Arnaldo was wonderful and proactively communicated with us. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. Everything worked and we felt at home. The local area had plenty of walkable food options and easy walk down the beach to Jobos beach. The beach directly in front of the condo resort is rocky and would suggest the quick 5 minute scenic beach stroll to Jobos. There are many photo opportunities on the beach around Jobos as well as sunbathing, swimming, and surfing. Pool area was great, just ensure you read the rules and follow them. This is a residential neighborhood and the residents are quick to call you out. Don’t bring any drinks to the pool other than water and make sure your children do not jump in the pool. Overall, outstanding host and property are excellent.

Thouroughly enjoyed our stay in Isabella. The place was immaculate, the beach was stunning and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend!

great unit, as described. clean and we'll equipped. right next to the pool which was convenient for the kids. beach by the complex is beautiful and typically empty of people, very private. playa jobos is a short walk which is a great spot to swim, snorkel, or surf. plenty of beach and bath towels provided which we appreciated.

Arnaldo’s place was wonderful. It was a beautiful location and the place was very clean and family friendly. They had the pack n play in the unit to use for our son, which was perfect. We will definitely stay again.

Easy check in process and great location.

Accommodations were perfect for are Puerto Rico visit! The access to the beach was easy, the pool was very nice and the distance to Shacks and Jobos beach was an easy beach walk! Also quick access to numerous restaurants and bars. Highly recommend Arnaldo's place!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Condo and amenities were exactly as described. Check in & out very smooth. Great location right on the beach with many dining options within walking distance or short car ride.

My wife and I came in to celebrate our 20 year wedding anniversary as well as be part of the first ever professional Street luge race in Puerto Rico at Pirates of downhill which was held at the base of PR113. So the location was absolutely perfect. I was able to participate in Puerto Rico‘s 1st 5K push race. That just happened to take place on the road that the Airbnb was on. I’m from Florida and we have our own farm with chickens so hearing the chickens and roosters in the distance was a welcoming sound, from inside the unit You absolutely could not hear the world on the outside of the door, even though the pool is shared with other tenants we were on the pool deck by herself most of the time and having a washer and dryer was a huge. added bonus. There were several hiking trails with overlooking views of the ocean and coral reefs All within walking distance, as well as so many other beautiful places to see within just a five minute drive, i’ll definitely be back next year, pirates’26

Wilfredo's apartment was very clean and had a wonderful breeze flowing inward from the back windows. Has plenty of parking and was close to the town of San Sebastian. I definitely recommend this AIRBNB. This will be are go to place in the future.

Great deal for such a large place. Very close to the beach, but it’s a steep walk up the hill so we usually drove with all our gear. Very kid-friendly, lots of toys to play with. We used their camping chairs for the beach but two broke (just from rust and normal use) and they were very apologetic. Super responsive and quick: the washing machine was leaking and Maria’s husband came over right away. Although there were lots of stairs and we had an elderly relative with us, the stair railing is extremely sturdy so it wasn’t a problem for him.

Jose’s home was a SCORE! So close to our two awesome family beaches (crash boat and playa jobas) along with a handful of other great beaches. Very safe neighborhood. Close to grocery stores, banks, gas, markets, restaurants, and more. Even though there is an airport nearby, it’s not very active so you don’t really hear air traffic. Cute little pool and the inside of the home is PERFECT. I want to build a home with the same layout, great spaces. VERY COMFORTABLE beds and everything you could possibly want is available (beach chairs, pack n play, beach toys, car seats, etc.). I have zero complaints and will definitely be booking this spot again.

Ivellisse and husband were great Host! My wife and I were Super Host on the airbnb platform in the recent past (we sold the property). We appreciate the hard work and dedication that goes into the hospitality business to provide a wonderful experience to our guest. To that end, we will be returning to this wonderful condo, ocean views are as great as it gets, restaurants are all walking distance and the property as a whole is convenient, safe and impeccable! location, location,location!

We loved this place! Just steps from the ocean, and so cool to be outside the whole time at this place. It had everything that was needed and it’s just so cool to see the stars at night and hear the waves from the beach. Would come back in a heartbeat.

This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed at Carolyn’s condo. We absolutely love this condo, location, surroundings, the beach! Carolyn is a super fantastic host and responded to all inquiries when needed! Definitely looking forward to booking again next year!

Nuestra estadía estuvo perfecta 💯 Al llegar tuvimos una pequeña confusión con la llave para entrar al complejo pero rápidamente nos respondieron y resolvieron. El apartamento demasiado limpio, equipado, organizado y hermoso! El complejo como tal es perfecto para pasar unos días en familia y a la vez relajarse. Muy tranquilo, callado y organizado. Definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos, quedamos encantados con el lugar y la experiencia. ¡Agradecidos!

Great location. the condo was bigger then most along with the bedrooms. perfect place to enjoy Isabela and the beaches would definitely book this condo again

I loved staying here, the space was amazingly big for a large family. For 5 females living under one roof it was great for everyone to have their one space. The house came very prepared with everyday things you would need. Their communication was amazing from day one of me searching for a place to stay in Isabela til the morning we left. I would be definitely booking with Carter and Sarah again on my next visit! Thank you guys so much!

Great place to stay. Bed was very comfortable, and the place was nice. Our kids loved looking out at the beach every morning and loved having the pool to swim in. Great location too. The beach close by also had a great shallow spot for younger kids to play in. Host was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay!

Spent the entire week here with my wife and 2 kids. The entire experience was a 10/10. Place was clean and comfortable. Couldn't get to enjoy the pool because we did alot of traveling around the island during our stay but we did enjoy Jobos beach down the street. The area is peaceful and so many things to do. I would totally recommend this place to any of my family and friends. So grateful for the beautiful memories we have created during our stay.

Great place to stay for our weekend getaway, really close to Jobos and Aguadilla! Amenities were great and space is very comfortable for our party of 8. The only thing was that the power went out for a couple of hours, and there’s no generator (which is obviously not within the owner’s control). Overall, we had a wonderful time staying at Pearce’s.

We had a great time! The condo has all you need to feel at home while listening to the waves crashing! Great amenities, big space for families, fully equipped kitchen with renovated counter tops and everything super clean! Would definitely come back! Recommended 100%

The place was very comfortable and near a few good restaurants. Very centric location with anything and everything to do in Isabela just 8-15 minutes aways. Would Highly recommend and would also stay here again!
