen, spacious sitting room and a very big main bedroom. I had zero issues, location was in the centre of Nairn only a short walk to the beach or shops. Sheena the cleaner is also an amazing woman so helpful and went the extra mile. Had a brilliant stay and would go back again.

Host was very helpful, communicated well and responded very quickly. The property was lovely and clean. Will be happy to use again in the future.
