Ischia : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig. Man hört nur das Rauschen des Meeres. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand. Es gibt viele Restaurants mit Meerblick, direkt am Strand. Traumhaft! Das Appartement hat ebenfalls Meerblick. Es ist gut ausgestattet. Wenn was fehlt, hilft Marco sofort. Er reagiert sehr schnell, wenn Tipps benötigt werden. Meine Tochter und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder, wenn es sich hoffentlich nochmal ergibt.

The home itself and the view from the terrace are phenomenal, but the experience is truly heightened by Giuseppe, who took us from the port of Ischia on check-in day and back to the port on check-out day, and was also helpful with tips and recommendations for the area. The location itself is a bit isolated from a lot of what the island has to offer, but the bus service is nice, and we were looking for something secluded and quiet, so for us this worked quite well.

Perfect! Already counting down the days until our next stay. The apartment was impeccable - very clean, convenient location, and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and provided great recommendations. She truly made us feel like we were at home. We especially enjoyed the balcony with a view and comfortable beds. It was great to have two bathrooms as well. We got lucky with street parking (free!), but the two nearby garages were convenient, if needed. Highly, highly recommend!!

Lovely place, the apartment was perfect and clean with views over lake .But be prepared for the stairs if you have heavy luggage since the building doesn’t have lift and also had issues with the WiFi that’s wasn’t resolved while our stay.. A bit tricky for parking because no free car parking near the apartment, don’t get me wrong plenty of spaces to park but a bit costly if staying for a few days. The town is lovely and is very close from the apartment and has all the amenities close by. The beach is close by at walking distance from the apartment and is really good and clean but be prepared for the costly restaurant in the beach.

We had such a fun and happy stay here- the apartment is beautiful, it felt like home from home. It is clean, stylish, well thought out and contemporary- perfect for us and our two children (9 & 11). The apartment includes an exciting view of the sea and is above a bar with amazing gelato and two doors from a cute pizzeria with a great menu. It is super close to the train station, a great bus route and a local kids park (check what is available in season on website first). Alessandro was friendly, helpful, clear and connected us with a taxi driver who met us off our train into Italy and took us straight to the apartment. The main bed was really comfy and the kitchen was great to cook in. Washing machine was so convenient and shower was great too. Really recommend this place!

We were lucky to spent a week in this wonderful place. The sea view from the bedroom and the (not private, but very quiet) terrace behind the little house is breathtaking. The hosts are very nice, the flat provided everything we needed. Thanks to Antonio and his family for offering this little gem to guests! We are hoping to be back one day.

Antonella was so helpful and flexible with the check in/check out process. The place had great natural light and a beautiful view of the ideal classic Italian street, water and castle. Had easy access to the bus stop. Would stay here again and recommend.

This listing and host are absolutely wonderful. We stayed here for 4 days and loved every single one. We spent plenty of time exploring the island, but were always glad to come back to the peaceful retreat that is this condo. If you are considering renting here, do it! But definitely consider renting a car (we did) otherwise you are reliant on the bus system since the condo is removed from the main part of the town. Thank you MariaRosaria for a great stay!

I couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay , Maurizio was so helpful and even organised a boat for us to rent! I will definitely be back.

We loved the layout of the airbnb and especially enjoyed the patio. So close to the beach, the town, and good restaurants. Note: tgere is only one AC and no fans available.

THANK YOU ANNA! Sant’Angelo is a lovely location, a little village on its own within Ischia Island. There is a small but authentic fishing fleet, but be warned - this is definitely a summer town only. We were a bit shocked the first afternoon we moved in - not a shop or cafe open! Fortunately Anna had been soooo generous- there was a bottle of Prosecco, eggs, strawberries, tomatoes, homemade jam, fruit, juices, coffee, milk, different types of bread, butter plus a cupboard full of condiments and sauces - so we did not starve. Over the next couple of days the village gradually opened up, to the extent we found it hard to leave this area (also serviced very well by taxis and the local bus). Anna’s home is a delight - it looks as if everything is brand new. There are sooo many windows and a lovely balcony, and views from every window. It’s very close to everything in Sant’Angelo. The home is very thoughtfully prepared - umbrellas, a sun awning, spare everything. Recommend!!!!

What a Jem! Harbor front with an absolutely Amazing view. In the Heart of a truly picturesque location. Quiet mornings turn to a bustling restaurant scene at mid day and evenings. Spoilt for choice of great dinning options at your immediate disposal. Or catch an Island boat tour from your doorstep. Very comfortable and sound proof accommodation with an uplifting decor/color scheme & well outfitted kitchen, which is an appreciated find while traveling. Highly recommend!!

Davide è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Location stupenda con vista mozzafiato. appartamento ampio con tutti i comfort.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Forio verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Selena war sehr unkompliziert und ihre Tipps waren toll. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in Forio und trotzdem wunderbar ruhig. Die Küche ist super ausgestatttet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen!

I couldn’t recommend Giancarlo’s place enough! The room itself was spacious had everything we needed, and very clean! The garden is exactly like in the photos! With orange and lemon trees at your disposal that can be used to make juice with a tool inside the apartment! The location is great, private, 5 minutes to the center and port. Giancarlo was amazing, friendly and helpful when we needed him. Great value for money! We hope to return soon!

Magnifique! Au coeur de Ischia Porto ! Se fait à pied du ferry et pour visiter cette zone de l'île. Le logement est parfait, très bien équipé et entretenu. nous avon adoré!!! Les épiceries, restos, bars et boutiques autour sont adorables !!!! Go, réservez!

We loved our stay at Stani's apartment and have been recommending it to friends and family ever since! Perfect for our young family, great view from the balcony and close to shops, bakeries and restaurants, the beach, ferry and bus stop. Stani helped us with our luggage and pram and was very welcoming - thank you!

What an amazing vacation. Rose and her father were very helpful from everything to navigating cancelled ferry, renting scooters, laundry and restaurant recommendations. The view was spectacular and even though the apartment was in the center of town it was very peaceful. This side of the island is highly recommended.

We stayed at Eleonora's place with our 5 month old baby and 4 year old daughter. Everything was perfect. Elenora's mother was so kind picking us up from the port and we were welcomed with delicious local wine amd water in the fridge. Eleonora was a super responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed including a baby bath and a playmat! The apartment was perfect. Big living space and comfortable bedrooms. The views from the large balcony and living room windows are beautiful. The location is great in Forio Town near lots of delicious restaurants, the beach and well connected with buses and the hydrofoil. A perfect stay! We would love to come again.

Boendet är helt fantastiskt. Utsikten helt otrolig. Marco är en mycket bra värd. Hjälpsam, tydlig och gav mycket tips. Man kunde fråga honom om vad som helst och han svarade alltid snabbt. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi vill åka tillbaka! 😍

Vito and Daniela's place was perfect for our time in Forio. The remodel was beautifully done with a clean and modern feel. It is in a great location with café's, restaurants, bars, shopping, and the Port of Forio all a short walk away. There are 3 amazing beaches within a few miles of the condo as well. Vito gave us amazing recommendations that made us feel like locals in this vibrant and welcoming town. We would love to come back and stay at Vito and Daniela's place again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and convenient place to stay while visiting Forio.
