I’ve stayed in over 30 AirBnBs and Vickie is the best host of all! She went above and beyond what I would expect in a host, being helpful in every way possible. We loved staying at her place and will definitely be back.

The place was easy to find and very clean! Place had everything we needed and for everything else, there was a supermarket at walking distance. Lastly, the owners were super responsive and friendly! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location just a 3 min walk from the ferry terminal and close to all the good restaurants and sea glass beach. The unit was in great shape. Kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated being able to use the beach chairs, table and tent. There were sweet treats, a bottle of wine, some water bottles and some cans of beer that the host had left for us at checkin! We had a great time here as a family. I'd highly recommend booking this unit for your Vieques trip.

Bodde en uke i leiligheten som ligger i ett stille og rolig område med kjempehyggelige naboer. Gangavstand (ca 1,5 km) til sentrum. Vi hadde ikke leiebil, men brukte taxi når vi skulle på utflukter til andre siden av øya. Dette er ikke noe dyrere enn om en skulle leie bil. Dessuten så er taxisjåførene på øya hyggelige og veldig serviceorienterte, så du får masse informasjon om øya og steder en bør besøke. Mye av denne informasjonen hadde du ikke fått om du hadde kjørt rundt på egen hånd i leiebil. Leiligheten er godt utstyrt for strandliv og utflukter. Hvis jeg skulle reist tilbake til Vieques en gang i fremtiden, ville jeg absolutt prøvd å leie leiligheten til Janiela igjen. Kan virkelig anbefales.

The only minor issue was GPS taking us in the wrong direction on the house’s road getting there for the first time. The house was as described and well equipped with kitchen essentials such as condiments, spices, cooking oil storage containers and food wraps as well as essential beach equipment—chairs, cooler, ice packs, towels. Check in and out was easy and communication was clear and responsive. The house manager, Didi, was friendly and informative! Our family of 3 highly recommends and hopes to return.

Nelson was exceptional. His house is very nice and there is a very good view of the Hondo the bay. The view is exceptional. The location is great. I can’t say enough good about this place.

Natasha & Ariel were fantastic hosts. The apartment is right above their wonderful coffee shop and the location couldn't be better for exploring the island with our golf cart. Groceries, restaurants, beaches, were all within an easy drive. The apartment was clean and decorated tastefully. We had everything we needed and if we had questions they were quick to respond with answers and suggestions for what to check out during our stay.

Beautiful Culebra, already planning a return trip next year. The Airbnb had a beautiful view. Also would recommend renting a Jeep as it’s a good drive out to the Airbnb. The inside was awesome, and again the view is incredible. Host was great! 5 ⭐️ from us!!

What a fantastic place. We miss it already. The beach is long, walkable, and may as well be private. Liz & Bill are incredibly friendly and helpful hosts, but not to the point of being annoyingly talkative. The place feels super cozy and private, and though we crossed paths with other guests on the property the atmosphere was always friendly and respectful. The beach isn't a perfect swimming beach, but we did enjoy getting in the water just down the shore a bit. Overall, the vibe of the property and the unit is amazing and that's what made it so special. Definitely would (and hope to) stay there again.

This is an amazing place to stay at while in Vieques. It is centrally located and a few minutes drive to most places that you would want to go. You can find food walking distance and we always felt safe. The house has everything you need, the host was very responsive and friendly. We had an amazing time!!!

This is a gorgeous home with truly the 270 degree view of the island and sea that is described. We heard the ocean as a luscious background constantly even though it was below us. The pool is a perfect temperature and we all did a lot of swimming. Derek and Yana provide a lot of beach and snorkeling gear and good resource books. Every bedroom has a bathroom and we all had privacy.

We had such a wonderful stay at Coconut Cay! The house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Photos are accurate, and check-in was easy. The pool/back patio area was our favorite place to hang out--how wonderful it was to see and hear the ocean all the time! We appreciated the cool and quiet A/C in the bedrooms, and loved the ocean breezes that flowed through the rest of the house. As others have mentioned, some of the fixtures show evidence of exposure to the salt, but hey, what do you expect from a house that's right on the beach? We loved our stay on Vieques at Coconut Cay, and wouldn't hesitate to come back!

This place is absolutely amazing! We had the whole compound for ourselves with our three grown daughters and their partners. Everyone had their privacy and lots of common spaces in which to convene. The place is gorgeous…filled with lots of amazing artwork and pottery. The common pool and bathrooms are beautifully designed and decorated. The kitchen is large and has lots of pots, pans bowls etc….we even had a private chef come in for my birthday dinner. Definitely recommend renting a car or two which can be parked on the property which is walkable to the Ferry…..the location is perfect. It was beautiful, clean ,very well laid out with an amazing host. I can’t say enough about this place!!!! I would recommend bringing earplugs for the early morning rooster wake up calls which can be heard all over the island.

We had a wonderful time staying on Vieques! The house is beautiful and came with all the amenities we needed, which saved a lot of space in our luggage. We used the pool and walked to the beach across the street. Horses were in front of our house daily and we had great communication from the host. We rented a jeep to get around the island, which was good since the best beaches were on the other side of the island. The only real problem we faced was that we did not have warm water in one of the main bedrooms in the house. We reached out to the host and she was aware of the problem but did not have a solution - we just used the bathroom in the pool house to shower throughtout the trip because it was the only bathroom that had a separate door. The only other thing that we noticed was that it would be easy to get locked in the whole house and not have an emergency exit, which seemed like a fire hazard. We'd stay here again, but considering the price, would look at other options first.

We loved our stay at ISOLA. It’s a great house right on Sea Glass beach. We could watch the sunset everyday from to patio and pool. It’s quiet except for the frogs that come out at night…but you can hear the waves. There was an a/c unit in both the loft and the bedroom along with fans. The beds were really comfortable. You can walk into Isabel, but we spent most days driving 20 min to the Esperanza side for a more beachy vibe. The beaches on the Caribbean are stunning. We are at Duffy’s and Bananas several times. Don’t miss Playa Media Luna and Caracas beaches, and you will want a car to get around…preferably 4 wheel drive b/c most of the roads to get to the further beaches are in rougher shape. We stayed a week and fell in love with Vieques. The house had 2 camp chairs and 1 beach chair that we took with us each day. The umbrella post was broken. There were also some small coolers and a beach bag for the beach. Helen was very responsive when we needed the fridge fixed.

Our group had an amazing stay at Villa Zumbador! This place is a true gem. The outside space and dock were absolutely incredible, especially for cooking meals while enjoying the waterfront views. The interior of the villa was also great —AC in every room, clean, and plenty of extras. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made cooking breeze. The villa is exactly as listed, no surprises here—everything was just as we expected, and the location couldn’t be better. If you’re into fly fishing, this place is a paradise. The host was incredibly communicative and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend Villa Zumbador for anyone looking for a relaxing waterfront retreat!

The villa was amazing! Excellent location and property, great for friend groups! Definitely room for improvement, some minor things can be changed like the towels (some had stains and were dirty), the kitchen cookware and the shower curtain. The villa photos can be updated, the villa only has the rooms and kitchen inside. We had no problem with this but keep in mind the dinner table is outdoor. We enjoyed our stay a lot! Thanks Belen!

Amazing view. Kids loved the pool. Was a good location for both the beaches and towns. Nice to have lots of different spaces to hang out. Some rustic elements: roosters/birds in the mornings, wild horses on the road, and spotty hot water and water pressure. Part of what makes Vieques special!

I am very happy that we booked this place. It is cozy, very clean and close to the ferry. Thanks for the recommendations of the owners. They were very helpful. I want to express special thanks to family Knisely Edward and Tammy. You will not find a better driver and guide on this island. This family is very kind, responsive and friendly. During our visit, they became like friends to us. Therefore, I will recommend these people to all my friends. My mom and I were delighted with the vacation trip. I will recommend to everyone! Unbelievable views and refreshing breezes. Personal touch with the manager guiding us to house from Jeep rental and even rode with me to grocery store and for pointers on driving 4WD. Driveway was as described and intimidating but got easier with practice. Large, lovely home.
