Arlene's place is very clean and quite convenient. It's so close to the beach. My daughter and I felt very safe walking at night. Multiple restaurants and grocery stores close by. It's a couple of blocks away from the bus stop to Old Town. Parking is very limited in the immediate area (it was spring break & many construction workers' vehicles on street), however we were able to find a street parking w/in view of our place. Easy drive to main highway.

I had a great 4-night stay in early February 2025. Great location right on the beach and convenient to the airport, stores, and restaurants. Amazing ocean views from the condo. Clean condo, comfortable bed, and good property security. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had.

It was a pleasant stay in a more than comfortable and cute apartment. Im very thankful to Aixa & Enrique for hosting my sisters and I! I hope to come back soon!

Tommy and Kayla's place was great. About a three minute walk from the beach. We only stayed one night so we didn't get to enjoy the beach chairs and snorkeling gear that they provided. It was a very comfy place for my wife and I. I would recommend.

Great location for beach (block away). Hosts had many extras in room (beach chairs/sunscreen/bathroom amenities). Walkable to many restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here with two kids, and this location is very convenient for any small trips. The apartment itself overlooks a parking lot, but it’s very private. The security guards are amazing and very helpful. It’s a one-bedroom apartment, but it’s very clean, well-equipped, and a comfortable size—not too small or too big. It worked perfectly for our stay. The building isn’t brand new, but it’s very well maintained. The host is incredibly helpful, and I really want to make sure she gets a great review from me. Traveling with kids requires a lot, and she made the stay much easier🤍Thank you

The apt was just as the pictures described but, it was made that much better to find that it was very clean and organized. She afforded us the comfortable settings of home and essentials for the beach! Communication was great and the beach was a very short walk. It’s a great place and our host was wonderful! We will be returning!

The place was nice and cozy. The sound of the ocean waves put me to sleep so peacefully each night. It was a good spot for me and my husband to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. The host always communicated and even provided recommendations for restaurants and nightlife fun. The area was quiet and it was easy to access. I highly recommend this place for you stay in Puerto Rico.

Great location with beautiful beach access right down the street! The house is decorated beautifully, would definitely stay here again! Side note, there’s constructions next door so it can be a bit noisy at times but it didn’t bother us too much as we were constantly out exploring!

Really enjoyed staying at this place!! The location is great, so many places to eat and drink, short walk everywhere such as to beach and grocery. The place was very spacious and we had a large group and didn’t feel crowded ever! Definitely recommend this place if you enjoy activity and walking. We had a rental car and were very close to other beaches and areas and loved exploring all around San Juan! Uber is also extremely available and helps out a lot if you want to explore beyond Isla Verde!

I love my stay here she was vary responsive and alert to all my messages and concerns that stay was neat clean and comfortable vary safe and high tech. I love the pool and the character of the home I will definitely be booking again for my next trip

Alex and Diana’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean and was the perfect amount of space. They were very responsive, helpful, and kind with any questions we had. Their place is very centrally located and there are plenty of nearby restaurants, shops, and beaches all within walking distance. The private parking was super useful as we rented a car to explore more of the island. Would 100% book their place again in the future!

Francheska was very helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help my group out. We were there for a bachelor party and it was perfect for our group of 11 people.

Really great location near museums, restaurants and bus stops. Lively home with high ceilings and a wonderful local ambiance.

We stayed at this small and cozy place with a family of 6. Our kids had a blast, the nearby beach is nice and enjoyable. We were here on a weekday and it was not crowded. The host were incredible and responsive. Tried to help me get in earlier since my flight was preponed. The place was better than the pictures showed us. Other than the details listed, there is a balcony where you can relax and sip your coffee. The bathroom has great shower heads. One thing surprised me, they have a shower in the garage; once you’re done with beach, you can shower off all that grainy sand off you before you enter the home. The kitchen had some basic amenities like toaster(need to press hard to make it work), coffee maker(buy coffee and milk your self from nearby Walmart), huge fridge, range convection based oven, microwave, plates, plastic spoons, forks, utensils and some paper plates. However, there is no dishwasher. Overall, a great stay for the price! Would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I had the best time here! The pictures did not do this place justice, the view was absolutely incredible. Everything was clean and they had everything we could have needed including beach chairs, towels, and all other important amenities. The staff of the building were also so kind. We can’t wait to come back!

This place was CLEAN! Beautiful view! Beds were a little firmer than what we're used to but we were so tired at the end of the day from walking around so much that we didn't notice after our eyes closed. LOL We could not find the remote to main TV in living room but thankfully the remote for TV in the room with 2 beds worked on the living room TV which was no big deal. Lupi's restaurant right next door has great food! Definitely recommend going there. There are condos/ apts being worked on during the day so you may hear some noise during the day but they didn't start working until 9-10am and were gone by 6pm or earlier. Several restaurants, stores, rental car locations, and spots to grab groceries are within easy walking distance. Nino was great with his communication whenever I had any questions. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Place was a great find in middle of Condado. Great pool and right on the beach. Hosts were very responsive when we asked questions and needed some extra things. Building personnel were very nice as well and helped out. Bunch of restaurants and bars to walk to. Grocery store nearby. Convection oven and microwave combo. Nice kitchen. Confortable rooms and space. Parking space is not included but available to rent. There are schools in front so traffic can be hectic.

Great location and you can’t beat beach access. Would absolutely stay again. Building feels older than the actual condo itself, but that’s not a deterrent at all.

We had a great stay! Condo was nice, just like the photos. It was perfect for a girls trip of 7. Great location for restaurants and lots of people walking at night so it felt safe. Could get a little busy at night but we didn’t mind it. The condo had everything you need- plenty of towels, bed covers, and loved the beach chairs. Also easy access to the beach which was great. AC was amazing and the beds were comfortable. The restrooms were nice and plenty of counter space for your products. The big mirrors were a hit, especially when you have a lot of people. Eric and his team were very responsive and nice, answered all our questions. Overall, was a wonderful stay. Thanks!

For the price, you can’t beat it. Great ocean views. Do not forget to wear a shirt and shoes and NO SAND whatsoever. Security is very observant on those. Otherwise, safe and great location, access to the pool and beach, and a nice unit.

Overall, I had a great stay. Guillermo’s communication is top notch. This was my second time booking as the first time I experienced a medical emergency at the airport and wasn’t able to complete my trip. Guillermo responded graciously, so I didn’t hesitate to rebook. The location is prime! I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe walking back to the condo at night. I loved hearing and seeing a little glimpse of the ocean from my room. I’m big on cleanliness and the place was very clean. It’s a touristy area—soo many restaurants and there’s a small grocery store (Eros) at the end of the street. Check out Anita’s Gelato! A few things to note, the place is small. It’s in the listing but I don’t think I realized it until I arrived and my stay was for 2+ weeks. Low water pressure in the shower (island things) and the water could have been a little hotter. Loved having the beach towels and chairs! Thanks for being a great host, Guillermo!!

Place was located just the right distance from old San Juan and the nearby beach. Building is very secure and has a 24x7 staffed front desk and underground parking. Apartment has a great view of the ocean. Immaculately clean and comfortable!
