This was a beautiful residence with a pool and beach access. The pool was shared with 10 villas. Never had problems finding a chair, and the views were amazing. The house was beautiful and large. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of pans, dishes and cups. Many places in the house to hang out. My favorite place was the upper enclosed patio. It was the perfect room to do yoga and watch the sunrise. Definitely, would stay here again.

great stay! Captains quarters is very private, newly built and looked very clean and felt very comfortable. a little noise at night from the nearby busy street but the AC worked well to drown it out. hosts are very friendly! didn't use the free beach gear available to us to use, but looked like they had everything for a day at the beach without renting at a beach club.

Our family of 5 & our youngest daughter’s friend stayed at this casa on the water for 4 nights. The outdoor space w many options to take in the sun, water & vibes was the highlight of our stay. We enjoyed watching the fishing boats catamarans & cruisers drive by all day long. The beds were comfortable, w room for all three spread out. It’s walkable to many restaurants, a grocery/liquor store & numerous local spots w an authentic feel. We had a golf cart (highly recommend) the whole time we stayed which made getting to the north & south of the island a breeze. We would definitely recommend! Thx so much for your hospitality. Your spot is a little slice of paradise!

I would recommend this place in a heart beat. I’d come back every year if I could! The location is perfect. Steps away from a spectacular beach front for the beach lovers. 5 min Walking distance to incredible food ( if you want a sunset that’s picturesque and a place for the kids to hang out at Freddy’s lounge at “Fred’s”. ) steps away from the market where there’s all you need from groceries to drinks! The host was exceptional, very responsive and super helpful! Provided information on excellent transportation. Would rate it a 10/10 if I could!

Excelente lugar en todos los aspectos, Dolores es una excelente anfitriona siempre pendiente de nosotros, sin duda esperamos volver pronto!

Todo estuvo excelente! El personal fue muy amables en todo momento, muy recomendable para planes familiares. Pero es un complejo que está aprox a 20 min de puerto Cancún y a unos 30 min de la zona hotelera, pero sin duda volviera a llegar en plan familiar.

Sylvia and her family were amazing hosts. They were attentive to our needs, and showed ip to the home regularly to assist in cleaning, trash removal and everything in between. The home is located in one of the most pristine areas of the island, offering wide open views of the ocean which isn’t the easiest to find. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Chela’s vacation home was great. The place was clean and had everything we needed to accommodate our group. The back patio overlooking the ocean was the best part of it . I couldn’t get enough of the view. We were able to walk the private beach and pick up sea shells and sea glass. The location is very walkable, yet set far enough from the Main Street to enjoy the quiet. Chela was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay at her house when we come back to Isla. If I could add any suggestions to make it 10 out of 10 would be : * having beach towels for the guests * adding better reading light in the small bedroom. Everything else was on great. Thank you for having us.😊

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en este hermoso lugar. El alojamiento era muy acogedor y limpio. Disfrutamos especialmente de los desayunos en el jardín, rodeados de la tranquilidad y belleza del entorno. Además, la ubicación es excelente, ya que está cerca de Playa Tortugas y de los ferries a Isla Mujeres. Sin duda, una experiencia para repetir. ¡Recomendado!

Un lugar muy relajante, bonito con amenidades increíbles, muy buen diseño del lugar todo a como se menciona, desafortunadamente la hora del Check in es muy tarde, pero vale la pena la espera🫶

Great spot for our group of 5. Living in a neighborhood away from the tourist hot spots was exactly what we wanted and needed. the pool is an oasis after a long day and the local restaurants get the job done. Get yourself a golf carts and explore from the middle point of the Island!

Uva de Mar is a wonderful space with plenty of privacy and a great vibe. The management team responded to any questions immediately, and our entire group has already discussed reserving this property again. Book with confidence; you won’t regret it!

So spacious. We are a multigenerational family and we all had space to be ourselves and also come together. There were extras like the pantry room off the kitchen. The hidden private bathroom off the laundry room and back little single beds. The ac worked great. The pool was great and we just had to ask and they turned on the water slide which was super fun for the kids (and adults!). Loved the view of the lagoon and the boats. Very pretty. We took our meals out to sit at the tables by the pool. My cousins stayed across the street. Because we were family and didn’t exceed the maximum number of people allowed in our unit, we all visited freely. I would say if you plan to visit with family or friends visiting nearby arrange ahead of time to make sure all is ok. The security and gate is good because it keeps everything safe and secure, we appreciated it. You’ll see some wear and tear around. But generally the space was just so spacious and luxurious … we really enjoyed

Our stay at this beachfront Airbnb was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and the peaceful ambiance. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the sand, making it easy to enjoy sunrise walks The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into every detail, from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked kitchen. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the private balcony was pure bliss. The hosts were also fantastic—very responsive and fast, friendly, and eager to ensure we had the best experience. We truly felt at home here and can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for a relaxing beachfront retreat! Highly recommend!

We loved our say at Pamala’s home. Right on the water with plenty of boat watching from all areas of the house. She was extremely responsive and helped us with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Mi experiencia en el Airbnb de Andrés Puerto Juárez, Cancún, fue breve pero agradable. Pasé solo una noche y encontré el lugar limpio y cómodo. La ubicación es conveniente, cerca del puerto, lo que facilitó mi llegada y salida. El anfitrión fue atento y respondió rápidamente a mis dudas. Todo funcionó bien para una estancia corta, aunque no tuve mucho tiempo para explorar más detalles del lugar, hay muchos detalles que me invitan a programar una estancia mas larga la próxima vez, el muelle es espectacular!! Lo recomendaría para una parada rápida en Cancún

Very friendly hosts greeted us to welcome. We felt well taken care of during our stay. The villa is easy to find with clear instructions by the hosts. Peaceful setting, felt private and central at the same time. The place is older villa with tons of character (we enjoyed discovering all the little decorative details everywhere we looked). Thank you, Luis and Karla, for the local recommendations and for having us at your home; it was very nice to meet you!

Increíble lugar, lo recomiendo 100%. Una zona excelente en frente de la playa tortugas, muy bonita, agradable y muy bien conectada con la zona hotelera de Cancún.

What a beautiful house. There were 6 of us and we all felt like home. The rooms were cosy and welcoming, there was water, AC and we felt very safe. The caretaker lives nextdoor and his dogs were so sweet. Great guardians! The terrace on the roof has a beautiful view over the lagoon and you can enjoy the sunrise there. We loved hanging out in the garden. Thank you so much Sabi for your great communication and tips! We loved staying with you.

Juan was a great host anything we needed he was just a message away. The villa looked just like the pictures me and group felt at home we are already planning to return in future.

La casa está muy bien equipada, muy limpia, bien decorada, artículos de cocina y baño en excelente estado, habitaciones espaciosas y camas cómodas. Patio equipado con tendedero, ducha y mesa. Solo recomendaría un aire acondicionado en el living comedor.

Perfect. That was place we were looking for. Away from downtown buzz and away from main tourist area, but close to them if needed. Ferry terminals within 10-15 min walk. Isla Mujeres is a must. We went there twice. Rent a golf cart at Pepes and visit private beach clubs. Most available at no admission fee but order drinks or food (or both). Check Mar-Bella beach club, place is fantastic, what a view. Patrick's home was prefect for four of us. Lots of space, clean, large bedrooms, large bathrooms and huge leaving area. Kitchen fully equip. Back area with nice covered area for breakfast or evening drink. You'll will meet Poncho! guy that is as good as Wikipedia when it comes to "where, when and how " to get around and how to make you holiday stay easy. Beach across the street isn't big, but is perfect for easy beach day, with small bars and restaurants. For bigger beaches you need to travel to hotel zone. Soriana is the grocery supermarket, 10min by minivan bus. We loved it. Going back
