We really enjoyed our time here! The house is very spacious, with a large livingroom and well furnished kitchen. We also loved the garden - even though there are some chickens that may wake you up in the morning! The check-in was smooth, and both the owner and the house keeper are extremely friendly and welcoming. The house keeper also cooked us a great meal which we really enjoyed. The area is safe and quiet - yet not far from the centre! In summary, the perfect house for our needs. Only one small point was that the beds are a little small for a couple to share, but only a minor issue.

We enjoyed our stay and much needed rest at Pooja's house . It is also very child friendly.

The Landing is an exquisite haven of tranquility and privacy. The photos simply cannot capture its true beauty. From the cottage, you’re treated to stunning views of Mt. Kenya, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The place was clean and thoughtfully prepared for our stay. I enjoyed a truly wonderful weekend and will definetly return. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating, addressing all our needs seamlessly. The staff was also exceptionally helpful, ensuring that every request was met. A beautiful place for sure and worth the experience.

We were a total of 8 guests; 2 children, 2 middle-aged, and 4 senior citizens, and we all had a fabulous time. Jayne is an excellent host; her staff, Joy, and Michael, are incredible! The reception upon arrival was very refreshing after the drive from Nairobi. We were given a tour of the beautiful house, exquisite gardens, and farm. We got complimentary fruits and boiled corn to snack on as we settled in. We also received 1L of fresh milk every morning!! This is the first Airbnb ever to receive free food in Kenya and abroad. The staff was always present and helpful, from preparing meals to lighting up the fireplace to lighting up the grill for nyama choma, cleaning up and washing dishes......the list goes on and on. Jayne constantly communicated with her staff and us and ensured we arrived safely and that we were comfortable. There are a lot more good things to report but since space wouldn't allow it, I 110% recommend Koogi Gardens without a doubt!

This is a great place when you need a comfortable retreat from the world. It's both cozy and stylish. The caretaker was warm and kind; and he only communicated when necessary.

Tina's place was an amazing setting for a family Christmas. It has easy access to Ol Pejeta, the KWS animal conservancy, hiking trails near Mt. Kenya, and Nanyuki town. Chef John and his assistant Mary are fantastic. The house manager Noel is incredibly helpful and supportive. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Highly recommend staying at Solio Gardens. House was lovely and spacious and beautifully clean. Beds were comfy and showers hot! Our children enjoyed the pool table and space in the garden to play football. We were a party of 11 and self catered. Kitchen was basic but fine to cook simple meals. We were confused by the location of the property as the map is inaccurate but Alex explained exact location (near the airstrip in Nanyuki) before we set off. We went to Ol Peteja Conservancy (a 45 minute drive away) which was awesome as you see so many animals. Would stay here again.

Quiet place , was bummed out there was no nearby shop

Kevin's place is actually his mother Judy's place, as the title already gives away. Judy makes sure everything is arranged well due to her strong communication. Furthermore, she is a lovely host and she has a great cook (also a very nice lady). On top of clean and quiet rooms with en suite bathrooms she provides: Making the room every day; Free breakfast included; Fresh drinking water; and By request evening meals (not free) I'll be back!

Our stay was perfect. Janet was an excellent host who was very responsive and always available to help out whenever we needed anything extra. They gave us milk and vegetables for free during our stay and even some extra as we were leaving. We will go back there soon!! I would highly recommend them.

Wow where to start. Misbah was a great host- very responsive, gave adequate information and was very pleasant. The house, looks even better than in the photos, the service was good from Carole and the food from Stanely was stellar. All were very professional and pleasant to be around. We really enjoyed the game drive, we saw all of the big 5 - with exception of the cheetah. Of course plenty gazelles, warthogs, zebras, oh and the beautiful giraffes. The chimps too were great to see. It’s a great destination for all the kids and adults too. Will definitely come back

Beautiful home in lovely surroundings. The chef and caretaker was extremely kind and thoughtful and the food was amazing! We had a wonderful stay and we can't wait to be back!

My favorite place to stay when visiting Nanyuki! It’s so beautiful and peaceful with the best staff around.
