The house is complete with all the amenities you could ask for. Kitchen utensils and appliances, high speed internet, TV projector and streaming services, lots of beds and mattresses. Very family and kids friendly. It's like we never left our own home. Vince is a friendly, kind and accommodating host. Prompt in communication, accuracy in instructions, ease of checking in and out and you can feel the personal and homely touch he put in the house.

My wife and I stayed here at KT and Maggie's place. Mr. KT and Maggie met us the first day of our stay and they were very friendly. They allow us to check-in earlier. Their apartment felt like home. The location is great, which makes walking to restaurants, groceries and badminton courts very accessible. The place is very clean, beautiful and bright, a lot of natural light. The kitchen has everything you need, the WIFI works great and hot water is available. We drove to Ipoh so it was great to have a reserved parking lot available. The apartment complex has a gym, swimming pool and water park. I would without a doubt highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

The water heater sometimes too hot and sometimes too cold. As per host describtion, it because of the solar system that causing the heater to not function so well , since we came with a big families. Luckly , the host is so helpful and responsive to settle all the problems. Overall, i satisfied with all the services.

The host was very informative and helpful to get the smooth check-in Excellent location, most of the shops were just within walking distance. Highly recommend it and will pay a visit again in the future.

Everything was nice but only few door locks malfunctioning! And also few lights in a hall started to blink after few hours of turning on it! Other than that everything was fine. Key collection was sooo easy with this host and house, since theres no any complicated steps!!! Thank you host!

Staying at Siti’s place feels like home. She is very thoughtful of the guest, providing extra effort to ensure the stay is comfortable. From kitchen dish soap to laundry soap to extra mattress & toto if needed. I felt greatly welcome at her place. Siti is also very responsive whenever asked. All the best Siti. great place to stay for short period or long. the place has everything you need for small n big family.we have cozy night there.really recommended.the host also very kind and friendly
