Isla Verde Beach : chambres d'hôtel

This studio was located in a nice, mellow neighborhood of San Juan that is an easy walk away from the beach and shops/restaurants. The apartment is well appointed and has good window exposure and a nice deck where you can relax, get sun, etc. There’s ample parking on the street, which is great. Anyone with a Jeep should consider using the cheap and convenient gated parking on the property, since spare Jeep tires sometimes get stolen in PR. Gautam was a very good and responsive host and I would look forward to staying again sometime.

Booked this last minute in order to extend my stay in San Juan and it was a bit pricey for the space you’re getting; but it’s perfect in every other way as far as location and accessibility. Everything is totally walkable and you can even leave your key with the front desk before you leave out so you don’t have to worry about losing it! Thanks for the stay

Lovely place, great pool and bedrooms, good air conditioning. Had some issues with the reservation of rooms but the host found a quick solution for us. Great staff!

It is a cute little boutique hotel, in a great location to walk most everywhere in Old San Juan. Located about equidistant between the two forts and in close proximity to many local eateries and bars. The elevator was a bit slow but worked just fine and was needed for us to get to the beautuful rooftop deck where we relaxed every night and enjoyed a drink while looking at the amazing views. I'd be remis if I left out it's closeness by a $4.00 Uber ride to the magical Escambron beach where you can rent umbrellas and chairs from the sweetest kindest women. Really enjoyed our stay and would return again.

We enjoyed our stay at Gautam’s place. It was close to the beach. Although it was a little walk to all the restaurants on Loiza street, it felt really safe and quiet. I’d recommend his place!

Airbnb/hotel muy bonito y cerca de la playa y del aeropuerto. Hay lugares para comer a poca distancia a pie y todo está cerca en Uber.

This was a wonderful stay! The price was a steal; the location and apartment were more than worth it. With a bus stop right at the front door, my friends and I were able to get to viejo San Juan and santurce free of charge, which was super convenient. Kenya’s home was wonderful, though I never received a response when posing a question about checkout. Besides that, it was a perfect stay!

This is an easy reach from the airport on a last minute booking when flights get cancelled. Glad we stayed here. Thanks!!

This place far exceeded our expectations for our trip. This is my first time doing an air bnb and we didn’t know what to expect. From the minute we book Isabel was responsive and helpful. She gave us plenty of advice on how to explore the island. Ana, was so helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The home itself was close to the beach, which was quiet and beautiful. Most days we had the beach to ourselves. The two apartments were perfect for our families, allowing our children to go back and forth from one to the other safely. The pool was beautiful with a great view of the ocean.

We stayed for a night with ours kids for a soccer tournament. The place was great for a night. Super walkable even with a toddle in a stroller. The hotel didn’t have our rooms ready by 4, but they gave us a food and drink voucher that helped us pass the time till they did. It was rough with a toddler but when I went back up at 5:30 they instantly gave us a room and that was appreciated. All and all it’s a great place to stay, minus the mishap. The hotel staff is very sweet and helpful! We’d definitely stay again!

Overall I felt super safe knowing if I needed anything from her she was a call/place over. She even let me check in early because my flight landed before the check-in time. Checking out was super easy as well. Very clear instructions in how to do so. Plus, location is super convenient if you’re trying to visit local places such as viejo san Juan etc.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The highlight was definitely the location—it's so close to everything, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. Whether I wanted to check out local shops, restaurants, or attractions, everything was just a short walk away. Plus, the neighborhood felt very safe, which was a big plus. We loved sleeping beneath the echos of frogs. This space was tranquil and left me and my partner wishing we could spend more time on our vacation doing nothing and enjoying the amenities of the space.
