Great apartment in a quiet location. Tony is very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. He lives right next-door and really made us feel at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is soap, shampoo and wipes in the bathroom. Highly recommended apartment if you’re in Iquitos

What a wonderful tucked away gem in the center of Iquitos. Views of the river are unbelievable. Will be staying here again. Highly recommended.

This place seems to be my home in Iquitos. I felt very comfy and I had very good contact with the staff. The apartment itself is very spacious and has a lot of cosy places to sit down and relax. The mattress in the bedroom is very comfortable as well. Moronacocha district is quiet and I didn't hear the street noise which allowed me to sleep well and rest. The water in the shower is hot, there is a heater in the bathroom. All of the staff are very kind and easy-going, they're doing a very good job. I wish them good luck and hope to see them again soon!

Amazing place, beautiful and serene - incredible views of the river. Very clean and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Perfect place to stay just after coming out the jungle!

Great Place friendly and helpful staff

The place was comfortable and relaxing. Carmen was super friendly and helpful to ensure we knew where to go, how much to pay and safe. We even saw her in grocery store and she was able to assist us with finding some items and offered to share her moto-kar with us. Thank you!

Nice place with a somewhat weird vibe. 7 blocks from the main square where most of hotels, higher calibre restaurants, and tour offices are. You can walk there or a cab will run you about 3 Soles. I didn't feel in danger around there at night, but I'd advise you not to look too flashy if you're obviously foreign. The apartment is a nice two room suite. The air conditioning unit and two fans kept the place a comfortable temperature even in the middle of the day. The AC drips condensation and forms a puddle in the hallway outside that you need to take to get to the washing machine. There's a nice big modern washer and dryer, but to get there you have to go down the stairs from your place to the lobby, then walk the narrow hallway with the puddle past the other units in the complex, then go up a spiral staircase two stories to get to the dark backroom with the washer and dryer, and then probably plug them in as well as they're kept unplugged. The time estimates the washer and drier gave me weren't very accurate and I had to make this trek many times to check up on my laundry. But they worked well and were never full when I needed them. Place was clean when I got there, but everything felt a bit soapy like they used a soap solution and didn't rinse. I stayed about a week and a half and after about a week they came in and did a cleaning while I was gone. I like fresh sheets, but I would have appreciated being asked if I was okay with someone coming into the unit. Nothing was taken, but I was freaked out for a bit before I could confirm that. Good kitchen with a gas stove with I think just one burner that works, a kettle, a good pan and pot and enough utensils and plates for about two people. No ventilator for the stove and gas particles are really bad for you, but that seems to be the norm in this part of the world. Street noise wasn't too bad. Wifi was intermittent. I couldn't get any use out of it at all with my laptop and the signal would go in and out on my tablet and phone. Best internet in town I found was at Ari's Burger, which didn't have that problem at all. Host communication was good.

the place was pretty big and nice..not too far for downtown iquitos...much recommended 👌

亮点：有洗衣机，与房东和管理员的沟通顺畅及时，他们提供了很多帮助。 公寓虽然不在中心区域，但步行可到达。因为在居民区，周边有不错的餐厅。 唯一需要改进的，热水似乎不是随时都有。虽然Iquitos是热带地区，但玩了一天回来，还是希望能洗个热水澡。 其他都好，推荐入住。
