Great host we arrived right at 4 o’clock and he had not made it back with some supplies was very respectful on calling me making sure it was ok to drop them off and come in. Made me feel like it was my home while I was there.

The house was very nice. Hot tub was a major plus! Chris was very helpful and responsive.

This place for our group perfectly. Plenty of space for all of us to fit comfortably. The garage set up with fun games, and all the TVs to be able to watch March madness was perfect for our group of guys. Really appreciate the hospitality

Loved our stay. 2 days there were 13 of us definitely tested the capacity lots of room. My husband and I added a day , he seldom gets summer vacations. Bring blankets especially if people sleeping on couches. More kitchen stocking if doing a lot of cooking. The house was awesome one level especially the game room extra space. Two sleeper sofa’s would work in there. Lots of room for large groups. Fire pit and pool absolutely great. Patio and two doors on the poolside was very useful. I did call Douglas with a few questions, very accommodating and friendly.

Clean, clean, clean! This place was sparkling clean and very cozy. The backyard looks amazing and we cannot wait to come back in the summer and try out the pool. Location was close to restaurants, HyVee and anything else we needed. Tycha was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spot right on the water in Nashua! Brenda was very helpful during the check-in process, and was very accommodating with multiple items available during our stay! Great place!

Place was clean and spacious. The communication was extremely fast and helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone coming through the area to stay at this home. My husband and I will definitely be back to stay in the near future!

This was the perfect stay for our group of 14 women. The kitchen was wonderful to prepare meals. Plenty of dishes and cookware. The ice machine was a hit! The open living/ kitchen area was great for us to all be together but still enough room to spread out and work on crafts and puzzles. Sleeping areas were comfortable, clean and well stocked. Everyone agreed that we would love to return to this space next year for our annual gathering. Thanks Tim and Terra!

This place is amazing. The kids loved the game room, my wife and I loved the hot tub and fire place. Felt secluded, but was near downtown for easy access to food and drink. The place looked modern, great amenities, and we felt right at home. Would stay here again and again

Deb and Mark have a lovely home and were great hosts. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We appreciated the book with recommendations for the area. Deb and Mark were responsive to our questions and made us feel very welcome. A great stay!

Absolutely loved the experience of staying in such a beautifully decorated Lustron home. We had a great time and will definitely keep this place in mind for our next stay in the area.

This house was a perfect little getaway for us! It has everything you need and was close to town. The neighborhood felt safe, there is parking in the driveway, and many kitchen appliances to make food. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Carroll!

House was a little tight for our group of 7 (small rooms & just one bathroom). But it overall served our needs, the location was perfect, great price, and the hosts couldn't have been nicer.

this is an absolutely fantastic place to stay. Great views in the country, close to town with responsive and friendly host. plenty of room for the whole family with everything you need. I recommend this place for anyone wishing to house their family foe any occasion.

Matt is an excellent host, and he keeps his properties in wonderful condition 👍 This particular location was very peaceful, and suited the needs of my coworkers and I perfectly. I would definitely stay at Matt’s property again

Great place to stay with a bigger family or multiple families. The bedrooms were spacious, and it was clean and well organized. The washer and dryer being available was awesome. The beds weren’t super comfortable but we still got some good sleep on them - that’s my only complaint. Having the space downstairs is great for multiple families, a second family can have their own space, even a good sized kitchen area. It’s a great location if you’re spending time at the lake and it’s just far away enough to be quiet. It’s a short walk to a couple of shops and definitely check out the coffee shop. I would definitely recommend!
