This place was great. Perfect for getting creative when you are staying in Iowa City. The space was much bigger than expected. Hosts friendly and responsive. Cool things to do in the building.

Honestly what a cool little cute town and what awesome hosts! Something definetly worth noting is that there was live music just underneath us on a Friday night. Initially we were going to go check it out but it made for a really romantic evening and we felt like we had our own little concert in the house for us! Overall such a nice host and was more than flexible. Space was cool and you had lots of stuff within walking distance. Will be back!😊

A beautiful Airbnb, the kitchen is super clean and modern and the master bathroom is massive and elegant! We only stayed for one night but would have loved to spend more time in the home. We would definitely stay again! I highly recommend it.

Great price, stocked w essentials, comfy beds, extra blankets. Broom and vacuum and a few cleaning supplies left, which I like having on hand when traveling with kids! Aaron and Ellen were very responsive. Came to drop off extra trash bags, and went out of his way to take the trash to curb. Only advice is- don’t book this air bnb if you have loud little kids running around. It’s on the top floor, and the tenants underneath are not understanding of this. Aaron did inform them that we had little kids and that we wouldn’t be there long. Great stay, clean, and excellent price!!!

I loved this Airbnb so so much. I came to Iowa city for a training downtown and this was the perfect location. I was able to walk to the conference center (1.5 miles) while also feeling like I was out of the busy-ness of downtown. I loved how quiet and peaceful the location was. There were even deer in the neighbor's yard one morning. Even though it is attached to the main house I did not hear a single thing. It is obvious that the owners have put some thought into making sure that their stay has all of the things I might need and that their guests are as cozy as possible. I would definitely stay again.

This is the perfect home away from home for us and our puppy! The fenced area makes things so easy, and the pet-friendly space is comfy. Things were clean, fresh and ready for our visit. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back!

Bea’s place was the PERFECT location for our travels as we visited for Thanksgiving. The rooms were stunningly decorated, the bedrooms comfy, and the space was warm and welcoming. We hosted a get together with our relatives for a game night and between the dining area, cozy living room furniture, and kitchen bar, everybody was able to socialize comfortably and relax without it feeling overcrowded. There was no noise from adjoining units or traffic and we enjoyed our time immensely. It is also close to a grocery store and a Starbucks as well as Urgent Care should needs arise. Bea is a responsive and gracious host. Great stay!

Very comfortable and well decorated apartment. Extremely clean, great location and numerous thoughtful extras. Highly recommended if you ever need a stay in Iowa City.

Very accessible part of town in a quiet neighborhood next to Coe College. Stayed here with my wife and our 1 year old and space was sufficient for our needs. Place is represented very well in the pictures. We did not spend a ton of time at the place, but if you’re simply just needing a place to lay your head for the night definitely would recommend and would stay again!
