Second time we have stayed here and would stay again. Great spot that is clean and homey.

This was our third time staying and we highly recommend. What we like is how there are two bedrooms on the first floor, making it ideal for elderly parents. There are also two small beds upstairs, but we didn’t utilize that. Brenda is very communicative and kind - leaving desired breakfast items and even snacks and water for use. The house is well equipped with all sorts of things if you wanted to cook all your meals there. We would come again.

If there was a way to leave a review rating HIGHER than 5 stars, we would!! So quiet, clean, and comfortable. Love property and our second time to stay here. Always so wonderful!!

There were a group of us (7 total) everyone had their own space and there was plenty of room. Also ample off street parking.

We spent the week of Thanksgiving at Noel’s place. It was super clean and comfortable. I enjoyed walking to the lake and watching the GIANT squirrels in the backyard. The Wi-Fi was out when we visited, but Noel took care of us! Can’t wait to return in the summer!

We needed a nearby place to stay for NCAA track and field Nationals at Nazareth University. This home was perfect and within walking distance of campus. The trails behind the house led easily to the Erie Canal and historic Pittsford. Lake Ontario was within a reasonable distance and absolutely stunning. Deborah was willing to adjust the reservation for some last minute changes and for that we were grateful.

Enjoyed our holiday house in Webster. Décor & atmosphere felt just right. Antiques and little treasures of décor were nice touches! Warm and cozy inside, well-dressed for Christmas. Clean; comfy; abundant amenities; well-equipped kitchen. We would book again when in the area. Thank you for being a responsive host.

We have stayed at a few AirBNBs and this one is AMAZING. It’s very clean, close to food and shopping within 5 miles, and great attention to small details within the home that lends itself to those traveling. Four of us stayed and it was very comfortable, and the host was great when we asked for a slightly later checkout. Very accommodating and highly recommended if you need to stay in the area!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were well thought out – from the fully stocked kitchen to the fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and main shops and yet it was quiet and peaceful at night. Check-in was seamless, our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing great local recommendations. I truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting this town.

The apartment is ideally situated for Eastman family, and since our daughter keeps her car in the East garage, it was just all too perfect! The place is light and roomy, the beds were comfortable, the heating was effective. We aren't pet people, so it was really a great surprise that there wasn't a hint of dog hair or smell - but I like the idea of a place that does allow pets. We hope to be able to stay here again!

Great place to stay for a night or two. Suzanne's place was perfect for us. It was close to many of the areas we wanted to visit in Rochester. Her place was very clean and we felt comfortable. Loved the little coffee area! Private space. Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Would recommend!

Our family had a great stay at Joan & Richard’s gorgeously unique home on the falls. There’s not a negative thing to say about the place. It was a dream come true and Joan is indeed a super host. She made our stay extra special by being warm and friendly and so accommodating. And the tiny gifts she provided us made us feel loved and welcomed. We cannot wait until our next stay.

As usual, my mom and I had a great stay in our Rochester “flat”. It’s absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious and perfect with its 2 bedrooms. We have been guests many times visiting our children at RIT and we will continue to book Tamara’s place! She’s great, easy to communicate with, flexible with check in and just a lovely host!

Deer enjoy the backyard scenery and walk unafraid! Perfect in every way. Super responsive host. Love the location, thoughtfulness and special touches. Our host thought of everything. You will really enjoy it here.

We loved our stay at Todd and Julie's. The home was cozy and well decorated. I wish we could have stayed longer to explore more of Rochester! Julie was super responsive when we had questions, and was able to quickly provide a toothbrush that we forgot to pack. I would definitely visit again!

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

Jing was friendly and responded quickly to messages. The place was clean, comfortable, and the instructions to check in and out were clear. We felt like we got a great deal!

This was our most amazing stay ever at an Airbnb! The location on the lake is incredible and there are a lot of nearby paths to explore. You're within an hour of pretty much all of the Finger Lakes so there's an abundance of hiking trails that are accessible. You're also a quick 5 min drive to Wegmans so that was convenient for groceries. The Airbnb itself had so much natural light in both bedrooms and even with some cold weather, the insulation in the unit kept us very warm. The decor was very appearing, yet minimal so that made the place feel super homey. Everything looked EXACTLY how it did in the pictures, if not even better. The host was extremely helpful and kind during our stay. We loved it so much that we extended our stay twice! Would absolutely visit again and looking forward to coming back in the future!

I highly recommend Elizabeth's place. It was clean and comfortable and located within walking distance of Blue Cross Arena. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Elizabeth was responsive and we loved her place. we would definitely stay here again!

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.
