A+++ If you have found this option based on the criteria you think you need, there is likely no better place. The location is ideal. The view of the ocean & pool is incredible--the mesmerizing surf and scenery cannot be matched. A special note: This home provides three of the most comfortable beds that might exist within the Hawaiian Islands. Also--the front foyer is chock full of everything you need for beach fun... EVERYTHING...which was so helpful and reduced expense significantly. The efforts made by the host are very notable and appreciated. (I dig air conditioning--this place has it and it works wonderfully.) We hope to return to the Big Island and if we do this will be the first place we consider to stay again. This condo is close enough to anything and far enough away from everything--it will suit anyone...and really is a perfect vacation home. Mahalo!🤙😎

We absolutely loved our stay! Out of all the places we have stayed in, Dani’s place stands out at the top of our list.The place was really clean and well decorated has everything you need to feel at home. The view from the Lanai was a highlight! We were able to watch whales regularly, spinner dolphins daily, a good variety of colourful reef fish and spectacular sunsets. If you’re going to Kona, this would be an excellent place to stay. Aloha

The restaurant recommendations were definitely helpful. We loved sitting out on the shoreline watching the locals surf and the sunset.

We had an absolutely amazing experience—I can't say enough good things! Kelly's home is even more beautiful than the pictures, with stunning views throughout the complex, and a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The space was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen appliances to a welcome book filled with great recommendations. Check-in was seamless, and parking was hassle-free. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at Andrea’s place, and I’m certain we’ll be back! The space is clean and has all basic amenities you need. We really appreciated her local guidebook and visited many of the restaurants recommended. This condo is in the best location and walkability is 10/10. Kona is a very special place, we cannot wait to visit, and stay in Andreas place again!

This was our 2nd stay here and we have already booked a return trip! The condo is clean, comfortable and so well stocked for inside and outside play! This location is fantastic! Snorkeling across the street is a treat! Fish counts and varieties were plentiful, and we saw turtles and octopus!! This trip we discovered Magic’s Beach Grill 1 mile away, enjoyed the walk to dinner and a view of the waves and turtles with a very good dinner!

We had a great stay at Dawn’s place! It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was fun to sit on the lanai and see both the ocean and the activity on the street. It was so nice to be able to walk to shop and dine and not have to worry about parking!

Can't say enough how amazing Mike's condo is! Could not get enough of the view from the lanai! The whole place was super clean and hospitable for guests. Mike's suggestions on restaurants and places to visit were spot on and definitely made our trip! We would love to return one day. It was an experience of a lifetime!

Hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Great location with many walkable restaurants. Close to ocean, but not really a swimmable beach but beautiful. Very quiet location.

Wonderful place to call home on the Big Island!

Tim was incredibly helpful and provided clear instructions. He even considered our group, which included a little one, so we could check in early and check out late. His place is conveniently located right next to Kona Inn Shopping Village, making it easy to grab a bite to eat. We had an amazing time during our overnight trip back from Hilo.

Beautiful space in walking distance of downtown.

Nico and Sarah’s place was great! You’re steps away from a small beach and the view from the balcony is amazing. Hearing the ocean views at night was really relaxing. The AC was powerful and kept it nice and cool inside. Very clean as well. The hosts were very accommodating with early check in and later check out for our 2 year old.

It’s very convenient that this property had free AC. It was also nice that we were able to cook full breakfast every day. That helps save a lot of money. Also great location!

Jason’s place was completely amazing in all aspects! Jason was responsive when needed and he provided great amenities for snorkeling, relaxing on the beach, and things needed in the condo. I would highly recommend his place to stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Big Island! The host is extremely responsive, and there is a local property manager if anything comes up. We had four adults and two children, and had enough comfortable beds for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed, including Tupperware, a cooler, and ice packs for the cooler. Everything was extremely clean as well. The apartment comes with everything you need for the beach - chairs, umbrellas (though A-bay was a bit too windy), and toys. Our kids had a great time playing at the Hilton pool with the included day pass, as well as the pool in the condo, which is within very close walking distance. We also took advantage of being next to the gym. Overall, highly recommended and sad we had to leave!

Excellent spot for our family trip to Hawaii. The unit was easy to find, easy to access, clean, and came with everything we needed. We loved how plentiful the beach towels and beach items were…chairs, snorkels, boogie board, cooler. Everything you want at the beach but don’t want to pack. We loved spending time in the spacious wrap around porch in the morning and evening. We made a few simple meals in the kitchen and liked that they had a few pantry staples…olive oil, spices, ziplock bags. The beds were comfortable, the washer and dryer were so helpful, and the air conditioning did a good job cooling the bedrooms. At check out I forgot a high value item in the unit. The cleaning crew contacted the management and I was able to make a plan to get it back before my flight. Very helpful and much appreciated. Excellent spot. Would stay again.

We had a great time at Jess's place. We were on a trip with other families who were all staying at the Hilton. This worked out perfectly for our family. My daughter was able to meet her friends with the included pool passes and I enjoyed the extra space of a larger condo. We really liked the Mauna Lani resort and snorkeled numerous days at the beach club. We rented a golf cart which was added fun. Jess was very responsive to questions and had lots of really great recommendations. Hope to be back!

Burt Is an amazing host. Always responded to all our questions. He was always kind and responsive to all our questions. Place Is amazing. Very conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. Appartment has amazing sea view from a huge balcony awesome sunset and sunrise. They gave as a nice gift of Hawaii honey and some other snacks. Appartment is equipped with umbrellas and beach foldable chairs as well as snorkeling equipment for your full experience. All amazing beaches are within few miles from appartment and we explored them all. We don’t have preference. Each of them is worth experiencing. If you like to cook there is high level equipped kitchen with subzero refrigerator and great other kitchen appliances( range, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker etc) Master bedroom toilette has bidet with warm water and dryer. There is also washer and dryer so you can wash and dry your clothes if you are staying longer. Appartment also comes with garage and private parking spot.

This place is amazing. Beautifully renovated and decorated - it's very clear the Rita takes pride in the presentation of her place. She noted some minor damages she discovered before our arrival (honestly - we could not tell anything was damaged!) The home was extremely well stocked with everything you think you will need and more! My husband and I loved having our morning coffee and breakfast on the lanai while watching the amazing view of the ocean. The little bar on the lanai with coffee machine was amazing! There are lots of rules if you book Rita's place - if you cannot follow rules, this is not the place for you - but if you can - this place is just perfect! (but honestly - if you just treat the place as your own, the rules are really not an issue) thank you Rita - we had the best time and hope to return in the future!

Allyson is efficient, provided us with great info on what activities, resturants, shopping, and as I briefly mentioned, was remarkably supportive and kind during a medical emergency we were facing. Thank you Allyson.

The space was great! The kitchen was well stocked and the views were amazing. Communication was very good and the stay was very enjoyable! The community pool is beautiful and the bar/restaurant staff were so pleasant and helpful!

We had an amazing time here and highly recommend. In a great location, an amazing view of the surfers during the day and sunset in the evening. Hope to be back in the future!
