We were happy to stay in this apartment.. It was clean, tidy and very wonderful.. The host was very kind, respectful and responsible.. He helped us with the registration process for foreigners in Uzbekistan.. The location of the apartment is very excellent and close to services on foot.

Мы останавливались у Маруфа на 2 дня перед Наврузом, при выборе жилья сделали фокус на аутентичность, поэтому нам приглянулся дом Маруфа из-за расположения в тихом историческом районе. В качестве бонуса - приятный зеленый двор с виноградником. До площади Регистан около 25 минут пешком. Маруф с первых минут проявил себя как гостеприимный душевный хозяин, готовый помочь с любой мелочью. Он сразу посоветовал нам куда сходить и что посмотреть. По вечерам после прогулок мы с большим удовольствием проводили время с Маруфом за чаем и разговорами, словно это наш родственник. Уезжая, чувствовали, что точно хотим вернуться и погостить у Маруфа снова. Жаль, что не удалось остаться на подольше и попробовать фирменный плов на Навруз!

Iskandar è un uomo eccezionale mi ha davvero aiutato per il mio check in in tarda notte... è una persona competente e saggia e conosce molto bene il turismo ... è sempre positivo e ottimista e questo aiuta molto il turista ...non esitate questo è il luogo per voi viaggiatori da tutto il mondo !!!!

Sardor is an extremely friendly person,he picked us from railway station,was very kind ,place is near railway station which makes it easier to catch trains also tourist spots are not very far which makes it a super nice place to stay.5 stars for Sardor for his friendliness.

Devlet was super helpful he took us from train station and was super supportive registered us as well

Stayed at Sardor's place for 3 nights, the apartment located in a brand new building close proximity many local restaurants and coffee houses. Walkable distance from magnificent registan and amir temur mausoleum as well as few other sightseeing places. Sardor knows the city very well and also provides transfer and local guide services.

I stayed for three nights with my family (2 adults+2 kids) in this apartment in Samarkand. The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is located in a great neighborhood with everything we needed nearby—supermarkets, shops, cafés, and restaurants. I would gladly come back. The host even picked us up from the train station and was always available, showing great hospitality. We had a wonderful stay!
