We had the BEST time at Chase’s place. We loved the island itself, but felt very lucky to find such a fun and personable place that was full of character and wonderful amenities. We loved the hot tub, the beach items, the games, the office capabilities, the yoga items, the great water pressure, and on and on. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Chase!

This place is perfection. The design is exquisite and a joy to hang out in. We stayed over Christmas with our two children, John had kindly put up elegant decorations inside the house and fabulous lights all around the outside of the cottage. The house looked like a wonderful feel good LA movie on arrival. The beds are comfortable with high quality linen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need and is modern and tasteful, as are the bathrooms. I’d like to tip my hat to the cleaners, totally spotless. Laguna itself is a chic little arty beach town that feels very European in many ways. There are fun shops and restaurants to visit and art events throughout the year. We saw a great small local band on the beach and met some lovely locals. During the day we saw dolphins leaping about in the bay and took a boat out. I can’t recommend this place enough, John was very kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you John for a memorable stay and happy holidays!

Tom’s bungalow was just what we were looking for! Walkable to the beat of Huntington Beach, the location is great! The space has everything you need for a few days and is super cozy - wish we could have been there for more time! Tom was helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here while our house was being remediated from the Eaton Canyon fire smoke, soot and ash. We needed a place we could not only take our dog but also an enclosed area. The property has a huge fenced in yard and our dog went crazy running around. Connie also has a dog and was great with ours. Since we live in Pasadena, we knew the restaurant scene and the town. We found out that it was going to take longer to finish and we had to extend our stay by a few days. That was not a problem and we worked it out. We talked with Connie a few times outside with our dogs and she was friendly. While there is only a kitchenette, it is no more than 10 minutes from dozens of restaurants in Old Town Pasadena (for out of town guests). One could actually walk there.

Our stay at Chuchu’s place was phenomenal. We had a wonderful time and the location went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Chuchu was responsive, kind, and was amazing. We’re so grateful for her and everything she’s done for us, her place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. We can’t recommend her airbnb enough. Thank you!

Ashlee’s place was exactly what we needed to spend the holidays with our family in Laguna Niguel! The location was prefect, her place was comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Beautiful cottage and gardens, wonderful neighborhood, walkable. Connie was so helpful and welcoming! Perfect place to stay for the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl.

Nicely laid out space. Plenty of room for 4 people and 2 dogs. All surfaces were clean and easy to clean. So many toys to use for the beach. Bikes, boogie boards, chairs and a wagon. Made it so much easier to pack. Great to have a laundry space. Parking was easy. Entering the place was easy. Ernie was very communicative. Loved the place. Will. Be back.

I came in for a funeral with my Family and the church was right around the corner, grocery store was down the street and my stay was easy and stress free. The Casita was beyond great, and I definitely was grateful for my stay.

Great little house. Super cute. I will caution anyone who wants a soft bed, this is not the place for you. The beds are incredibly firm and make for tough sleeping if you’re a softer bed type. My husband would have loved the beds.

10/10 stars 🌟 This space was so beautiful, peaceful, and had everything you could think of for a wonderful stay. I was so at home, appreciated being able to cook my own meals and loved that it was dog friendly. Mary was so sweet, kind, and responsive. She is a fantastic host who truly thought of everything to make this stay above and beyond. We would absolutely stay again. The oranges from the garden were an extra plus! So delicious!

Wonderful stay!! The coastal walking path is less than a 5 minute walk from the cottage - and the beach not much further! We walked everywhere from a cute coffee spot (2 minutes), Las Brisas (5 minutes) to downtown/main beach in about 10. Beautiful spot, the cottage was perfect for hanging out and fantastic location, we will definitely be back! Cynthia was SO helpful and responsive - we forgot something at the cottage after check out and she was so understanding and kind to respond quickly to help us get it. All around amazing experience!

We were suddenly displaced during Eaton Canyon Fire. The Cottage was ideal, secure, familiar, friendly place to perch while we regrouped and looked for long term housing. Kristin and Richard were generous, kind, and understanding. Accomodated not only our family, but our pets as well. Great neighborhood, easy walk to dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, banks, two grocery stores.

Had a great time, place has great views and cozy! Sunset it’s a must from the rooftop patio. The fact that it has its own parking and walkable to the beach and restaurants makes a great place, it was a little noisy due to the main road but was expected from the description. Had a little hiccup but was quickly resolved by the great hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Janis’s place is very central to all that Newport Beach has to offer as well close enough to hop onto the 55N & get going all over OC or LA. A short right turn away puts you on the PCH & yet, this home overlooking the famed NB Canal streets is super quiet & picturesque. Parking is a challenge anywhere in the beach cities yet Janis was in constant touch with us in sharing her coveted parking garage spots which was in itself priceless to our stay. Very accommodating, Janis has proved to be a distinctly excellent host right through, whenever we needed any kind of info. or assistance. The place itself is lovely, central to coffee shops, the famed Lido Marina & Newport Pen. Located on the 2nd story corner bldg., the WFH desk is well placed to overlook the Canal & the home makes for a warm & comfortable stay right throughout. Clean furnishings & linens, comfortable beds & well laid out space of 2BR+2BA made for an amazing week long stay. We will love to return ! Thank you, Janis.

Citrus Cottage is an absolute gem. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the space is beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. It made what could have been a hectic business trip feel peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, well-cared-for place to stay.

Wonderful place, everything is thought out including labels on the cabinets drawers in kitchen. Not one bad thing to mention, exactly as described and made for a fantastic week (aside from weather). We’ll be back again.

The cottage was absolutely adorable! We can’t wait to stay again on our annual Disneyland trip!

We absolutely love staying at this place!!! Great location and such a cozy lil place!!! This is our go to spot!! Kingston communicates well… we will definitely be back.

This is almost a tiny house-- about 12'*20', in the back yard of a house. There's a room about big enough for a queen bed, chairs, and a table, a much larger bathroom than you'd expect, and a galley kitchen with a small dining table. There's also a little porch to sit on. It all very cute and cozy. I'd say it's like a suite hotel, only you have much more privacy, plus more appliances, and access to a washer-drier, as well as a really friendly host. The house is maybe a mile from the pier at Huntington Beach in a quiet neighborhood. It's bike-friendly. Great place to stay!

The home was wonderful! It had everything we were looking for. It sits right on the sand and convenient to restaurants, the pier, biking if you wanted, fishing charters, shopping, or simply walking and taking in the views. We couldn't have asked for more! Can't wait to plan our next trip. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
