Fabulous property, and ideal for our family New Year celebrations. Great living space, bedroom layout was good (easily accommodated 12 of us) and the ‘treats’ on arrival were an unexpected bonus. The hot tub & BBQ were also excellent.

My 3 friends and I spent a long weekend here. It was exactly as described and more. Beautiful scenery with a 2 min walk to the beach. Fantastic food at the local pub, the Blind Piper and driving distance of 20mins to Sneem, 40mins to Valencia and 40 mins to Kenmare. The house was extremely clean, well supplied, warm and very comfortable. We had an amazing stay and our Host and Caretaker went above and beyond. Would highly recommend for a peaceful break for family or with friends. So much to see and do in a most scenic and picturesque setting.

Had the most amazing stay in Ballydehob. The air BnB was even more beautiful in real life and it was a stunning part of the country. Our hosts were so welcoming and went the extra mile to make the weekend feel special. The home cooked dinner was a lovely touch, and every last bite was delicious. The dog friendly factor was perfect for our friendly golden retriever, who definitely struck up a friendship with the beautiful Mila. He felt very much at home 🐾. I have been recommending the place to anyone and everyone as it is just something you have to experience to properly understand. Cannot wait until our next trip back. Thank you Patti and Chris. :)

Visited here for 5 days and it was a great experience. The place was clean, plenty of room for 4 people and kitted out with all of the essentials we needed for our stay. The location is excellent with plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops, within walking distance. Tricia was attentive and was very good at communicating with us throughout our stay and even dropped in some cupcakes for us. Will heavily consider coming back here when we next visit Ireland.

It is a beautiful location. House is cosy and comfy. Good location to recharge your batteries and enjoy quality time.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Red Bridge Cottage. We booked this as a family weekend away, before my girlfriend and I move to Australia in the coming weeks and it couldn’t have been a more perfect place to spend the weekend together. The cottage was secluded, cosy and had everything we needed for a few days away. Mairead and Hugh were fantastic hosts, with prompt response times and great suggestions about what to do in the local area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was very comfortable with the most amazing views of lake Conn. Mary was a great host and we had a lovely time.

Has sido una bonita experiencia rural irlandesa. La casa está en una zona apartada de todo pero cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias. Helen resolvió enseguida un par de cosas sin importancia. Las camas son estupendas y los baños también. Espacio de sobra para una familia. Buen sitio si no se quiere el bullicio de una ciudad y a tiro de piedra de Killkeny, Waterford, Newross y la zona costera del este de Irlanda.

Ideal location and very well equipped. When we checked in, we noticed something broken and someone came to fix it within about 30 mins of me letting the host know. Lots of cool paintings and prints around the place and the guitar and record player really made it feel like someone's home. Good clear instructions throughout. The hot water pressure is poor but it was like that in many of the bars and restaurants we went to so guessing it's a Dingle thing! Would 100% recommend.

Our stay at Kathleen's house in Killarney was fantastic. Greatly located near the centre of the town, the house had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay! Lovely host, lovely house, perfect weekend in Kerry!!!

We had a lovely time at the cottage, very cosy and well presented. Lots of things to do in the surrounding area, great views and a short distance to the closest shop. We would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us

We’ve been traveling Europe for 6 months, and this was our all-time favorite stay! We got to spend Christmas at the cottage, and Pat and Mary made us feel right at home. We were greeted with scones and fires and Christmas decorations, and both Pat and Mary went out of their way to look after us and provide wonderful, local recommendations. We enjoyed visiting them at their bookshop-cafe and getting to know them throughout our stay. The cottage is incredibly cozy - comfortable beds and couches with two, large fireplaces - and the location itself was ideal. The kitchen is very well-supplied, and the showers were always warm. We could get into Galway city easily, or head deeper into Connemara to explore the Irish landscapes. Oughterard is a lovely town, and it had great restaurants and grocery shops and (of course) the bookshop-cafe! Highly recommend!

We had such a lovely time on the maud gonne boat. A lovely relaxing experience(once we got the hang of driving the boat) Siobhan was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived. She went through everything about the boat with us and how to drive it which after a while was a breeze. If we needed anything we were able to text Siobhan and she would get back to us in no time. I have to give a special mention to sean at the fishermans pub, what a gentleman. He gave us a tour around the pub and was so knowledgeable and interesting to speak to. Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed this trip, the comfort of the boat, waking up in nature to beautiful surroundings and sounds, and all the wildlife we saw along the way. We cannot wait to return.

A truly magical place. The Mill is so cleverly and beautifully restored - modern amenities in a rustic and cosy home. It was warm, comfortable and welcoming and it had everything we needed. It is a house we are happy to do nothing in but soak in the atmosphere and the idyllic surroundings so it did not matter whatever the weather was! Rose looked after us very well with her recommendations of things to do and even organised for delicious fresh seafood delivered to us. Love love this house and its location. Thank you for having us, Joe and thank you for taking care of us, Rose! We will be back.

We loved this gorgeous cottage. Roomy, characterful, very well equipped. It felt like home. Perfect for warm or cold weather with a pool for the sunny days and log fires for the rainy days. A perfect airbnb! Our host was wonderful as well.

This was the most wonderful place to stay and we could hardly bear to leave. The cottage was beautiful, comfortable and homely and as for the swimming pool, the billiards room and the grounds, we could not get enough. Our only regret is that we didn't have enough time to go out in the boat - we'll just have to come back. Thank you, Marshall, for being so welcoming and hospitable.

Lovely spot in the most stunning location. The cottage provided every comfort needed for a relaxing few days away. The pool was a great hit with the whole family and the gorgeous cliffs of Moher, the Burren and lahinch are all only a short drive away. We had to cut our trip slightly short due to weather issues but will definitely be back. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Communication from Patrick and Jennifer was really quick and helpful. Thumbs up all round.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views, garden, bar and restaurant. Landscaping work being done near the bottom of the hotel was a minor inconvenience with noise but the quality of the rooms and hotel makes up for it. It’s a solid walk to the MacCurtain precinct but fine if you’re able bodied. We’d stay here again as I’m sure the work is only temporary.

Truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. How did we get so lucky? I mean, luck of the Irish sounds cliché but this was really something special. I came with my two rather wild boys and Sarah went out of her way to help me. She was incredibly generous to offer us a ride from the airport so that I didn’t have to worry about anything. She even tracked our flight and timed the pickup perfectly. I just consider this above and beyond. The hospitality was unmatched. My boys felt right at ease with her. We were able to enjoy the apartment with the many games and massive dvd collection. The boys loved playing legos and pool. We also enjoyed the pool and I was lucky enough to use the sauna twice. I love the flat: so beautifully designed with cute themes to each room. Books I’d love to read if I didn’t have such wild kids. Linens were heavenly. Kitchen is just what you need. Neighborhood is delightfully quiet. Could have stayed longer easily. Great first stay in Dublin!

This is my second time staying at Birgit’s Airbnb. I wondered how the magic of the first stay could ever be replicated, but it was! The views were still extraordinary and birgit was still so helpful and communicative (and so nice even when I locked myself out at 10 pm!). I’ll be back!
