We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The house was absolutely fantastic, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. The thoughtfully designed spaces made it feel both cozy and luxurious. My entire family loved the experience – from the warm, inviting atmosphere to the unbeatable beach access. It was the perfect location for making cherished memories. Mario was incredibly helpful, and the staff (cleaners and cooks) were excellent! Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

The house has all the modern amenities you could wish for and natural surroundings of the property are breathtaking. The pool is the perfect retreat from the everyday hustle and bustle. What made our stay really memorable was the extraordinary hospitality of our hosts. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, assisting us in coordinating a private dinner with a chef who delighted us with local cuisine and they also helped arranging our travel plans. Also, it is just a short 15-minute ride to the stunning island of Holbox, another slice of PARADISE, and the nearby Five Cenotes provided an adventure that was both thrilling and refreshing. This place is a destination of its own. Perfect for friends and family.

Adoramos la casa! Esta acogedora y hermosa con muchos detalles encantadores. Hemos pasado una estancia estupenda en este entorno paradisiaco y rústico. El patio la hace muy privada, intima y esta practico para los que viajan con sus perros. No gastamos nada en comidas afuera y nos la pasamos haciendo asados y cocinando platos caseros en la cocina. La Cocina esta bien equipada, hay agua caliente, las camas estan comodas y el roof esta genial para hacer una sesión de yoga mañanera. La verdad no tuvimos muchos problemas con los mosquitos, quizas es cuestión del clima. La zona esta muy facil de acceso, esta segura y La playa le queda a unos cuantos metros. Todo esta a distancia de pie. Este lugar esta perfecto para la gente que gusta de los lugares tranquilos y remotos de naturaleza silvestre sin artificios. La playa esta poco concurrida, sin camastros, beachfronts o sombrillas. Estaremos de vuelta pronto! Gracias!

Nos encanto el lugar !!! comodo, bonito, acogedor y funcional .Falta un poco de mantenimiento pero nada que impida disfrutar y pasar unas buenas vacaciones

The home was perfect for what we wanted. Quiet, peaceful beach with beautiful views of the water. The surrounding town was very quiet. Plenty of small restaurants with excellent service and great food. Everyone was patient with us and the language barrier. The storm approaching cut our stay short, our host was very helpful in helping us safely get back home. Even followed up to make sure everything was ok. I will plan another stay in the future.

Johaness was an excellent host. Made check in & check out easy. Responded promptly when we had an issue and fixed it within hours. It's super close to the beach. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back.

Holbox was more than I expected. Everything was within walking distance. The rental was in the best location with access to the best of beaches. It was very clean with fresh bathroom towels and beach towels provided. The sheets were changed and unit cleaned daily. Absolutely beautiful place to visit, the location was key. It was close enough to the center but far enough away for complete privacy and peace. Right in the backyard was the beach area that I found to be the most amazing of all the beaches I visited. Wonderful stay! I highly recommend! Additionally, the transportation package recommended, to and from the airport, was perfect and I didn't have to worry about that piece. I could just relax.

Great place everything matches to the description it is a peaceful, I really recommend it, Sofia is a very nice person always proactive, people at the property very helpful and also friendly, you can’t go wrong.

Logement très sympa, moderne et spacieux au centre-ville de Holbox Il est facile de rejoindre la plage qui se trouve à moins de 5 minutes à pied Le quartier reste relativement bruyant notamment les soirs de week-end mais cela n’a pas été un problème L’appartement était très propre. La piscine privée était très agréable. Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans l’appartement de Julio. Très confortable pour 3. Nous avons été souvent en contact avec Paulina et Vale, très sympathiques, qui répondaient rapidement. Elles nous ont donné d’excellentes recommandations. On s’est senties très en sécurité dans notre édifice. Nous avons beaucoup utilisé la piscine en revenant de la plage, car il faisait très chaud. Belle piscine propre rafraîchissante qu’on a eue juste pour nous. Bon wifi dans l’appartement, bon AC (et ventilateurs), matelas très confortables. Bien aimé le quartier tranquille à deux pas d’une jolie plage. On recommande l’appartement de Julio sans hésiter!

À mon retour sur holbox, je veux à tout prix revenir dans votre logement, incroyable

We had such a great time at James’s place in Holbox! It looked exactly like the pictures and was in the perfect location to be able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. He set up a private dinner for us at the house on the last night of our stay, and it was amazing! The host was super responsive, gave us multiple ways to reach him, and also set up transportation to and from Cancun. We couldn’t recommend Holbox more!

Flor was amazing! We loved this place, it's unique, in a good location, spacious, and equipped with everything that you needd for your stay. The shower was hot & water pressure was nice. It was nice to have a small pool area to ourselves (its a little cold but refreshing & beware of raccons at night), as well as the beautiful large terrace. I'm from the US, so 2 things stuck out for me which prompted me to adjust my thinking to be more open minded: navigating the dirt streets that can be flooded & racoons like stray cats. Both were no problem, the town has its own magic at night, and all of the info given in the listing was very helpful. I think its one of the best choices when staying in Holbox. I will definitely come back to stay. Thank you

Amamos cada momento de nuestra estancia, todo limpio y perfecto. La ubicación está perfecta, la alberca rica, la distribución del departamento, la limpieza pfff todo estuvo increíble!! El aire acondicionado tuvo un tema de condensación, el anfitrión se interesó en mandar a alguien para repararlo pero por el horario nos negamos. La atención y todo lo demás fue 10 de 10. Súper recomendable!!

The Mexican saying “Mi casa es su casa” or “Están en su casa” is perhaps one of the most welcoming greetings for guests to receive in someone else’s home. Casa Imox and their entire team helped make our stay in Holbox memorable…we were “en casa” from beginning to end. Communication with Valeria was invaluable as she basically orchestrated and arranged everything from airport pick up to island transfers, recommended excursions, places to eat, must see’s and do’s. Dinner at the villa with Chef Rangel was a delicious treat. The service staff were always polite, positive and attentive…a big thank you to everyone at Casa Imox for a lovely stay in a truly beautiful home on an amazing little piece of Heaven…the unique island of Holbox and its remarkable and resilient people.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el proceso de registro fue muy fácil, reflejando la eficiencia y el cuidado por los detalles de Jessica. La cercanía a la playa fue un verdadero punto destacado, haciendo nuestra visita a Holbox verdaderamente inolvidable. Jessica fue excepcionalmente amable y atenta durante toda nuestra estancia, siempre disponible para ayudar con cualquier pregunta que tuviéramos. Las habitaciones no solo eran espaciosas sino también impecablemente limpias, proporcionando un ambiente cómodo y acogedor. Estamos agradecidos por la amabilidad y el profesionalismo de Jessica, lo que mejoró significativamente nuestra experiencia. ¡Recomiendo altamente alojarse aquí si buscas una escapada pacífica y disfrutable!

Le logement était exactement comme sur la description et les photos. L’endroit est très tranquille et on y dort bien le matelas était confortable. Il est reculé dans la ville, situé à un km du Centre Ville mais tout se fait bien à pied. Nous avions des questionnements sur l’air conditionnée et Sofia nous a rapidement répondu. La piscine était propre et bien entretenue par José! Nous avons eu un agréable séjour!
