Check in was very easy and we had no issues at all during our stay. The bedding in the rooms was all premade which was nice. Although there were neighbors nearby, the configuration of the outdoor space felt like we were by ourselves on the lake. Fantastic house and I’d recommend to anyone!

This place was perfect!! We had 4 families and there was plenty of space. The view of the lake was beautiful and it had so many comforts of home. We will definitely come again. AvantStay was so responsive if we had any questions!

The one comment that Ken didn’t have bug spray and he got a one star or a two star review is honestly laughable because that is about the only thing this guy does not have when you talk about a host that lays out step-by-step instruction on what may be helpful around the house. He has every thing you need to make it home. This is a place where you can get out get away and still be 30 minutes from Charlotte and Mooresville is one of the affluent areas of all of Charlotte so there’s plenty to do a very nice uptown area. The guy has literally anything you can think of that you would need to make your stay more accommodated he thought of it and he put it down or has it for you five star no question

Dan and Sara's home was fantastic! Very peaceful, beautiful two level home that was perfect for our family's needs! We will no doubt stay again when we come back to Lake Norman!! Highly recommend!!!

We stayed as a group of colleagues on a trip together, and enjoyed the location and amenities of our stay. The host was always responsive and helpful.

Cute and cozy cabin in the woods. Surroundings were beautiful and very naturist. Everything was rustic and pristine. I wish the weather would have been a bit warmer to be able to fully enjoy everything on the property, but now we know, once warmer weather sets in, it will be a perfect get away!! We didn’t let the cold weather slow us down too much, though. We took full advantage of the wood heater/stove, the outdoor fire pit and did a little fishing in the ponds. We also hiked down to the creek to soak in the views there as well, and it did not disappoint. Amanda, her husband and son were very nice and helpful when it came to firewood or any other needs we had. Can’t wait to visit again in the summer time for another great experience. Definitely a place to go to with the family or friends and disconnect.

Great little getaway! Even nicer in person than in the pictures. There was a basket full of snacks & dog treats on the table for us! The fridge was stocked with drinks and coffee creamers. There were dog toys & dog bowls. We only stayed two nights, so we didn’t use the kitchen for cooking, but it had everything you’d need plus a nice coffee station. There was scrabble, cards, plus a mini pool table we really enjoyed playing. Wood was already in the fire pit, and there were plenty of extra outdoor chairs. Unfortunately, it was really cold, so we didn’t go out on the water, but they had life jackets and inflatable paddle boards. The dock is really nice for fishing. The screened in porch is amazing! Our dogs really enjoyed chasing their ball around in there. The bathroom is small, but it’s got everything you need and is functional. My husband and I are both big, but fit in the shower. Over all, it’s a really nice little 3 bed one bath house. We’d definitely stay here again.

we enjoyed our stay. Due to the guests staying here prior to us getting sick and need ingredients time to get well, Deb moved us to another location. We stayed at her lake house on Norman lake. It was very peaceful and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying there!! Thanks Deb!!

My 3 friends and I drove 9 hrs from NJ to spend the wknd with a friend in Mooresville. Our 1st (of several) OMG moments came as we pulled in (and down) the driveway and saw the lake right in front us. James place was AMAZING! The external pics don't do the place justice. The cabin is only minutes from shopping and great dining. The location right on the lake is priceless. Hanging on the boat dock or sitting on the porch watching the sunset were highlights of our stay. My friends and I loved the house! We highly recommend it and will be back again.

We’re repeat guests and have always had a great stay at the cozy cabin. Property is comfortable, peaceful and has all the amenities we need. Hosts take great care of the place and are always responsive. We always look forward to our next visit!

Perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway right on the water. The hosts were very responsive and equipped the house with everything you could need. They provided a fire pit, grill, kayaks, and canoes which were perfect activities given the weather. There are houses nearby but it still felt like we had our privacy. We would definitely rent this house again and come back to Lake Norman!

We went for our senior spring break trip! It was absolutely gorgeous and such a wonderful place to create such beautiful and lasting memories! Our hosts were so, so kind and welcoming! One of the best Airbnb trips I’ve ever taken!!

An excellent place to lay your head and relax. We came for Thanksgiving week and spent most of our time away with family, but the evenings were still something special by the fireplace or in the loft.

For the C4 unit, we had a wonderful stay there as well. The only concern which didn’t affect our stay was the blinds on the main front entrance door. Some of the blinds were damaged towards the bottoms and parts of it missing. I did report it to the front office as well. We enjoyed the tiny house and all the amenities! We even got to tour some of our neighbors tiny houses. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

James was very helpful and responsive to my questions! The home is adorable and right on the water. Walking distance to kayaks and paddle boards. Very relaxing and peaceful. Would definitely stay again!
