Île d'Ortygie : locations d'appartements de vacances

Der Kontakt mit Sarah war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr schöne und zentrale Lage, wodurch alle attraktiven Orte der Altstadt fußläufig gut erreichbar sind. Sarah war sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out sehr flexibel. Sie hat uns sogar die Möglichkeit gegeben später abzureisen, als ursprünglich geplant. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür 😊

We hebben echt een super fijne ervaring gehad hier! Op airbnb raden ze aan om hun te contacteren 2/3 dagen van te voren op whats app om de sleuteloverdracht te regelen. Dit was in ons geval niet nodig, ze namen de avond van te voren met ons contact op. We hebben een tijd afgesproken en ze gaven al veel tips over parkeren, etenstentjes en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Super leuk! Locatie is top! De accommodatie zelf was prachtig! heel mooi ingericht en heel schoon. Het huis heeft een automatisch sluitsysteem vanaf binnen. Dit geeft je ook een extra veilig gevoel. We konden streamen naar de tv en Netflix en youtube stonden er ook op, super fijn! De bank zat heel goed, het bed lag lekker, de keuken was goed! En de badkamer was ook fantastisch. Heerlijke douche!! Hou er alleen rekening mee dat je je eigen afval weg moet gooien. Dit waren wij niet gewend en hebben het in een openbare prullenbak gegooid. Ik raad zeker aan om hier te verblijven. Het was voor ons veelste kort!

Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Santo und Anna. Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll! Super Lage, schön eingerichtet, sehr hübsch mit Maisonette-Etage und einer tollen sonnigen Terrasse. Anna ist super nett und hilfsbereit und wir konnten einen schönen Urlaub in Siracusa genießen.

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal eine Woche im Appartment von Emanuela und Peppe sehr genossen. Vor allem die großzügige Wohnung mit den Balkons und die zentrale und gleichzeitig ruhige Lage der Unterkunft waren sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit Emanuela und Peppe lief jederzeit schnell und reibungslos - auch wenn einmal ein Problem auftrat. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in Siracusa. Great apartment, with two great bedrooms and bathrooms. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes or less.

This was a lovely, comfortable, well equipped apartment, full of character in a fantastic position in central Ortigia. Located in a quiet side street 5 minutes walk from the stunning Piazza Duomo on one side, and the sea on the other. Good communication prior to arriving and a friendly local host who was quick to respond and very helpful. We particularly liked the 2 outside terraces - all in all a wonderful place!

Nice place, clean, kind hosts. It is close to Neapolis and the Basilica, and also about 20 mins of walking to Ortigia. 4 mins of walking to the Interbus bus stop.

Marina's place is perfect for visiting Ortigia and Syracuse. Parking was free and we found a place right outside her apartment. You can walk to Ortigia in 15 minutes. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very quiet. The apartment is on the fourth floor but there is an elevator so it is not necessary to climb stairs. It was very convenient to have a washing machine as well as a well equipped kitchen.

Salvatore is a reliable host. He was flexible when we needed an extra night due to changes in flight schedules and he offered us the possibility to store our baggage in the apartment for a few hours after check-out. We spent a lovely 10 days in Syracuse and enjoyed the views form the balcony.

숙소는 번화가에 있으며 찾아가기 매우 쉬워요. 건물에 엘레베이터가 있고 - 엘레베이터까지 계단 약 7개 있음. 객실로 향하는 통로가 안뜰을 사이에 두고 있어 아주 조용합니다. 내부 외부 모두 소음이 없었어요. 전망은 2개의 테라스에서 via dione 가 내려다보입니다. 욕실과 객실 주방 모두 아주 청결해서 쾌적하게 잘 지냈습니다. 세탁기 사용시 추가요금이 있고 (1주일 10유로) 잘 작동합니다. 체크인할때 객실관련, 주변 즐길거리 관련 상세하게 안내해주셨고 마실 물도 넉넉하게 제공받았습니다. 숙소 바로앞에 쇼핑거리이고 수산시장도 아주 가깝습니다 바로 앞에는 까페가 있어서 30초내에 도착 가능합니다. 대성당까지 도보 10분거리. 오르티지아 내에서 어디를가도 가까워요. 저는 성수기를 지나서 여행했기때문에 주차도 큰 문제가 없었습니다 talete 주차장에 주차하고 easy park 어플로 주차비를 결제했어요 주차 자리도 많았고 오가는 사람들도 많아서 무섭지 않았습니다. 호스트가 주차와 ZTL 관련 친절하게 설명해주었기 때문에 주차장소에 대한 걱정이 많았던 저에게 매우 큰 도움이 되었습니다 깨끗하고 좋은위치에 있는 숙소덕분에 시라쿠사 여행이 아주 즐거웠습니다 ^^

We stayed here for five days and had a superb time. The apartment is in a great location, very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. It had very good air conditioning and good self catering facilities as well. We would definitely return!

We would definitely stay here again! The location was great, you are literally in the heart of Ortigia. The photos posted are exactly what the place looks like (clean, modern and spacious) The host was very helpful, he responded to all my random questions quickly. I highly recommend staying here!!

We very much enjoyed staying at this colorful place. Very interesting layout of the flat and just next to the beach which was a lovely experience to wake up to. Giuliana is very flexible and we highly recommend to stay at her place.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und liegt zentral in Siracusa. Man kann in ca. 15 Minuten auf die „Insel“ gelangen. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt.

A very big WOW. This house and the whole place is just amazing. The pool is beautiful and the kitchen located next to it outside is just a blessing. Honestly the place is way better then the photos could tell. Thank you Floriana for being so friendly and hospitable. You and your family are amazing and we felt very comfortable. Even tho their apartment is on the same property, they never gave us the feeling of being controlled. Everything just perfect. I know it might sound like im being paid for saying all this, but let me tell you: Every word is sincere! If you need a place to stay near Syracuse, you should definitely consider this one. Thank you Floriana!!!

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

Francesco war sehr freundlich, schnell und flexibel. Typisch italienische Hilfsbereitschaft und Gastfreundschaft. Die Wohnung ist toll, sehr ruhig, sauber und perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir waren zu zweit dort und hatten daher extrem viel Platz. Auch zu viert kann man dort ganz sicher sehr gute Tage verbringen.

Perfect location for Ortigia , a quiet corner and over the bridge you in are Syracusa and transport, buses trains etc . The fruit and fish market being a block away was a bonus, we shopped every morning for wine and vegetables. The kitchen in the flat was properly equipped so we could have lunch at home and coffee ☕️ of course.. There’s a good bar opposite too ..

Prachtige plek met alle nodige voorzieningen en meer. De faciliteiten (zwembad, bubbelbad en barbecue) konden we 24/7 gebruikt worden. Ideaal. Appartement is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Roberto en Erik zijn zeer vriendelijk en gaven ons de nodige tips. Je hebt genoeg privacy en met een auto is er veel moois in de omgeving te ontdekken, of per fiets die je gratis mocht gebruiken. Zeker een aanrader!

Marta jest wspaniałym gospodarzem! Bardzo dobry kontakt zarówno przed przyjazdem jak i w trakcie. Mieszkanie jest bardzo komfortowe, ciepłe i posiada mnóstwo sprzętów codziennego uzytku i wszelkie udogodnienia dla małych i większych dzieci (nawet zabawki!). Wspaniały widok z okna, lokalizacja w centrum, idealne miejsce dla rodzin! Dziękujemy za gościnność, czuliśmy się jak w domu! Napewno wrócimy.

La casa de Alverio es increible! Las vistas frente al mar, la luz, tiene todo lo que necesitas! Alverio fue muy majo, nos recibió en persona y dio algunas recomendaciones de Siracusa, muy útiles ya que era nuestra primera vez y nos sirvió para ubicarnos. Levantarse todos los días mirando al puerto con los barcos en el mar... ojalá pudiera quedarme más! Si puedo, volveré sin duda!

Die Wohnung ist hell, modern und sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zentrum ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt in alle Richtungen. Die Bushaltestelle/der Busbahnhof befindet sich unmittelbar an dem Haus und von der Terrasse aus zu hören. Grundsätzlich hat Sizilien ein massives Problem mit Müllentsorgung, was in manchen Vierteln leider deutlich zu sehen ist.
