Absolutely gorgeous and picturesque place, we had lovely stay and host was friendly and responsive, cottage is so perfectly built into gorgeous Greek mountain countryside with beautiful scenery and comfortable dock. Host let us use his boat to had unforgettable experience across the bay. Beautiful sunrises.

In primul rand vreau să spun că pozele reflectă întocmai realitatea. Locuință și curtea sunt exagerat de ordonate și curate. Dacă ești un iubitor al apusurilor de soare în mare și liniștea, vei fi entuziastmat. Plaja din fața casei este cu nisip, iar apa e ideala pentru copii, foarte calda, liniștită și mică (la 100 m de mal nu depășește nivelul capului). Casa alăturată este la o distanță destul de mica, prin urmare pentru a respecta liniștea la pranz și după ora 23 vei fi nevoit să limitezi zgomotul. The house is very close to the beach and to the main road passing through Agiokampos. The second floor has a nice big balcony with a view to the sea. The house interior is a bit outdated and some of the rooms need better lighting but still it is equipped well enough and has all you need for a nice family holiday. The most important part is the courtyard - it is huge and well maintained and suggests spending most of your time on the outside. There is plenty of space for the kids to play and to run around and there are several well-arranged cosy seating areas suitable for dining, having coffee or just spending your time on the outside. The place leaves the impression for a caring and industrious host. Excellent attitude and case on the part of the host!

Perfect place for a family with kids. We were extremely satisfied with everything and would highly recommend this to everyone! George was a wonderful host, very helpful. The house had everything you need and Messogi and is great too!

Our stay for my 40th birthday was absolutely incredible—better than I could have ever imagined. The house is stunning, nestled beautifully in the heart of nature, just how I like it. The sea is breathtaking and easily accessible, just a short walk down from the house. The beach is perfect for children, with crystal-clear, shimmering waters. Everything about this stay was perfect on every level. Kostas was truly amazing. He was a tremendous help in every way, a wonderful person I look forward to seeing again, whether at his place or elsewhere. All my friends were charmed by his character and his home, rich in history. He was incredibly flexible, dedicated, and made sure we had an unforgettable celebration. A huge thank you to Kostas. This house is a gem, and I can't wait to return.

The place is perfect for family vacation especially if you’re into close-to-nature place, love serenity and unity with the nature in an austere but quite comfortable conditions. The neighborhood is very local, quiet with no touristic hustle around. The sea is literally at your doorstep, you just dive into the water right from the backyard. Lots of good restaurants with fresh seafood within five minutes drive radius. Vasiliss was super responsive and proactive in terms of provision comfort of our stay. I’m thankful to him for a pleasant stay wish him the best of luck!

Καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, εύκολο parking (αφήσαμε το όχημα ακριβώς από κάτω) και με ένα τεράστιο μπαλκόνι με θέα στην θάλασσα από τα δεξιά του. Το επισκεφτήκαμε Μάρτιο οπότε δεν μπορέσαμε να χαρούμε στις extra παροχές που προσφέρονται τους ζεστούς μήνες χωρίς αυτο να αφαιρεί κατι απο την εμπειρία. Το μεγάλο του σαλόνι επί της εποπτείας της Πυθίας προσφέρεται για μεγάλη παρέα και τα δωμάτιά του, μεγάλα και φωτεινά, για ήσυχη ανάπαυση. Η εξυπηρετιση ήταν άμεση σε ότι χρειαστείκαμε και η υποδοχή ο ορισμός της ΦΙΛΟΞΕΝΙΑΣ. Ευχαριστούμε για ολα κ. Παναγιώτη και θα τα ξαναπούμε ευκαιρίας δοθείσης.

A lovely little house overlooking Alyki. We loved the views from the terraces and the wood burning stove kept us warm during some of the colder evenings.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Xiropigado. La maison était magnifique, elle est paisible, située au bord de mer avec une plage presque privée Le jardin est magnifique, les fleurs sentent bons, la vue est exceptionnelle La maison est grande et très bien équipée pour une grande famille. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement ainsi que les équipements de cuisine, modernes. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer en famille ou entre amis. La kayak mis à disposition est un plus pour profiter de la mer. Merci beaucoup

We spent 10 days in February at Konstantinos place, and it was paradise on earth. The appartment on the 1st floor is charming, beds are comfortable and we felt cosy on rainy days. Sunny days turned the place into full fledged heaven, orange and lemon trees in the garden providing snacks, sea adventures with the kayaks at our disposal, walks on the beach to the nearby cafés, trails in the mountains. The place is fabulous.

We had an incredible week at Nikos place - really peaceful and stunning views. Enjoyed walking to the marina, beaches and restaurants and using the kayak and jetty. Quite a walk (and some uphills) with our bags so worth bearing in mind for future guests. Boat to take you to mainland was €2 each and came once an hour and locals were all really friendly.
