Nice flat with good kitchen and shower rooms. No outlook and a little noisy. Not central but easy walk to centre. Comfortable and clean. Well equipped. 1 bedroom more suitable for children with no door but a curtain. Other rooms good. Good value for the price. Sadly pool not usable in bad weather. Host was helpful and instructions were good. Although electronic door initially difficult was good. We enjoyed our stay

Absolute toplocatie! Uitzicht op de Giraldatoren vanaf je balkon plus een prive dakterras op de 3de etage! Midden in het centrum maar toch rustig, echt een aanrader!

Nos hospedamos con mi pareja 3 días en Sevilla. La ubicación no es la más céntrica, pero estas a 15 minutos caminando de todos los puntos turísticos de Sevilla. El hospedaje era cómodo, era igual a como se veía por fotos. Esta bien equipado por si quieren cocinar algo ahí, y si bien es solo un ambiente es super amplio. Tiene una división entre lo que sería el dormitorio y la cocina/living/comedor. Lo único que fuimos a fines de invierno en Marzo y si nos pareció que el ambiente era un poco frio, ya que esta en la planta baja de un edificio más grande, tiene un aire acondicionado para calefaccionar. Más allá de eso nos pareció super cómodo en todo sentido, hasta tiene un patio interno que por el tema del frio no utilizamos. Gemma y Javier fueron amables, respondieron siempre rápido. Tuvimos que reservar de apuro un día más, y accedieron super rápido.

We had an incredible time at Maria’s apartment. The space is so interesting and unique, plus the location is absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have liked it more and it made our time in Seville even more enjoyable. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again next time we are in Seville.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Isabel war super! Dir Kommunikation war unkompliziert, die Wohnung sehr gross, sehr bequeme Betten und ausgezeichnete Ausstattung. Mitten im Zentrum von Sevilla, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

This was our first venture into Airbnb and it was a total success. From start to finish we were looked after by Cris. The information included was exceptional and even during our stay we felt well connected with Cris without Cris being intrusive in any way. The apartment had been recommended to us by a family member who had stayed there in December 2024. It was everything they said it was, excellent. Thank you Cris for making us feel welcomed and at home.

Lovely apartment comfortable bed ,great shower and two balconies to sit out in the evening and relax, apartment close to the main attractions the Alcázar and cathedral 15min walk lots of restaurants to choose from ,had a fantastic few days well worth a visit to Seville. Would highly recommend David’s apartment

Gracias por la atención de María en todo momento, muy amable y atenta. La zona es espectacular, una maravilla, pleno centro, puedes caminar para visitar todo lo que quieras, sin necesidad de vehículos, añadir que tener el coche en la misma casa aparcado es una pasada. La casa está muy bien planteada, muy cómoda...

Miguel is a great host! He’s very responsive and proactive! The apartment is located in a vibrant area, we loved all the restaurants we went to in our 4 day stay! The apartment is tidy and clean and has everything we needed!

Le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos prises par l’hôte. Il est parfait pour deux personnes. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la belle terrasse à cause du temps. La cuisine est un peu petite pour cuisiner confortablement. Nous avons passé un beau séjour et pourrions y revenir.

Nos encantó! Está en una zona hermosa, a unos pasos de la catedral de Sevilla, las recomendaciones de Aymeric en verdad háganlas, el apartamento está muy lindo, perfecto para unos días y dos personas con todo lo que necesitas incluyendo una lavandera la cual fue súper útil!!! La pasamos muy bien

We had a great time in what was our first visit to Sevilla (we will return!). Olga met us on arrival and was really friendly, with some great local recommendations. She was really responsive right from the time we made the booking online, up until we left the air b n b. The place is fairly small but had everything we needed, it was a nice cosy haven and it was perfect for our 3 night stay. The air con and ceiling fan worked really well and kept the flat a very comfortable temperature. It also has a washing machine… very useful if you have packed light! Having access to the shared terrace and small pool was great. It can be used by other guests too between 11 and 9 which was no problem. The additional (completely private) outdoor space was appreciated too. The location is really good, it was a great base to explore both the immediate surroundings and other neighbourhoods in Sevilla…. We really loved the city. Thank you Olga for a lovely stay!

Adela was there to greet us with a warm welcome on arrival. The apartment is stunning with a quirky mix of contemporary and beautiful antique furniture. It was lovely to take a short amble back in the evenings after spending a busy day in the hustle and bustle of the city and to sit and relax with a glass of wine in such beautiful surroundings. Adela you have a wonderful eye for detail! We loved everything about the apartment and Seville. If we return again no 13 will be our first stop. We had a wonderful time in Seville and our day visit to Cordoba was the jewel in the crown! Thank you Adela.
