muy buen alojamiento, solo que en la puerta de la entrada había un nido de hormigas pero de ahí en fuera.. todo estuvo muy bien y la anfitriona estuvo muy al pendiente de la estancia.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Alana's listing. The condo is clutter-free and well-maintained. Right next to the building, there’s a fantastic vegan restaurant that attracts an international crowd, as well as the Cancún Music Institute, adding a vibrant cultural touch to the area. Just half a mile away, you'll find Nader Street, a lively spot with outstanding authentic restaurants and salsa clubs—perfect for food lovers and nightlife enthusiasts. The condo itself has great air conditioning and a fan, ensuring a comfortable stay, though there’s no TV. But who comes to Cancún to watch TV anyway? I’m sure future guests will appreciate their time at this wonderful condo. Thanks, Alana, and much love to the amazing people of Mexico!

Excelente alojamiento!! Súper recomendado, está todo muy limpio, el agua caliente nunca falta ya ubicación está muy buena.

excelente alojamiento , muy cómodo y con lo necesario , el cuarto tenía buen espacio , la cocina tenía lo necesario al igual el baño . Muy recomendado , Alana fue muy amable. con gusto me volvería a hospedar.

English review for all my gringos and gringas. This is a great little place with good value for money if you're looking for a more authentic Cancun experience! Only a couple minor issues keep it from total perfection. Cons: -The boiler isn't really big enough for two people unless you shower very quickly. Would likely be fine for one, but the hot water runs out after ~12 min. -We had some issues with the internet, but Isaac was very responsive and active in resolving them as soon as possible. -As you can see, the place is a bit far from the beaches - but it's shown accurately in the listing and it's very close to a bus stop for the R2 that will take you there. Pros: -It's HUGE, and has a great living-room area with a big TV. -Very well-stocked kitchen. -Close to both Chedraui and Soriana for groceries. -The bed is big and comfortable. -Two powerful and quiet working A/Cs. -The neighborhood is very quiet at night. -Isaac is VERY attentive, quick to respond, and accommodating!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! die Wohnung hat viel Platz und wir haben die Küche regelmäßig genutzt, uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt! Ein Grill stand uns leider jedoch nicht zur Verfügung. Ein paar mehr Sitzgelegenheiten wären tatsächlich nicht verkehrt, wenn die anderen Mitbewohner auch auf der Terrasse sitzen wollten, hatten wir hier und da schon Mal ein Problem, aber wir haben uns arrangiert! Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den Sonnenuntergang, ist nur zu empfehlen!!!

BOOK YOUR STAY NOW AND DON’T WASTE TIME!!! After the first day i was already impressed and I couldn’t wait to write this review. It’s in the perfect location no more than about a 7min. Walk to the Grocery store, convenience stores, restaurants, (I recommend trying “Al Comal” and trying out their “Huaraches”) This place was muy bonito from the inside to the outside. And if you are worried about the bathroom situation THEY PUT UP AN EXTRA CURTAIN so you will have your privacy. The host was amazing, fast response, very helpful. NO TENGO nada malo que decir!!!!! I can’t wait to come back. 🙂‍↔️☺️

Andreas is a very helpful host, the suite was clean, bright, and well appointed. The view and sunsets are amazing. Would recommend highly!

Elegí el departamento de Ricardo por su ubicación cerca de la zona de antros restaurantes, corazón de zona hotelera. A 10 min caminando encuentras todo. Pero definitivamente el plus fue la atención de Ricardo responde rápido tus dudas y siempre dispuesto a resolver lo que necesites . Pudimos entrar antes de la hora del check inn eso se agradece pues nos sentimos con la confianza de no andar a la deriva una vez que llegamos. Y nos apoyó resguardando las maletas cuando salimos en lo que hacíamos un par tour. La estancia es perfecta para pasar la noche pero definitivamente lo que la hace increíble para elegir es la atención de Ricardo nos apoyó en todo y eso se agradece cuando vienes a un lugar bueno definitivamente lo recomiendo

Excelente estancia con todo lo indicado en el anuncio y con todas las facilidades y comodidades necesarias en un hogar. El host del departamento es bastante servicial, flexible y siempre responde de inmediato los mensajes.

Great location, more quiet and out of town but we were there for a wedding so it was perfect for proximity to the venue. Clean space, very spacious! Washer and dryer is a huge plus (if you have time to do laundry). Would definitely stay here again!

was in a quiet area close to a large grocery store. About a 25 min walk to the ccentro that all public transport is. overall was a good stay

It’s located in downtown Cancun, so it’s close to everything The bus stop is very closeby as well, which goes to the hotel zone The Walmart Supercenter also isn’t too far as well, which I where I bought most of my groceries Overall, it’s a good place to stay

Ein tolles Appartement in einer ruhigen schönen Gegend von Cancún. Das Auto kann man direkt ohne Probleme vor der Tür stehen lassen. Man ist in der Nähe von allen untouristischen und sehr leckeren mexikanischen Restaurants. Das Appartement ist toll und perfekt zum Wohnen, es gibt alles, was braucht! Vor allem die Dachterrasse ist toll. Die Kommunikation mit Leonard war sehr schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. 💯 Weiterempfehlung! Danke!!

appartement was goed! Bovenste verdieping met zwembad en ligstoelen was heerlijk om te relaxen.
