Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Very nice little flat, ideal for strolling around in Syracus … We had a two night stay so for that it was ideal. Azzurra was very helpful and a really good host! The street is a bit loud, with closed window it‘s totally okay. The view out of the window is amazing. Thank you, Azzurra!

Salvatore is a reliable host. He was flexible when we needed an extra night due to changes in flight schedules and he offered us the possibility to store our baggage in the apartment for a few hours after check-out. We spent a lovely 10 days in Syracuse and enjoyed the views form the balcony.

Alles in allem war es eine sehr tolle Unterkunft. Robin war nett und es hat alles gepasst. Wir würden wieder kommen 😊

This place was in amazing location and is walkable to all the lively spots on the island. Andrea was the best Airbnb host we have ever had. He responds right away, was always there for questions and gave us recommendations for the entire city so we did feel in great hands. I recommend this place to everybody. The Airbnb was very clean and had all we needed for our 3 day trip! Stay here Andrea will take great care of you.

Where to even begin, okay: hospitality. These guys make you feel at home straight away. They went above and beyond for our baby with toys and a bed, the fridge was filled, a pie was baked and they responded very quickly. Lovely apartment, not super huge but we didn’t need that. Great part of town: you can walk everywhere. Literally. Also thought the price was very decent. Don’t hesitate: book!

Excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Simona, qui est très sympa et réactive. La vue sur le port est magnifique ! L'appartement était très propre et très bien situé pour visiter Ortigia. Gros plus pour le parking privé où il est possible de se garer. Nous recommandons vivement de séjourner chez Simona lors de votre séjour à Syracuse.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Wir reisten früher an als erwartet, wurden aber direkt herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft entsprach den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Der Außenbereich war wunderschön und lud für ein Frühstück in der Sonne mit Blick auf das Meer ein. Nur ein paar Meter zu Fuß konnten wir über einen Zugang ins Meer gehen 🌊 Simone gab uns direkt Tipps für Unternehmungen oder regionale Spezialitäten. Er war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Ciao und viel Spaß in Bella Italia 🇮🇹🍕🍝🍦

Très bon séjour dans ce lieu apaisant. Le logement et l’environnement sont conformes aux photos. Proximité de la plage très agréable. Beaucoup de rangements dans le logement.

Highly recommend this gorgeous residence on the sea with a beautiful view and pool. I will definitely stay here again if I get the chance to come back to Sicily!!!

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

We were immediate;y impressed with the Villa when we arrived and shown around by Nuccio. The Villa is spacious, very clean,beautifully maintained gardens and quiet. Giuseppe was very generous with providing plenty of bottled water, coffee, tea, selection of fabulous fruit, biscuits etc. The kitchen was well equipped with everything one would have in their own home with a great supply of herbs, condiments, oil, vinegar - amazing. The beds were very comfortable too. Giuseppe was extremely on the ball when we contacted him. He responded almost immediately and solved a couple of issues immediately making us all feel very relaxed and safe. His right hand man Nuccio was a gem too. Thank you Giuseppe and Notto, the 5 of us had a super ecperience and will not hesitate to recommend you and your fab Villa. We will look forward to returning.

An absolutely spectacular location right on the sea. it's one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at with incredible outdoor space flowing down from the house/upper terrace to the pool and a second outdoor area to the water itself, which you can reach directly from the house in two minutes or less. At the bottom of the property, you can swim in the pristine waters of the Plemmirio marine reserve in either a protected cove or in the sea itself, where you can observe a vast number of fish and explore the many caves coves up and down the shoreline.

The most amazing accommodation we've ever stayed at. This secluded piece of paradise made a perfect honeymoon spot for us. Spectacular views to the Mediterranean and to Ortigia. Tastefully done yet comfortable. A well equipped kitchen, which facilitated lazy breakfasts and lovely dinners "a Casa". Easy walk to Ortigia, supermarkets, and the train station. Super friendly and accommodating host. We are grateful for you to have let us stay at the villa!

We had a wonderful time at Davide’s place . The apartment is situated in a beautiful garden , with no sound except the cicadas . Nice restaurants nearby and fish market selling fish straight from the boat , which we bought several times - very fresh . We especially liked the Fornace restaurant , right by the sea with smoking Mount Etna on view in the distance . Loved Ortigia too . So atmospheric, even before we stumbled upon a rehearsal for Dolce and Gabbana’s fashion show one morning !!Loads of great cities for sightseeing nearby and we discovered several beautiful beaches in the nature reserve . Davide was very helpful and thoughtful and we enjoyed our stay very much . Thank you

Splendida Villa immersa nel verde, dotata di tutti i confort, pulitissima ordinata e molto accogliente. Siamo stati benissimo. Posto molto tranquillo, Host gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo, è stato veramente un piacevole soggiorno.

Wir waren eine Woche in Valerias Apartment. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Es war blitzsauber, sehr gross mit zwei Badezimmern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ein großer Vorteil ist der private Parkplatz. Die Nachbarn waren alle sehr freundlich. Einen großen Dank an Valeria, die uns persönlich begrüßt hat und einen Willkommenskorb mit Lebensmitteln und Sekt bereitgestellt gestellt hat. Eine tolle und sehr sympathische Gastgeberin.

We stayed here for five days and had a superb time. The apartment is in a great location, very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. It had very good air conditioning and good self catering facilities as well. We would definitely return!

I wanted to treat my daughter to something truly special for her 20th birthday, and this place was beyond perfect. We’re of Italian heritage, so we wandered off to Sicily from Paris for the weekend, and staying here felt like such a gift. The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous—bright, airy, and a peaceful, open vibe. Waking up early, opening the floor-to-ceiling windowed doors, and watching the light stretch over the water felt like a dream. The arches throughout the space add so much character, and the rooftop deck made the whole experience feel extra special. We spent our evening soaking in a magical sunset, and the location couldn't have been better—a quick, easy 5–7 minute walk to the Castello Maniace and surrounded by beautiful, walkable streets. Daniele was a wonderful host—responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was seamless. If you're considering it, just go. Truly a special, unforgettable spot.

Vittoria's apartment in Ortigia was well located to all major sites in Ortigia in comfortable walking distance. There is plenty of room in the 3 level apartment with nice beds and comfortable furniture. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies although we did not cook in the apartment. Vittoria was proactive in correspondence and was quick to answer any questions. We were met upon arrival and shown a nearby covered and attended parking garage that cost 15 euros/day. Apartment was explained to us upon arrival and there were recommendations for local restaurants, several of which we used and were happy with. The apartment is new with up to date appliances including a washer and drying rack. There is a rooftop terrace which we saw on our first day but were unable to use due to rain - in nice weather this looked like a great spot to relax with views over the town. We would highly recommend Vittoria's apartment for anyone looking to explore Ortigia.

La maison se situe dans une rue privatisée fermée par portail électronique, ce qui est rassurant pour garer la voiture de location. L'endroit est calme et tranquille, ce sont les oiseaux qui vous réveillent le matin. Bien situé, pour visiter Syracuse au nord, Noto et toute la route baroque au sud (Ragusa, Siccli, Modica), ainsi que la réserve de Vendicari. De jolies plage peu urbanisées se trouvent juste plus au sud du logement. Les propriétaires sont aimables, attentionnés et dévoués.

This is a really lovely ground floor apartment. It is ideally located in lovely Ortigia 2 minutes away from the beach and within walking distance of everything the area has to offer. What the apartment lacks in direct sunlight it makes up for in charm and elegance. We had a lovely time.
