The apartment is clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony and bedrooms were great. Was having difficulties finding the block as we took public transport and walked from CIQ. Will be better if clearer instructions are given for guests who walks from CIQ, as the direction to the apartment from the mall is not clear and we need to ask the security guards. A lot of shops in the R&F mall are closed but the eateries/restaurants at ground level are open, so no problem for food. Walking over from CIQ to the block is not convenient as the overhead bridge was disconnected for some construction works, hence will be tough for elderly. If drive or take grab will be no problem. Though the apartment is located a bit away from the old town, taking Grab or taxi will not be an issue. Security is ok so no worries on that. Overall, I will still recommend this place.

1) the first reason i chose this place and willing to pay on high side is because the beach view is amazing and the building is accessible to it. You cant swim at the beach but you can walk along the beach and play with the sand. Some days i saw plenty of rubbish at the beach. Sometimes not too much 2) the coway water filter makes my long vacay more convenient for a family with small children. 3) the location is superb. There are plenty of convenient stores. No need grabfood as Few food place especially at night. 4) bring own towel if you are not into microfibres towels. 5) the parking space is big suitable for big SUV to navigate. But need to pay rm20 per night if you chose to park at Guest parking other than your designated parking. 6) my children enjoyed the tv. We can watch decent channels 7) suitable for big family as they provide extra mattress but you might need bring blanket if you are using more than 4 beds

We enjoyed our stay here and the view from the balcony on 37th floor was wonderful. The place is so clean and tidy and the decoration is so nice, highly recommended! My mum enjoyed the swing so much at the balcony. We will definitely be back again!

The host is very responsive and tried the best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Clean linens & comfortable bedding. towels are very good quality unlike other towels provided by other hosts around the area. spacios property with stunning view from balcony. will come to stay at Same apartment next visit.

Our stay was absolutely splendid! My friends and I celebrated a birthday here, and the experience couldn’t have been better. We had a blast using the karaoke setup, and the additional TV in the room was perfect for playing games on our Nintendo Switch. The space was incredibly spacious, making it ideal for a group gathering. On top of that, the view was stunning! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun and comfortable stay.

Great location, clean unit, and a nice ocean view. It’s airy and cool at night. Parking is on the same level as the lobby, which is convenient. The host and team were responsive. Overall, we had a great stay and would return.

great apartment at a very attractive price! the unit was clean and spacious. communication with host was easy breezy! the only point to improve would be the wifi, signal was very weak in some bedrooms, hence being disconnected most of the time.

We've stayed here for 1 month and keep renewing our weekly Airbnb booking. The apartment is clean, and everything works perfectly. Julie is always helpful and responsive in her communication.

We had the best moments & experience. Will surely come back. Everything was good, the only thing is because it still very new, some item still not available in the house. Example, utensils, mop or broom, microwave & front door light. Nevertheless, we still very much enjoy our stay ♥️

We just love your place , Jacky . This was our third visit , enough said . We love being out of the CBD just a little. Only a short Grab ride to town .The local foodstalls are wonderful . One of our children commented , " We're home " . Hope to visit again on our preferred route to our other home . 🙏

Our stay was amazing! My mom was super happy because the place is very close to the mall and restaurants, making it really convenient for us. We also enjoyed walking around the Danga Bay area, which was a great bonus! One of the best parts was the massage chair—it was perfect for my grandpa, and he absolutely loved it! It’s such a thoughtful addition, especially for elderly guests. Overall, my whole family was really happy with the stay. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to restaurants, and the experience was great. Would definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing time here. The apartment has an unblocked view of the sea and the Danga Bay beach, and lots of natural sunlight during the day as well. Location was also super convenient, just a short drive from CIQ, with lots of minimarts and eateries downstairs and a bigger mall across the road. It provided a lively atmosphere downstairs while the apartment itself is still very peaceful and relaxing. Loved our stay here ☺️

Great location with a shopping mall, supermarket, restaurants, beauty salon, 24hrs minimarts, and the beach nearby. The room looks exactly like the pictures listed online. Everything was clean and tidy. Little touches available for our comfort such as: Washing machine, iron + ironing board, electric kettle, fridge, TV with Netflix, cooking utensils, crockery and more. The room has a very unique theme that's great for couples to explore and have fun together. Overall it was a good stay. Thank you!
