We spent the night here in order to catch our flight out the next morning. This place was the perfect location for us. Just a short 5 minute drive to airport. The unit was clean and well stocked. Milagros provided clear instructions and even left some water bottles in the fridge for us. Highly recommend her place for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The actual place looks better than the photos. The view of the beach and pool from the balcony and bedroom was awesome. The place was clean. Easy check in. And loved the beach chairs, towels, and cooler that was provided. Loved all the amenities and will definitely be returning back. Thank You.

Sylvette was a wonderful host! She really felt like a mother figure, always open to conversations about anything. Her warmth was especially evident when she spoke about our son back home. Manuel was very helpful and quick to respond. The check in process went extremely smooth and I loved the little addition of the welcome sign!

Hosts were hospitable. Made us feel like family. Parking spot for my truck was well lit and secure. Host was flexible in our accommodations. Will use again when needed! Btw Convenient to airport also!!

My partner and I stay at Ramona's place and it look just like the pictures. It was quiet and had the Roof/balcony to ourselves. She always responded very quickly even though there was a little of a language barrier. The apartment was close to everything as well. I highly recommend staying here❤️

Apartment was very clean and comfortable!! It felt like home when we were in San Juan. It's a short walk away from La Casita Blanca and it's easy to uber to other nearby locations. The neighborhood itself isn't super beautiful, but it has its own charm and is quaint. The one criticism is that the parking spot is extremely difficult to park into because of an obstructive pole. It took an extremely long time to park our tiny rental car every time. Additionally, the door is a bit hard to lock and it's confusing, but with some fidgeting it does lock.

My first solo trip was spent here, I was nervous at first, but I felt safe here! The place was clean and pretty close to the airport and other attractions nearby San Juan :)

This was an amazing experience, I felt right at home and it was very roomy with me and my 3 kids and my niece. The hosts were very responsive when I needed to ask a question which is a plus. Will definitely book again in the future !

Had an amazing time with my family and friends at Maria’s place. Perfect place to stay at if you want to visit Puerto Rico. The area felt safe , the house was clean , everything worked fine. She responded immediately and even recommended places to see and eat at. Made everything super convenient. You aren’t far from The airport and aren’t far from activities either. Great location would highly recommend 10/10.

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The space was cozy yet spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They provided great recommendations and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. We had such a nice peaceful week. The house was so nice, great a/c, plush towels, good water pressure, comfortable beds and sofa. Peace of mind knowing there’s back up electricity by solar & batteries. Loved the deck used it in the early mornings to do my exercise. Washer & dryer is a great bonus. Kitchen was well stocked with even an ice maker. When Kelvin came to help with our flat tire other neighbors joined in to help too. Very quiet neighborhood!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Sebastian’s place was perfect for our family of 5 adults with more than enough space to spread out after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare meals and having 3 full bathrooms was a huge plus when trying to get everyone out the door for tours or dinner reservations. The location felt very safe, and was close enough to walk to restaurants, bars, the grocery store, or beach. I highly recommend this home for your San Juan stay!

Great location—close to lots of great restaurants and more importantly, the beach! The bed was big and the apartment has the bare minimum. It could use a few more cooking tools. I had to purchase food that either required minimum cooking or just to heat up. I was working remotely, and the internet was strong during most of my meetings. If you don’t need much, this apartment is perfect!

My daughter and I just loved your place!! And Old San Juan!! You place is in a perfect location…so easy to walk to all the local restaurants and sights to see. We loved the terrace! Being on the 4th floor was very doable, as a matter of fact it was nice to get a little extra walk in after eating so much delicious food!! BJ was extremely responsive and helpful the whole week. Can’t wait to come back!

It was worth every penny very reliable, very convenient minutes from most attractions and countless bars and restaurants. Great host and great location. The host was very welcoming, very helpful and attentive! I can’t wait for my next stay in Puerto Rico I’m staying in the same location!

Ray was great! Due to a power outage, our AC went out and Ray was on it within minutes! Very helpful and responsive!

Magda was so nice and treated us like family ! This place was exactly what we were looking for. There is stuff nearby to walk to and the beach is right outside the door. It was quiet, clean, and had many things that we could use for the beach. I’m definitely going to visit again to one of the many air bnb that Magda has !
