The place was exactly what we needed, a clean and cozy house with a good location. We felt at home and the beds were very comfortable. Abby provided a wonderful welcome binder with lots of local recommendations and brochures. Highly recommend the place.

This is our second stay at Ed and Cindy's and five stars doesn't seem enough. We'd award them more if we could. Yes, everything about the 1875 House is physically perfect, but it's the intangibles; the love and care they put in to the place, the friendly communications, and the genuine concern they have for the comfort and wellbeing of their guests that make a stay there so unique and comforting. There's an old Scottish song with a chorus that goes, "Will ye no come back again?" This Scottish-American answers with a definite, "Aye!" Thanks, Ed and Cindy, for everything you do!

Matt is an excellent host, and he keeps his properties in wonderful condition 👍 This particular location was very peaceful, and suited the needs of my coworkers and I perfectly. I would definitely stay at Matt’s property again

We did not spend a lot of time as we were in town for an event. HOWEVER it was very comfortable and allowed us to have extra time with our family when we were at the condo. It was close to Jordan Creek and anything you would need.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bill's townhome. Bill was readily available to help with our planning and made us feel right at home. He even helped my brother secure another unit at the last minute when his reservations fell through. Bill's home was extremely clean, well located for our time at the lake, and the bed was so comfy! We really appreciated all of Bill's help and hospitality during our family reunion weekend at Lake Panorama and we look forward to staying there again!

This place for our group perfectly. Plenty of space for all of us to fit comfortably. The garage set up with fun games, and all the TVs to be able to watch March madness was perfect for our group of guys. Really appreciate the hospitality

Loved our stay. 2 days there were 13 of us definitely tested the capacity lots of room. My husband and I added a day , he seldom gets summer vacations. Bring blankets especially if people sleeping on couches. More kitchen stocking if doing a lot of cooking. The house was awesome one level especially the game room extra space. Two sleeper sofa’s would work in there. Lots of room for large groups. Fire pit and pool absolutely great. Patio and two doors on the poolside was very useful. I did call Douglas with a few questions, very accommodating and friendly.

It was everything g we expected and I would say more. The house had everything we needed.

Very helpful to have backyard access for my dogs, beautiful eclectic garden. Very comfortable bed and although I didn’t need the fridge or stove, it’s nice to know they were there. I didn’t notice if there were any utensils or dishes besides mugs. Quiet neighborhood and great sleeping!

Everything was as described and easy to get to. Not a ton of parking, but it was a great space for us.

Cozy place in a super convenient location if you're taking a road trip along the 80. Our lab mix loved the dog-friendly amenities (dog bed and water dish), and we found the bed and couch very comfortable.

We loved staying at Ashley's! We brought a third person at the last minute so we would be happy to pay extra if needed. Her place was perfect or us! We had so much fun revisiting Cedar Rapids and being located in the Czech Village that we want to come back way more frequently and will definitely try to book at Ashley's again when we do. The museums, shops, and restaurants are so great right in the area that you could just walk to all of them. We did venture out farther afield to visit Brucemore and drive around looking at the beautiful mansions of the city!

We have been traveling over the past few months and this is the first 5 star rated place that truly is 5 stars! Clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly! Excellent communication from the hosts! Highly recommend!

We were in town visiting my daughter’s school. The house was very nice and super close to the college! Beds were very comfortable! House was very well decorated and cozy.

Have stayed here several times each time is so peaceful and relaxing. House is clean and organized. It’s perfectly close to the things that I like to do which are fishing, hiking, biking. Rick always responds if I have any questions. Look forward to returning.
