Our stay at Sergio’s place was incredible. The location was great - very close to restaurants, the beautiful beach, and shopping. The apartment was clean and spacious. The pool area was beautiful. Sergio was incredibly responsive. It was quite noisy due to the location off the main street. Also, there is an entrance to the downstairs apartment in the kitchen/dining room. It was locked and we always felt safe, but it could get noisy at times as well.

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at this Airbnb in Cancun. The outdoor area was absolutely fantastic, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The location was also great, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the local vibe. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would highly recommend this place to others looking for a great getaway!

The location was peaceful and a great respite from the busyness of the north end of the island. Monse was amazing for our entire stay, ensuring that we were clear on transfers, setting up connections to drivers between Isla Mujeres and Holbox, answering any necessary questions, and more. This is a wonderful location to stay with children, with comfortable air conditioning in the bedrooms, and the pools provide an amazing opportunity for kids to take downtime while still being outdoors and getting energy out with a good swim. If you have kids you need to take naps still, you could get a great view from the upper deck while they are sleeping peacefully downstairs in the cool.  The day we had breakfast was wonderful, and otherwise we walked to get takeout and eat at home from the nearby beach club. Tip: if you get the number of your taxi driver recommended by the hosts, you can connect with them throughout your stay for easy transport and we had no need for a golf cart.

I recently stayed at an incredible Airbnb in Cancun, Mexico, and it was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and located in a safe and convenient area close to the beach and local attractions. The host went above and beyond, providing helpful tips and ensuring my stay was comfortable from start to finish. Waking up to the stunning views and relaxing in such a peaceful space made this trip unforgettable. If you’re heading to Cancun, I highly recommend booking this Airbnb for an authentic and stress-free experience!

This Villa was nice and close to the water. Great views on all three levels of balconies. Bedrooms were nice and each had an attached bathroom. Two slight inconveniences were that we had to take blanket from beds upstairs for the two beds that folded down on first floor. Also getting back into the resort each time the guards would not remember us and make us wait to get back in. There was also no way to get access to the all inclusive amenities at the resort, however there is stores very close to get what you want. Overall it was a great place to stay and would definitely go back!

Loved this beautiful place! We got this space for a large group of friends. The place has several private rooms. Some rolls Have their own bathroom, balcony and kitchen. The outdoor kitchen is as perfect and the pool was clean. It was located close to the airport and within a gated community. It was safe and comfortable Highly recommended

This is hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in and our family travels the world frequently. The home is so beautiful and well equipped with everything you’d need. The property grounds are breathtaking. You’re gated for complete privacy, a fantastic floor plan for families, comfy beds with wonderful linens, super comfy couches, the kitchen has every utensil needed, blackout curtains, and the home was incredibly clean. I don’t have one negative thing to say. Location is fabulous to Punta Sur, walking to the beach and great restaurants. The design of the home is flawless as well as complimentary interior finishes. I want to live here!!! We’ve stayed at several places on the island and nothing compares to this place. This will be the only home we stay at in Isla from now on. Thank you April and team who make this the perfect vacation oasis. A++++

This place is great for large groups. It's spacious and private. Restaurants and Stores are literally at the corner. Only issue we had was the jets on pool (jacuzzi) wasn't working. I'd definitely book this place again.

Very pristine and dope location! About a 5 minute walk to the beach and very close to Punta Sur and Kin-Ha ! (Highly recommend trying that place out) and overall the stay was pleasant and I don’t have any complaints, the host was responsive to any problems I had and the having the pool was a real treat ! Would definitely stay again !

We had an amazing stay at Villa Na Ha. The villa matched the photos and descriptions perfectly. Nicolas was very helpful and provided clear directions and quickly responded to every question. Definitely get the chef! Chef Emilio and his assistant Adela were excellent and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious and I’ve never seen my son go back for 2nds so many times :) The area is safe and peaceful. We loved the quick walk down the beach to the catamarans that took us to Isla Mujeres. It’s a three minute walk to the closest Go Mart where you can buy snacks & beverages. The kayaks & paddles boards were fun additions. Overall amazing experience and great host!

I stayed here with my boyfriend and best friends for my birthday trip and we had so much fun!! I believe the main host was on a trip so she had another nice lady communicate with me and she was very responsive. She let us check in early and was there waiting for us to give us a tour. There were a few cockroaches around the house but they were somehow already dead. We also had one of the toilets overflow with water but again- she was very responsive and came in as soon as she could to resolve the issue. Other than that, area was very peaceful- the house was so nice and clean when we arrived. The community pool was so beautiful with a nice view. There was a GoMart and other restaurants that were a 8-10 minute walk. Definitely recommend!!

super recomendada la estadia aca!se encuentra un poquito alejado del centro, lo cual nos agrado mucho!porque a pesar de esto cuenta con restaurantes cerca, playa y rapudo acceso a ambas partes de la isla. recomendado el alquiler de carrito de golf!el staff excelente, mitch sobre todo nos ayudo desde el momento que llegamos hasta el ultimo dia!un placer quedarme aqui!quiero volver!
