A beautiful apartment and our family loved our stay. It was decorated with lovely details around the space and it had everything we needed. Pam was a wonderful host and so helpful.

The place was just like how the pictures explained. I was happy with how clean the room was before I got there (bathroom, kitchen living area spotless!) Armando gave clear instructions on how to enter the premises and was responsive throughout the stay. Also offered me gated parking as well. Overall great stay!

Clean, cute place with so many extras that really make your trip worth while. The place was clean and so cute! Yoga mats, condiments, snacks, beach gear, lotion, etc. that make it easy to enjoy your trip without spending money on extra little things. The hosts were amazing, friendly and very responsive with any questions we had. Location is great, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and a market. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful upscale accommodations! Great safe, walkable area. Hosts were very professional and responsive. Check in/out was very easy. Security on-site 24-7. Very friendly staff. Recommend without hesitation!

Flew in town for an event at the convention center, and this location was prefect. You can walk to everything within 5-10 minutes or less. The Unit is the perfect size for a couple who loves to over pack. We have already decided we are coming back for another event going on in Long Beach and will be staying in one of Patrick’s units again!

Staying at Carlos’s place was perfect for us. The place was spotless and the neighborhood pristine. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance with a nice variety to choose from. If we had questions, Carlos was easy to get in touch with. I’d definitely stay here again.

I loved staying here — it was a beautiful oasis tucked away in the trees. Will definitely be coming back again!

I had a wonderful long weekend stay at Nick and Kristy’s place in Newport Beach. Great location, close to beach and walkable to restaurants and shopping. Communication leading up to and during my stay was excellent! Kristy and Nick were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. The apartment is exactly as described and fully equipped with everything you need for a stay at the beach. The private rooftop deck is the icing on the cake!! Absolutely beautiful and peaceful for sunrises and sunsets. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely book again for future travel! Thanks Nick and Kristy!

Staying in this home was so amazing. My daughter and I absolutely loved Udo, he was so kind. The house was done up so nice with a lot of thought put into it and Udo went above and beyond providing anything we needed from toiletries to any appliances or linen. The gardens in the backyard was the stand out though, it’s incredibly beautiful and it was so nice sitting on the private veranda in the morning sun literally watching hummingbirds in his water fountain. This place isn’t just somewhere to sleep it’s a little private sanctuary. And also under 5 minute walk to any good restaurants, coffee shops and the beach. We are already planning our next trip back it’s definitely now our staple for any future trips trips to America! Thank you so much Udo.

We felt right at home during our stay at the lovely studio. Mary and Kleber were fantastic hosts. We loved how peaceful and quiet the place was. It has a full kitchen and bathroom, a washer/dryer combo, a private entrance, and an assigned parking spot. I will certainly revisit when I'm back in town.

I loved staying at Lia’s apartment—it was the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and incredible views! The floor-to-ceiling windows showcased a breathtaking cityscape of LA, especially at night when everything lit up. The location in K-town couldn’t have been better. So many amazing restaurants, cafes, and bars were just steps away.(Don’t miss LA galbi ) The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and had everything I needed. Lia was a fantastic host—super responsive and gave great local recommendations. If you want a true LA experience with killer views and unbeatable access to K-Town’s eats, this is the spot.

What really stood out, though, was the service. Robert was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Wunderschöne und voll ausgestattete Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Lage. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend auf der Straße. Zu Fuß sind Restaurants, Supermärkte und der Strand zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Jan und Dale war ausgezeichnet. Danke auch für die Leckereien und Snacks zum Frühstück! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

I felt safe walking around at night in this neighborhood. The host always replied very quickly and was helpful. Recommended!

무엇보다도 잭은 언제나 친절하고 신속하게 답변했어요. 수건이 더 필요하다고 하니 새 수건을 사다 주었습니다. 집은 잘 정돈되 있었고, 집에서 음식을 해먹기에 편안하고 실속있는 주방이였어요. 다음번에도 잭의 숙소를 이용하고 싶어요. 마지막 체크아웃때에도 저희가 쓰레기, 디쉬워시 등을 신경쓰지 않도록 해줬어요. 그냥 모든건 청소부가 알아서 해준다고해서 시간적으로 너무 여유로웠어요. 그 점이 다른 일부 에어비앤비 숙소와 다르기도 했어요.또한 잭은 저희에게 10불 스타벅스 카드를 선물하기도 했어요. 제가 경험한 최고의 호스트 였어요. 잭! 너무너무 고마워요

The apartment is spacious and cozy, providing ample space to sleep and relax — a great pied a terre for visitors looking to get around the city's various corners. The building is clean and the heated pool and hot tub are welcome additions. The bus stops outside the building, but a parking spot is available upon request, making it a convenient jumping-off point. Maxime herself was proactive in making sure we were comfortable, reaching out during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly and that we were satisfied with our accommodation. I'll definitely be checking in again next time I visit the city.

6인 가족 다같이 편하게 묵을 수 있었습니다. 간단한 바베큐도, 불멍도, 수영장도 이용할 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 걸어서 갈 수 있는 음식점도 많고 유명한 관광지로 이동하기 좋은 위치에 있었습니다. 감사합니다!

We had a great stay at Andy's place! Very comfortable apartment in a great location that is super convenient to Dodger Stadium, Universal Studios, Griffith Park, Silver Lake/Echo Park, & Hollywood. Also enjoyed being right down the street from the golf course in the movie Swingers! (Loz Feliz GC). Building is very nice and great to have the pool, hot tub, pool table, & outdoor ping pong shared amenities. Also don't miss Paperback Brewery around the corner, one of the best breweries in LA!

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay! The place was super clean, had the most incredible view of LA and the building is super SAFE and thorough which really stood out to us as travellers. Place was very close to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants and cafes! James was also amazing to communicate with, quick responding, friendly and very accommodating. Thank you for making our first time in LA incredible!
