this was a great stay. the accommodations were absolutely perfect. very clean unit with everything you need to cook, clean and get by for however long you need to stay. the amenities around the apartment complex are over the top. there are barbecue grills gazebos the weight room is got everything you need. the pool is incredibly nice. the security on site is great as well. your kids can't wander into the pool without their parental supervision. what a great stay. I would highly recommend it for anyone in the Mooresville or Charlotte area

5 star all around. The host is an amazing communicator and wants you to have a great experience. Clean, comfy and modern. Everything exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend to couples, families and solid travelers. Everything is brand new and works efficiently. Easy check in. Beautiful gym. Washer and dryer in unit - so clutch when you travel. Close to shops and restaurants. The development is a little hard to find - use Google maps, not Apple, or use the coordinates they give you. It’s so new the maps are not updated with Apple. Just can’t say enough good stuff about the rental. I have been a host and have stayed many places and this one is top notch. 5/5 no question.

This is our second time staying here and it won’t be our last! Last time we stayed, my husband forgot the charger for his laptop and his toothbrush. They went out of their way and mailed it to us. That really stood out to me because I don’t think a lot of people would do that. Also, these apartments are gorgeous and very well stocked with everything you would need. They are very friendly and very easy to deal with. Great communication and very clear and easy instructions for the home.

We felt at home the minute we walked in. It is so beautiful, clean and comfortable. The furniture is nice, not left over from a decade ago like some places. The house is super clean, neat and beautifully located. The dock and ramp are very nice. Just one word, the dock is not floating so it is a little awkward to get into the boat for older people. However, they have a really nice ladder with full steps (not ladder rungs, actual steps) to get down to the boat. My mother, who would not be happy if I post her age......was able to safely and slowly get down the ladder and into the boat. Several restaurants and fuel are located a short boat ride away. The dock is in a cove and we had so much fun on the paddle boards and kayaks they provide. I can't recommend this place enough, it is really nice. You won't be disappointed, we weren't and we are pretty picky. Thanks to the host for the cleanliness, the flowers, goodies and for letting us stay in this incredible home.

Linda is such a great host. She was very quick to respond to questions before I booked and the one question I had after getting into the house. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. Tons of games scattered throughout including ping pong, putting, foosball, and a poker table. The fully fenced in yard was great for the dog. I highly recommend Linda and this house.

Scott was a wonderful host! We went for Thanksgiving with our family; this was the perfect place to spend the holidays. They had the house decorated for Christmas with 14 Christmas trees and beautiful lights outside. The house was exceptionally well stocked with an entire spice cabinet and pantry for our use and all the platters and kitchen gadgets you could ever need. He also left us several pies and bottles of wine, which was a very thoughtful touch. The house is situated in a tranquil and private cove across from Lake Norman State Park. Scott also offered his boat for a very reasonable rental fee, which we enjoyed. We highly recommend renting from Scott!

Nice lake house. Comfortable spaces. The living room was spacious but only 1 table lamp to light the space after dark. This house is not one to pick for anyone with mobility issues as all bedrooms are downstairs and kitchen/living room upstairs. We enjoyed our stay.

Spacious, sparkling clean, and luxurious lake house with gorgeous views. The entire downstairs has large picture windows that look out onto the beautiful lake, which was the perfect backdrop for enjoying for our long weekend with family. The kids loved kayaking, playing in the large backyard, and sleeping in the comfy bunk beds. The adults watched their outdoor fun while grilling on the back porch, relaxing on the screened-in side porch, and around the backyard firepit. The kitchen had everything we needed for large family meals. We all enjoyed playing in the gameroom, which boasts an air hockey table, ping pong, basketball, and a plentiful selection of board games. Bedrooms and bathrooms all had high quality towels and linens. Best of all was our host Tessa, who was very friendly, responsive, and helpful at every turn. We would love to come back to this perfect lake getaway!

The experience was absolutely fantastic! There are beautiful lake views and a wonderful fire pit. The electric fireplace in the living room is incredible, and the living space is very spacious. You can fully trust the photos, but the host, Todd, goes above and beyond with thoughtful little touches that exceed expectations. Todd was also very kind and friendly, and his responses were quick! Due to rainy weather, I couldn't go kayaking, but I hope to return for another visit in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We booked when it was newly listed so it was a risk but we could not have been happier. The home was immaculate, so many bells and whistles, places for us to gather and lovely lake views. We expected a group of 12 but ended up with 10 and it was plenty of space. Kids (and adults) loved the movie room and toys. Adults loved the luxurious bathrooms, high tech appliances, and spacious kitchen. The outdoor porch area was perfect for morning coffee, sunset hangouts or watching sports while a storm rolled in. The sandy beach entry was great for our smaller kids and dogs. Adults and kids made good use of the stand-up paddleboards and kayaks. Only light complaint is the cove is pretty shallow so got murky after a couple of big rains. We rented a pontoon for a day which was a fun way to get further out into the water. Overall, a wonderful 5 star stay!
