Cottage by the sea is a beautiful family home in a stunning location. Nothing was any trouble to Simon and our needs were well looked after. the house and gardens were so nice we didn't want to leave, yet there were so many beautiful walks and things to do nearby. A great location for anyone wanting to explore Westport and it's surroundings but want a quieter location just outside the town.

We had the pleasure of staying at Charlie's while attending a family reunion. The house was very homely with everything you might need, including the smaller details like torches for walking at night and jigsaws and games to keep you occupied if the weather is bad. Charlie's instructions were clear and comprehensive and we found him to be quick to respond and very helpful. Everyone in our group was happy with the accommodation. For those like us without transport, the beach is a quick walk from the house and the bus stops the top of the road.

We had a wonderful stay, Zoe was an excellent host. Perfect for dogs, and so lovely to have access to private lake and grounds. Highly recommend!

Stayed for a hen night with 22 others. The place was spotless. Mary Theresa was so quick at responding to messages and so helpful and accommodating. The house was only a few minutes drive from the city so very central great location. Will definitely be back would highly recommend

We had a great stay at The Moutain House. Views where amazing. House was spotless clean. Loved the hot tub. Jackie was very responsive, gave great local recommendations.

We were a group of 9, we had an amazing time staying in Claire's house, there was everything we needed and it was so nice and peaceful. Everything was so clean and comfortable to arrive to in the cold weather. Claire was so helpful in letting us stay later due to snow and ice and general communication. We hope to come back again!

lovely host, very accommodating. provided great recommendations for local food. flat was pristine and comfortable. hot tub was a very welcome addition. cannot forget about lulu and missy the resident cat and dog, they are adorable

Great to be back here again! Such a lively cosy spot! Place was spotless and super close to town but just enough out to be abit of peace and quiet. Had the fire on which made it super cosy and was everything we needed for our trip away! Can’t wait to get back to the mews in the future.

It was very easy to communicate with the wonderful, kind hosts that seemed like we had come to our close relatives. If there is such an opportunity, we will definitely visit this wonderful place. I was with my family, and me and my grandchildren were cozy in such a house.There are also various games that you can have fun with at night. Recommend to visit.

Had an amazing break here. The view was spectacular. The living room/kitchen area was superb for my kids to run around and only 10-15 mins from either Derry or Buncrana. will definitely be back

Beautiful location - Anne’s accommodation is so lovely. Clean and inviting - Anne had breakfast food -bacon, eggs, sausages, fresh bread, yoghurt and fresh fruit waiting for us in her fridge… a very warm welcome. We couldn’t have asked for more. Myself and my partner stayed in Ken’s cabin during Other Voices this year, and it was a wonderfully serene place to base ourselves. Ken is a brilliant host and the cabin is lovely and warm and relaxing. Would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks Ken!

I strongly recommend a stay here with Irene and Dave. From the moment we arrived we were made feel very welcome. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is outstanding, with everything you would need to make a meal. We got a takeaway from Sanjay s Indian restaurant in Birr, which was delicious. We were keen to get back to the apartment and light the stove. Dave gave us a tour of some of the fabulous grounds which he has been rewilding for years. He also directed us to some wonderful walking trails as well as filling us in on the history of the house. The gorgeous dogs need a special mention! A return visit is being planned already . We had a fantastic stay at Gavins. This apartment is in the heart of Kinsale. Easy walk into town either down the quiet lane or along the front harbour. We really enjoyed the locality, we also appreciated the warm and welcoming feel of the apartment. Gavin had the rugby on ready for my husband which was very kind. A very comfortable bed, the bath is also wonderful! As many other reviews mentioned there is noise from the apartment above, if this will bother you then definitely consider it. We weren’t used to it, but I can’t say it overly disturbed us. There is a door to the other flat in the living room. The little courtyard is lovely, not usable in March because of the weather, but if you get the chance to book over the summer it was be fantastic. Everything is in walking distance, the lemon leaf is close by for breakfast, we would highly recommend! Dinos just at the end of the road is great.

the cabin was very cosy with the fire and a heater for when it was off. lots of blankets and games to play. the kitchen has everything we needed and the location was great. would definitely come back again.

The most magical place ever! The location is just out of this world. The house itself is soooooo beautiful. The work and detail and love that went into this gorgeous cabin is clear to see. It has everything you need and it is so cosy and comfortable in every way. The hosts are so genuine and friendly and not at all intrusive. Loved the dog too, what a cutie. Thank you both for an amazing retreat away. Unforgettable and already planning our return 😊

Great value, everything you need for a weekend away

We had a lovely couple of days here. We had a lovely welcome and given lots of tips on where to go and how to use the hot tub. The place was lovely and private with a stunning view. We loved their little dogs as well who loved to come and visit us. Thank you for a lovely time!

Lovely warm and clean accommodation. Advertised correctly. The heat was on when we arrived. It is a lovely and peaceful place and even though host's home is close by, it felt very separate and private. Got the local restaurant food delivered -Inside Out and it was lovely food. Plenty hot water and shower very good too. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt , pepper and cleaning products there too to use. Suzanne was excellent at communicating and very friendly. Was there if needed but gave space. Would recommend and would stay again. Thanks Suzanne

We had a lovely stay at Scarlet's place and enjoyed every minute of it. It was easy to find and the cabin was perfectly clean and cozy. Scarlet gave us a very friendly welcome and we felt immediately at home. The beach is only a short walk away from the cabin and perfect for a little swim. Rented bikes at Gallagher's XL Stop & Shop and drove to Glenties for coffee and pastries. Highly recommend McCafferty's Bar for food and Friday's live music at Elliotts with an amazing atmosphere and lovely people. All in all, it was a perfect weekend!

What a wonderful cottage, perfect for our trip. Beautiful views and surroundings. Lovely village & local pubs & Joe was a wonderful host. Responsive to messages before we arrived and friendly and helpful once we were there. We will definitely return ☺️
