Great place to stay! Lovely hosts who gave great recommendations on where to go & the Nature Reserve was a lovely afternoon walk not too far from the Cottage! The hot tub was a great place to relax after a long day of activities!

Sotterley Estate was the perfect getaway from London. The garden is completely contained which was great for letting the dog run around. It's got plenty of privacy and space around so is really quiet and peaceful. Even though the first night was raining heavily and the wind was strong, once inside you couldn't hear anything and the fire kept us toasty! Definitely do your research on walks and places to visit nearby, lots of lovely places to visit and plenty of dog friendly pubs.

I recently enjoyed a delightful getaway that exceeded all my expectations. Nestled in a picturesque location, the accommodations were cozy and inviting, offering a perfect blend of comfort and charm. All Hosts were attentive and welcoming. Everything was perfect.

We had the best stay, we had a lovely girly weekend celebrating my mums 50th and aunties 60th. The accommodation was beautiful, clean and Lucy put in lots of homely touches; going above and beyond. Lucy was really quick at responding if we ever had any problems. The view and surroundings were beautiful, such a lovely place and will defo be coming back again in the future ❤️ thank you so much.

The cottage was much bigger than I expected and extremely homely. Chloe-Louise had thought of everything from soft dressing gowns in the bathroom to fresh eggs in the kitchen. Both bedrooms are large with en-suites and a log burner in the lounge. The weather was cold but the enclosed garden was perfect for our chihuahua to run around in. Would love to stay here again.

We had a great couple of nights here. The cottage is perfect for a cosy stay, made even better with the addition of the log burner. The cottage is spacious, clean and has everything you need. The welcome package was a nice touch, we had a lovely breakfast the following morning. It was nice to be able to walk around the grounds too, where we saw some wildlife. Tony was a great, friendly host - answered any questions we had and also gave us recommendations for things to do locally and a bit further afield.

Firstly Hannah was very personable and very prompt with her answers to any questions I had. The place was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Great care had been taken to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend staying at this residence and Hannah is an amazing host.

The cottage is lovely and warm, the beds were very comfortable, well stocked kitchen and nice sunny garden. Great location, only a few minutes from the front and the excellent Company Shed where the food was so good

Fantastic little spot in Southwold just back from the coast. Feels very secluded but with everything on your door step. Lots of character and feels incredibly homely. Beds are a bit on the small side, but completely fine for a short stay. Would highly recommend for exploring Southwold and the surrounding areas.

Very much enjoyed our weekend stay here. It was warm and cosy and just the right size for the two of us now the kids are gone. Extremely fascinatingly designed garden a must for exploring.

Fantastic cottage in idyllic location. Photos do not do it justice - it’s a beautiful cottage, full of character and charm. Lovely garden too. Had a wonderful stay and communication was excellent.

A perfect stay! Very lovely, clean cottage. Perfect to stay with a dog. Small shop opposite the house so very convenient if you forgot something and don’t want to drive to the big shop. There is also a lovely farm-shop nearby. It was very peaceful and quiet. Perfect relaxing gateway. Only 3 miles to Southwold (it took us 10 mins to get there by car). It was very comfortable, we stayed as a couple with a medium size dog. There is also some garden furniture, so you can have a lovely meal in the garden! Tom was very helpful, I got a flat tire on the way to the cottage and he recommended a garage to get it fixed, was super speedy and they were very flexible. Will definitely be back! Would highly recommend!

I stumbled Accross this Airbnb quite by chance and I was blown away. I have now visited over and over again because the location is close to family. I always feel right at home. The cottage has everything I need for my stay, plus the hosts make it super cozy and welcoming with afternoon tea on arrival (I live for those scones) a fire at the ready to create ambiance and warm the living area, plus some bubbly and amazing coffee to relax with. I travel from the US so these details upon arrival make me feel very welcome.

My family and I had a lovely stay at the Coach House. The property is beautifully designed and the decor is very stylish. The house was very clean throughout and we had everything we needed for our stay. Charlie was very quick in replying with any queries that we had throughout our stay also. We thought the paintings throughout the house were a lovely touch to the property also. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Beautiful countryside setup. Paul and Jane are exceptional hosts, with a simply amazing holiday village. The cottage is pristine and attractively decorated, with the outside bath being a particularly great feature overlooking beautiful fields. We went in Spring but I can only imagine how amazing it is when the yurts are full, the place is full of life and in mid-summer. Surrounding area is full of beautiful spots, you won’t be stuck for things to do. We will be returning for sure. Thanks for having us Paul and Jane, and being such great hosts! Our children didn’t want to leave 🙏😅

Myself & my partner had the most beautiful stay at the cottage. Everything was so clean & perfect. I also loved the art work scattered around the whole cottage! Cant wait to visit again in the future!! 10/10 recommend! X

What a lovely cottage, perfect for our weekend away with two dogs. Very close to the beach which is great this time of year (March) as plenty of sand when sea is out. Really clean cottage with lovely little touches. Our host even left treats for the dogs which was really nice. Would definitely recommend and will back again!

Peace. It was just what we needed. The cottage was equiped with all we needed. Beautifly clean and the bed was not only a decent size but very comfy too. A win win. King size bed. The Spring bulbs were up & a rabbit visited us daily. Lovely to sit out and watch the sun go down. Parking just beside the cottage. All on flat ground. Did i say how peaceful?
