un appartement tout à fait fonctionnel aux portes de Ortigia, donc centre ville facilement accessible à pied, nous avons toujours réussi à garer notre voiture à proximité de l'appartement qu'elle que soit l'heure en plus la semaine du 15 août! Maria s'est révélée être une hôte extrêmement attentive et sympathique

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Ortigia, accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Stationnement facile et gratuit dans la rue. Petit studio cosy et pratique.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Salvo war grosdartig! Alles war perfekt, und er war überraschend schnell erreichbar, wenn wir ihn brauchten. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Perfect location, a few minutes away from all the main tourist attractions. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is quite large and the bed was comfortable. Parking was easy in the street by the apartment. The only thing that was a bit of an issue was the water pressure in the shower being very low making it difficult to rinse shampoo out of hair.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement à l'emplacement stratégique : Ortigia accessible à pied, départ des Interbus à proximité, arrêt de bus Sais pour aller à Neapolis à proximité. Communication au top avec Massimo et instructions d'arrivée claires. Appartement propre et très calme. Deux immenses chambres avec chacune SDB/WC attenants, grande qualité des lits. La cuisine est petite mais fonctionnelle. Merci à Massimo pour l'excellent café et pour nous avoir laissé déposer nos valises dans un placard sécurisé après le check-out.

Con un gruppo di nove persone, siamo stati ospiti da Sara per quattro giorni a metà novembre, invogliati in particolare dalle foto della terrazza. La nostra esperienza è stata assolutamente perfetta, sotto ogni punto di vista! La comunicazione con Sara è stata chiara, precisa, e di una cortesia squisita, con suggerimenti perfetti su attività e ristoranti. L’accoglienza altrettanto gentile: siamo arrivati un po’ troppo presto, ma ci è stato permesso di anticipare il check-in ed utilizzare subito la casa. E proprio quest’ultima - la casa - si è rivelata un’assoluta perla! Curatissima, stanze belle e molto ben mantenute, fornite di tutto il necessario, e anche molto ben collocate logisticamente; posizione difficile da migliorare, in pieno centro storico ad Ortigia. Punta di diamante è il terrazzo, dove abbiamo sempre fatto colazione e passato le nostre serate! Se ci sarà occasione di tornare in Sicilia con un gruppo di questo numero, non ci sarà nemmeno bisogno di pensare a dove staremo!

The apartment was exactly as described. Lots of light. Plenty of space (and four small balconies)! Quite quiet for the location. AC works well. Fabio gave us great reccos for restaurants. Note: on street parking is 1 - 2 € per day, but worth it. We would definitely stay here again.

La casa è in una zona ottima x recarsi a Ortigia e per uscire facilmente dalla citta' per prendere l'autostrada. Noi abbiamo viaggiato con un disabile e la casa è stata perfetta, sopratutto i bagni, le camere belle grandi. Consigliata a tutti.

Good value for a spacious and simple apartment in Syracusa at a good location for exploring everything in this amazing city. Good and friendly communication.

Elisabetta hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles gut erklärt. Das Zimmer mit Kochnische ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ebenso das kleine aber feine Badezimmer haben wir eine Nacht bewohnt. Anschließend sind wir in die daneben liegende Wohnung umgezogen. Die Tage in der Wohnung haben wir sehr genossen. Sie ist geräumig, ebenfalls sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist in der Küche alles vorhanden was man für ein paar Tage benötigt, ebenso im Bad. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Fenster sind mit Gittern geschützt und können komplett verdunkelt werden. Ortigia ist ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Parkplätze vor der Haustüre oder auch an der Straße hinter dem Haus. Wir würden wieder bei Elisabetta buchen. Danke Elisabetta für die Gastfreundschaft.

Great location, nice beaches close enough, beatyfull view

Fantastic apartment at the centre of Ortigia. From the bedrooms to the kitchen and bathroom, everything was very clean, very comfortable, very convenient. Wonderful view from the terrace upstairs. We were in touch with Rosy (Leandro's mother) who most helpful and always reactive. We loved our stay there and would recommend it to anyone. Just keep in mind that there are rather steep stairs to access first the apartment's first floor, then its top floor and terrace (not suited for PMR).

The flat is a great base for a stay in Siracusa - it’s very near Ortigia but also convenient for public transport. In less than a minute’s walk you can see the beautiful shimmering sea. In November it was beautiful and warm! Fabio was always quick to reply to any messages and he and his father were great hosts. A good range of kitchen equipment if you want to cook. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed staying at Giuseppe’s beautiful apartment, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The property was immaculately clean, with charming Italian decor that added a special touch to the experience. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, it was easy to explore nearby attractions.

The flat is amazing!!!! We were 5 girls and loved our staying!! The host was kind, welcoming, accommodating. The place was spotless. The pool was clean and warm with a great view. The mount Etna view with the morning coffee is everything one can wish for!

Nous y avons passé un super séjour! L hôte et ses enfants sont très accueillants et réactifs. Le logement est très propre et pratique. Nous n avons pas eu le temps de tester la piscine. La voiture est indispensable pour se balader mais peut être y a t il d autres moyens de locomotion. Les couchers de soleil du balcon et la vue sur la mer sont magnifiques :)

Avons passé un très bon séjour de plusieurs nuits dans l'appartement du 2ème étage dans cette maison au calme entourée d un grand oasis de verdure et avec une belle et grande piscine. Transats à disposition. L'hôtesse est toujours reactive et sa famille discrète. Si vous êtes une-e lève tard n'oubliez pas un masque car les rideaux occultants ne le sont pas vraiment et il n y a pas de volets. L'appartement du 1er étage semble avoir une terrasse plus grande, en tout cas avec vue sur piscine. Sa 2ème chambre a une vraie fenêtre et non des veluxes comme au 2ème étage.

We had a wonderful time at Davide’s place . The apartment is situated in a beautiful garden , with no sound except the cicadas . Nice restaurants nearby and fish market selling fish straight from the boat , which we bought several times - very fresh . We especially liked the Fornace restaurant , right by the sea with smoking Mount Etna on view in the distance . Loved Ortigia too . So atmospheric, even before we stumbled upon a rehearsal for Dolce and Gabbana’s fashion show one morning !!Loads of great cities for sightseeing nearby and we discovered several beautiful beaches in the nature reserve . Davide was very helpful and thoughtful and we enjoyed our stay very much . Thank you

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jour sur ce très joli domaine privilégié. Un cadre idéal entouré de vergers au son des cigales et grillons. Nous avons pris le logement appartement avec le balcon ce qui permet d’avoir un espace de vie confortable. Ce que nous avons aussi apprécié c’est le calme à l’écart de la masse touristique en pleine campagne. Cet endroit est très intimiste pour les couples en besoin de se ressourcer. La piscine est vraiment un plus pour se rafraîchir et passer d’agréables moments. Il y n’y a qu’une vingtaine de minutes pour aller à Syracuse ou à Noto. On était situé dans un triangle d’or. Les hôtes bienveillants nous ont également très bien accueilli avec une arrivée tardive et flexible. Ils nous ont transmis de façon claire et précise les informations d’accès au logement. À conseiller ++++

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Wohnung von Paola. Es war tatsächlich genauso schön wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Man wacht mit dem Meeresrauschen auf, die Sonne über dem Meer, es ist herrlich! Es gibt, wenn man bereit ist, etwas Auto zu fahren, viele Möglichkeiten für schöne Ausflüge, ein sehr schöner Sandstrand ist gerade mal fünf Minuten entfernt (Agnone Bagni). Die Menschen, die einem begegnen, sind sehr freundlich, das Essen köstlich, das Klima im Oktober perfekt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, man kann auch mal selbst kochen, wenn man mag. Paola ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, es gibt viele gute Tipps und Anregungen, sie ist jederzeit kontaktierbar. Auch Ketty, als Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sagen: Vielen Dank, es war wunderschön. Einziges (kleines) Manko: Der Pool lädt insgesamt nicht so sehr zum Baden und Spielen ein, er ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Amazing location with fantastic sea views and views of Mount Etna. We visited end of October and basically had the complex to ourselves (including the pool!). Marco was extremely helpful and very welcoming. We hired a car for the week so that we could visit the amazing beaches up and down the coast, and of course, Etna. Direct access to the sea at the bottom of the apartments is closed, but it is not far to reach via another footpath.
