È stato un soggiorno fantastico e la descrizione di Simone come superhost è azzeccatissima!. Molto gentile attento e disponibile alle nostre richieste . La casa è come descritta ideale per famiglie e vicinissima al mare . Ci siamo trovati benissimo ..ed è uno di quei posti dove ci tornerei volentieri.

Dom jest przepiękny, wszystko tak jak w opisie. Wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy do normalnego życia nawet na urlopie zapewnione, niczego nie brakowało. Super kontakt z właścicielem, pomógł w każdej kwestii. Piękny widok z tarasu. Polecam każdemu!!

Wonderful place to stay – the sea is so close! The villa’s garden is simply beautiful. There’s also a great restaurant nearby. A quiet and lovely place!

Fin dal check-in si sono premurati di venirci incontro avendo due bambini piccoli. La villa, il giardino, il terrazzo, la vicinanza dal mare raggiungibile in pochi secondi sono superiori all’aspettativa, le foto non riescono a rendere giustizia allo splendido contesto. I proprietari presenti al piano di sotto si sono dimostrati gentili, disponibili e riservati fino a offrirci un delizioso maialino allo spiedo l’ultima sera. Torneremo senz’altro quanto prima, grazie!

The villa was spacious and well furnished. It felt homely and well thought out. While there were mosquitos , it was a rural setting and peaceful. the air con was super all over the house and there were lots of mosquito plug ins around the house. I get bitten very easily but it wasn’t a problem at all. The villa is located near a small supermarket and very near a beautiful beach - recommend to go swimming at 6pm less busy and still beautifully warm ! Nice peaceful place to go running too. Villasimius is 20 mins drive away - lovely village and good restos even for veggies like me. Recommend diving with Archeo dive centre - lovely team. The villa was a super choice , perfectly suited for us and we really appreciated the 4 bathrooms, two verandas and the chill out tv room on the ground floor. The kitchen was fully equipped and the eating areas large and very comfortable . Recommended for even a bigger group than we were.

Jolie maison très bien aménagée. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la region et pour découvrir les plages. Je recommande vivement cette location. Fiorenzo est un hote de confiance très disponible.

Great place with big garden contains everything you need for wonderful vacation. Located in peaceful community with minimum traffic. Beach in walkable distance is just ok, but much better beaches just few minutes by car. They provide also old bikes free of charge. Second floor is separate and accessible only from outside.

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub bei Massimo und Anna verbracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum. Es ist eine perfekt und hochwertig ausgestattete Unterkunft, blitzeblank bis in die kleinste Ecke. Uns fehlte es an Nichts. Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig. Ein Supermarkt war fussläufig erreichbar, das Zentrum in wenigen Gehminuten. Wir haben die Zeit bei Massimo und Anna sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder. Vielen Dank, dass wir Eure Gäste sein durften.

Fantastischer Ausblick und super Lage, fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten in einer tollen Bucht. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Ivan war super freundlich und hat immer schnell reagiert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😊

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

The photos dont do the view justice. Amazing elevated location. Perfect location to head to the Chia beachs and beyond. Great wind all day with flow through doors/windows kept the place cool without needing the aircon. An excellent place to tour Sardinia from. Andrea the host was impeccable and I would airbnb with her anytime.

We had a wonderful time. A beautiful villa with an amazing ocean view. The host was very attentive and friendly.

Wir haben uns in Riccardos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hatte alles, was wir während unseres Aufenthalts benötigten. Riccardo war ein sehr zuvorkommender und netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns bereits im Vorfeld einen nützlichen Guest-Guide zur Verfügung gestellt und uns dann auch vor Ort mit weiteren Tipps versorgt. Sehr dankbar waren wir insbesondere auch für die Flexibilität beim Check-Out. Danke Riccardo für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir haben es sehr genossen!

This was an excellent choice; such a beautifully located and elegant home. The whole villa is comfortable and had ample space, good bathrooms, and the outdoor space was beautiful. It really had everything we needed. The photos do not do it justice, as it's impeccably designed and fitted out. The host was extremely helpful, flexible, and kind, both before and throughout. Truly special place and it looks even better in reality then on photos. Pool-lake-sea panorama is fantastic. House was light and bright. Panoramic window is super cool! And very lovely garden. We spent wonderful time at the villa. Sabrina was superhost - helpful and ready to resolve any issues on the spot. 🙏🏻 Thank you for a great holiday!

Wir waren begeistert von der Lage nahezu direkt am langen und wunderschönen Strand und unmittelbar an der Lagune. 15 Minuten fußläufig gibt es ein tolles Strandcafe. Den schönen Garten und Pool haben wir wegen unserer Vorliebe zum Strand eigentlich nur zum gemeinsamen Frühstück genutzt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche als Gruppe von 5 Frauen.

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

We loved this place! Most amazing host Angelo saved us - arranged for us shuttle from the airport at the midnight. Many super helpful recommendations, amazing bbq in the patio. Definitely would love to come back!

Wir waren vor einem Jahr schon einmal in den Ferien in Anna‘s Haus und zurückgekehrt weil es uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Haus, der Garten, Nähe zu tollen Stränden… war wiederum perfekt.

The villa is amazing! Looks even better than the pictures. Melisa was very helpful and responsive and quick to sort out any query we had. Could not recommend more!

We had a wonderful stay at Maurizio's place, he's a very responsive host, always available to help and very respectful of our privacy. The apartment was perfect for my partner and our 3 year old. Stunning location with everything you need provided. The pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are lovely and roomy, very cool and quiet. It is completely and utterly peaceful. We also got a lot of visitors from the nearby cats and dogs! Would 100% recommend 👌

Lovely and responsive host. Place is spacious and clean. Practical in decoration, not fancy but nice environment.
