Absolutely LOVEEEEEEEED this Airbnb. It was very aesthetically pretty, is located in a great spot, easy to get in and out of and was just overall everything I expected and more! Yesmari was available at all times of the day and was very helpful throughout my stay. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY. Would I recommend someone to stay here? ABSOLUTELY!! Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The space was completely private, which made it feel like our own little retreat. Everything was spotless — super clean and clearly very well maintained. The design was modern and stylish, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Belisa was a wonderful host, she answered any questions we had within minutes. She provided us with fantastic amenities that we didn’t even think of to ask. If you’re thinking of going anywhere else I would say stop now and book her Airbnb it’s perfect for accommodating large groups even with smaller groups I’m certain they would love it. Fantastic host, and fantastic place! We loved staying here! There were a lot of amazing restaurants within walking distance and the beaches as just a stones throw away!

We spent a week at John's place celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren. We had a list of "things to do" in PR but ended up doing just a few of them because there was so much to do right there on the property - swimming, lawn games, beach combing, etc. The setting is stunning, peaceful, and private. The house is well-appointed and comfortable. We made good use of the gazebo and outdoor kitchen. We loved our experience!

Eduardo’s place was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The beach was walking distance and we also enjoyed the pool. We took advantage of having a kitchen to cook some of our meals. Appreciate the basket of beach towels provided. Check-in was easy and grateful for accommodating a late checkout request. Communication was great — he was always responsive. Thank you!

I highly recommend you booking your stay at Kelvin house it was an amazing stay my kids had a blast everything was so clean and beautiful he was a very amazing host I will definitely book with him again a thousand times the pool was amazing and the hot tub definitely was a plus thank you so much Kelvin hope to book with you again !!!!

The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making check-in and communication easy from start to finish. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience! Me and family were very pleased and appreciated how accommodating Federico and his team was after having to change places at the last minute. Definitely worth it!

I've been booking Airbnbs for over 6 years now, a total of 30+ different homes, across both the US and Puerto Rico. And after this past week, I can say that this is the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. And, Javier is the best host we have ever had and it's not even close. He was so kind, thoughtful and sweet. Javier happened to be their when we arrived and he immediately made a great impression. I let him know it was my daughter's wedding that week and also that a couple of days ago was my wife's birthday. Later that day, he arrived with flowers for my daughter and a birthday cake for my wife, what host does that? He later shared loads of dinning and activity options and was very responsive to my ever request or concern, just a great host. His place is really roomy, clean and very well stocked with everything you'll need. The pool and it's whirlpool is also very nice. The pictures don't do it justice, better seen in real life. I highly recommend this place, really nice!

Loved our stay at Tom’s place! The location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants near by and it’s a great home base if you want to visit a wide range of places like San Juan and Fajardo. The home is up the mountain away from the main road which made it peaceful as well as beautiful. You can tell Tom takes pride in his villa and gave the extra care to make it feel homey and inviting. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and Tom was very responsive with any questions we had. This property is definitely a unique gem!

The property is exactly how it appears in the listing. Very beautiful, relaxing, and private, and immersed in nature. If you are someone who wants to walk to restaurants or local attractions this is not for you. There is plenty to do in the area but you have to rent a car and be comfortable driving on steep backroads at times. We hiked all over El Yunque, went to Los pilones waterfall, drove to cascado rio espiritu santo, and checked out Luquillo beach. Some of these activities were 10-25 minute drive, the longest drive was 40 minutes. If you’re looking for privacy, exceptionally beautiful and peaceful environment, and a good location to see many of the areas activities, this is a great place and well priced.

Estadía Marzo 2025, súper acogedor, cómodo y limpio. Sobrepasó mis expectativas. Lo mejor las atenciones y la pronta respuesta del dueño ante cualquier duda o pregunta. Duermes con el agradable sonido del coqui y La Paz que te trae este lugar. Nuestra aventura, irnos a bañarnos por el río que tiene acceso la propiedad. Hemos Gozao!!! Recomendable a más de un 100%.
